We will not stay here again! The only reason we chose to stay here is it’s convenience to the airport given our early morning flight. However the hotel does not deserve its 3 star rating - they are operating like a motel at best. Staff: Most of the staff at front desk/reception were not well trained, no proper instructions on how to contact reception, how to get around, or even proper greeting as we checked in and checked out. They were generally rude and not helpful. Room: Upon check in, the air conditioner was not working we had to walk down to the desk to ask for support as there we tried every number on the phone to ask for help to no avail (reiterating staff did not share the right number). To make things worse, sheets had lots of hair and dust on it. We had to ask housekeeping to change it and she even found out that the sheets were torn! Overall: Horrible service, basic hotel provisions are not even done properly. I’ve had better, cleaner stays at a motel than at ibis. We will not be back unless management does an overhaul on proper training for all staff!

Super stay in a very quiet environment. Easy for overnight stay at the airport. Short walk from the TGV station. Excellent breakfast with a good selection. On previous stopovers at the airport we had always stayed at the Ibis at Paris Nord 2. That is no longer Ibis and we are more than happy with the Ibis Styles which is actually more convenient for both station and airport. We will now stay here in the future. Staff very friendly especially the reception staff who checked us in, David in particular..

A 100m walk from the Terminal 3 train shuttle exit. Arrived late but met by a cheery young lady at the front desk. She saw we were tired and mentioned that the bar (next to the front desk) was open until midnight. A large IPA went down rather nicely. Room was well laid out and clean with a very comfy bed, great shower, and good quality towels. Breakfast at 5:30am meant no rush before our early flight. Nice breakfast. A variety of proteins (eggs, sausage, cold meats), pastries, fruit salad, and a good range of coffees started our day very nicely. Thank you. We'll be back.

Front Desk has discrimination. I was asked to wait one hour as I entered at 10 am. and as check in is after 2 pm and told me she will come to me to get room. i could see many came and checking in. Lost patience and approached the desk at 12.45 pm and she said they all have reservations as I did not have. Then I told her I too have. Then she asked another lady to book me the room. Restaurant staff are polite and good. Never has such bad experience of front desk. Prefer never enter this hotel again.

Lovely modern room with curved walls. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is immaculate. The bed as quite hard with a 3cm foam mattress over a firm foundation and a waterproof mattress cover. It was great for a first night in France. I just wanted to go to bed after flying here from Vancouver, and had a great nap. Tomorrow I’ll continue in to Paris after the free breakfast. You have to keep the key card in in the light switch by the door in order to turn on the lights. There is a shuttle train to take you to the hotel at terminal 3 from terminal 2 where most planes land.

Read til the end! Hotel room was pretty basic, and there were water stains on the ceiling by the door, with water dripping all night. I think they sent someone to fix it after we left. Other than the water damage the room was clean and comfortable. The reason I still give a good review is this: I dropped my wedding ring down the sink drain, and didn’t have time to wait for maintenance to come get it due to an upcoming flight. So I messaged the hotel, and the manager got someone to find my ring for me! He held it in the hotel safe until I returned to Paris a few days later. I was very impressed and so grateful for their kindness and help with losing something so special to me.

Having read a few lukewarm reviews, I was a little apprehensive, but my experience was pretty much flawless. This is a really good airport hotel. The rooms are on the small side, but quite cheerful, shower only ofc, no bath. Breakfast starts suitably early, 5am, for those catching flights, and the restaurant for dinner was surprisingly good for an airport hotel. Location is two minutes from the CVGVAL automated terminal train, though worth noting if you arrive in Paris in the middle of the night, this does not run 1-4am, instead there is a bus.

10 stars! Great location. Great staff. Clean and comfortable room. We were celebrating an anniversary and the staff decorated our room with hearts, balloons and a free drink of choice at the bar. Great breakfast and easy to check out.

An ibis styles. No surprises. In the standard of the brand. Main theme based on Star Wars. Comfy room. Quiet even if in the middle of CDG airport. Well located and easy access from each terminal with the every 4min shuttle running from 5AM to midnight

Giving 2 stars only for location and ONE staff at the desk who was professional and helpful. Room was overly "scented" to coverup who knows what? Room was very humid and we could not get the temp to lower to cool the room. The shower drain did not drain and flooded the bathroom floor. I would not recommend staying here unless no other options were available.

Very good place for a night or two. Great for catching an early morning flight from CDG--the CDGVal is steps away. The entire hotel is clean and well kept. Breakfast is available early, and it's well prepared and simple. We had dinner, and the food was surprisingly good and not expensive by Paris standards. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but very functional and comfortable. The decor is funky (in a good way!)--Star Wars-themed and it's fun! Overall, a very good place to stay in the CDG area.

