Mont Saint Michel is an amazing place. You don't need tickets to enter the castle, but you will need to tickets to get to the top - the view is amazing and well worth it. There's also a current exhibition for the 1000 year anniversary. Plenty of steps, free toilets inside the exhibition area or you will have to pay 1 Euro at the front. There's a free bus shuttle to take you from the visitors centre or you can walk, which takes about 30-35mins.

Ein weiteres Tor, das Zugang in die befestigte Anlage und die Stadt gewährt. Von hier aus hat man den kürzesten Aufstieg, wenn man die Abtei besichtigen möchte. Der Besuch der Altstadt, der Burgmauern und der Türme ist ohne Eintritt möglich, allerdings kosten hier die Toiletten 1€.

The whole place is an absolute surreal beauty! Its really a magical place. Wait for the tide change, if possible.

Un luogo unico nel mondo! Regala un senso di libertà, nonostante cè un enorme flusso di turisti Arrivate presto la mattina, parcheggio a pagamento, noi ad agosto 3h al costo di 17€ . Navetta gratuita o si può fare una camminata di 40min.

Ein toller Ort! sehenswert! Wir sind um 10.00 an einem Mittwoch gekommen, es war extrem voll und wir mussten eine lange Wartezeit in Kauf nehmen um uns das Kloster anzuschauen. Trotzdem war es die Wartezeit Wert!

Mont Saint Michel Amazing place. Like magical 😇 but it's not suitable for handicap 🧑‍🦽 because there is no access to get to the top hill side without lift service. It's really difficult.

Beautiful place I’ve ever seen in my life!

I have to say my experience at these Toilets was very appalling. My reason being that the Lady running it charged 2 Euros for me to excrete my bodily fluids. Anyways there was another Woman working there who looked like she was at the lowest point in her life even lower than the Mariana Trench (for those who have been living under a rock the Mariana Trench is the deepest underwater trench in the world). Anyways, back to the story, as I entered the sanctuary of the Mont Saint Michael bathrooms a very pungent smell came about my nostrils. To my disgust I found large splats of diarrhoea smelted across the walls (my best assumption was the Charging lady from the start as her face looked as red as my little boys cherries). Anyways, my experience at the Toilets was not only pungent and disgusting it was filling me with gratitude to the fact that back in the Brexit geezer land of the UK we have access to free toilets. - infinity/ 10.