The sink drained slowly and probably needs some attention, but everything else was near perfect. Happy hour, evening supper and breakfast were VERY good. Front desk was asked an odd question and answered rudely, uh oh, don't EVER answer rudely - no matter the question. We came off the TGV in Term2, quick CDG VAL ride to Term 3, then follow wonderful signs leading to hotel. Walk to PLAY airline term in 3 was quick and easy too.

We were travelling early morning from Charles de Gaulle airport and this hotel was perfect for an early start. Great food for dinner and excellent breakfast! Super clean too! They provided us very kindly with extra pillows and also lend us a USB charger... Fantastic customer service. I even spoke Italian to Sabrine and she was a joy to talk to! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you for making our stay a very good experience!

We were booked into this hotel due to a flight cancellation. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was very clean, and comfortable enough for a short stay. The food at dinner and breakfast was very nice. I would choose to stay here again and would recommend to others.

Amazing location and really easy to access from all terminals of CDG Paris Airport. We booked a room for B&B for the first night of our honeymoon and we received exceptional care. We had complimentary wine and snacks upon our arrival to our room and the most beautiful “Heartistry”. We truly were made up with the service, the location and the kindness of staff here.

Rooms are tiny and smell 👃 really bad! Perhaps good for one night stay when you need to wait for your flight close to the airport. Be were the price is super huge compared to what you get. I would recommend to find some other accommodation.

The room was very spacious and clean, shout out to Viviana for doing a great job! The hotel shuttle (train shuttle) is very convenient just next to the hotel (Terminal 3 stop). There were several receptionist at 23:30, they checked me in very quickly and added the company details to the invoice without hesitating. Thank you for the hospitality

I am only here for a short night stay after the rugby but the room is epically clean , I heard about the bed bug situation in Paris so have had a thorough inspection and no bugs noticed. Bed comfy and staff are great .

The hotel located perfectly and conveniently between terminals. Easy to find and walking distance. The room is ok and the mattress is good too. I had a half board and the dinner was not up for the money I paid there was less expense options available. The breakfast is nothing special and the variety is really poor.

Room was very clean and stylish. Eating here was nightmares. Front desk does not tell you that you need reservations for dinner to eat there. So when you check in, go to dining area where people might be lining up for getting seated and she will ask you do you have a reservation then you make reservations there and go up to your room. Otherwise you are not eating until 11pm if they still open 😞 Breakfast I did t need to have reservations just in and started to eat breakfast buffet. I would say don’t order dinner menu and eat buffet. We order food and eat buffet, and buffet was better 🤣 This hotel is right in front of airport transfers. Don’t need to pay for transfer btw!!🚆

The room was clean and reasonably spacious. The space theme was fun. We arrived late at night and had good service. It was very convenient to have it within the airport and was easy to find once we found the airport shuttle (the shuttle was rather confusing to find). Most importantly, the air conditioning worked very well and we had complete control of it.

Best decision we could have made. Had a 2 night stop over which meant we didn’t need to carry our bad around Paris. Moon Rooms and Star Wars themed throughout was a great surprise. Will definitely book here again when in Paris.

Well located near the airport. Was easy to find with airport signage and easy to get to with a little walking and airport shuttle. Great breakfast to get us going the next day. Nice surprise with the Star Wars / Space theme to the hotel. My son loved it.

Excellent location. So easy to get the hotel from Terminal 2E. The restaurant Jetlag leaves a lot to be desired. They need to change menu and train personnel better. The rooms are very nice and clean.

You get what you pay for with this hotel - it is has more of a hostel style to the rooms. You get one pillow per bed, and it’s barely a pillow at all. The room smelled of cigarette smoke which wasn’t ideal. The bathroom was nice and breakfast was great overall. Also great location as it is 20m from the terminal three train shuttle if that’s important. Overall, affordable and breakfast included but don’t expect a great room or bed or pillow.

They are okay. A little pricey they keep jacking the prices up every day I stayed there for one day the next day they tried to charge me more than the first night I stayed there besides I left my children cloths there and checked when I came back asking for them. Not sure what they did with it. Even the manager didn’t know whether they through it away or they kept it or what they did with it. If a guest left something in my hotel’s room at least I would have some knowledge about where it is. So I call this un organization and in consideration as they really don’t care what happened to the customers they come back or not. But definitely I am not going back ever again as the person as the front desk were very helpful got me bunk bed for my infant and helped me a little but the cleaning crew and the people in charge are not at all. As if I leave something it’s gone. I don’t know what to say I am really disappointed.

Location is great. Some food and bar available late. Good breakfast. Room had no working ventilation. Staff is friendly and available. They can store luggage in a safe place. Not easy to drive to But easy from terminal 2

Had 14 hours before the next flight. The hotel was very practical for a break. Not far from the airport. Free shuttle service. Easy to find. The downside for my stay was the dust in the room. From the ceiling, the wall and the place where you can't see directly when you come in like under the bed and in the lamp.

Two stars is not a good rate, but it is well deserved given the price paid (190 euros for one night !). So what's wrong ? Room was not heated and thermostat was inactive. No problem for the night: I like it when room is cold, but I had to work in the morning and I was frozen in front of my laptop ! So perhaps a good shower would bring me some warm ? NO ! Water was not warm enough, it was at a temperature where you can wash, but you really don't want to stay more than strictly required under the shower and then you are cold ! . There is a hot limiter that is marked to be 50 deg C but it was more like 40 deg or less. What's more ? Room is pretty small and you can hear all sorts of noises from neighboring rooms. For diner, in all you can eat starter : not too bad, but avoid fish ! It's bad quality frozen fish. Finally, no gym: first time I see a hotel of this price range with no gym: I should have paid attention. Won't come back in here

Clean, warm, comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast underwhelming for FR, was really looking forward to some proper French pastries but no.... Room was spacecraft themed, funky and had everything needed. No issues with the hotel and the location is perfect.

Good and convenient place near the airport. Breakfast is decent and convenient. Diner is a bit pricey but not many options otherwise. Really not sure about the star wars theme of the hotel though?! Feels a bit like a teenager's room ...

The Ibis Styles has a really fun space theme to the public spaces and rooms. The carpet in the room still looked and smelled brand new. Dinner at the restaurant has a couple vegan options including a beyond meat burger that was delicious. Breakfast was simple but everything was fresh and well stocked. Access from terminal 1,2,3 via CDGVAL to Roissypole.

We checked into the Ibis Styles at CDG and our first room had a faulty drain. The water wouldn't go down because the plug wouldn't budge. When we informed the reception, they told us someone would come to fix it, but we waited for 1.5 hours with no response. By then, it was already late evening. When we returned to the reception to follow up, they seemed surprised and offered us a new room instead. However, we had to retrieve our luggage from the old room and then wait in the long queue again. When we asked if there was any compensation for the inconvenience, they just told us to write an email, and there was not even an apology. In the new room, the air conditioning didn't work, and the windows wouldn't open, despite it being at least 25 degrees Celsius in the room with stuffy air. When we complained about this to the reception, they simply said that's how it is here. They could heat the room, but there was no air conditioning. They offered us a small fan instead. Unbelievable! When we asked if we could have some ventilation, they eventually gave us a room with windows. And still, no apology. This was the most unpleasant hotel experience I've had in a long time. The rooms were all clean at least, although some were already quite worn out. It's okay for one night, but it's still a shame considering the price.

This hotel could use some additional staff in the reception area, since they seem to have long queues. The staff are friendly, but will do the bare minimum to help. The rooms were modern, well equipped and clean.

This is our second stay at this hotel and we will stay again. Clean, tidy hotel with very attentive, friendly, efficient staff. Food & wine were good quality, inexpensive (for a hotel in Paris) with plenty of choice. Great location for CDG Airport & central Paris.

The room was very clean, uppon arrival we had delicious cookies waiting for us, the hotel was so close to the train station that takes you to the airport (Charles de Gaulle) I would like to give a spcieal thanks to Djeneba who was our Heartist and prepared the room for our stay.

Stayed one night before an early departure. Very comfortable bed and very decent breakfast- included in the price. Easy to get to on the CDGVAL tram from all terminals. Would stay again.

Booked for one night and we were very disappointed by the experience from beginning to end. Check in was slow and laboured. The desk clerk was not particularly friendly. The room was ok but how can a hotel provide a room without tea/ coffee facilities in this day and age? It is incomprehensible ( especially when there is no room service). Breakfast was average. It felt like we were staying at an Ibis budget. Good location. Close to RER B line to get into Paris in 30 mins. This is the only good point of this hotel.

The welcome was so friendly and particularly thoughtful for our children. Our room was made up beautifully by Edna. So spacious and the beds comfy. I loved the space theme. So handy to have a selection of food and drinks to buy in the reception area. Breakfast (lovely selection)served from early at 5.30 so handy for an early flight. I would happily return and recommend

So close to the airport - just what we needed for our morning flight. The stay was pleasant, and after staying in Airbnbs for a week it was nice to stay in a clean hotel. The continental breakfast was AMAZING! The cappuccino machine was put to good use, and there was a selection of meats, cheeses, and crepes that made our last morning in Paris very enjoyable!

We always stay here for a few nights when we arrive in Paris, before we go on our way to our place in.southern France. We enjoy the location, the service is always great and the breakfast is a great way to start our day. However, this time the room seemed to be smaller than my wife and I remembered. Not a big issue as we're not super picky but the issue that bothered us most was the air conditioning wasn't working so rather than relocating us right away, they just gave us a fan which was less than adequate for our stay of 3 nights. I think the rooms need to be maintained better.

We loved this hotel! Wonderful location which allowed us to travel to Paris, Disneyland Paris and back to airport so easily! We were on our dream trip to Paris for our anniversary. We stayed three nights . The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The Star Wars theme was very cool. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
