Very nice staff and one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. I slept comfortably. Shower was hot and had good water pressure. Hotel interior seemed newly redone. Room was minimalist but had everything I needed, including coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Small closet might be difficult for a family or long stay. Free breakfast was similar to other hotels. Easy access to interstate and local roads. Plenty of local restaurants within a short distance, and it is just a short drive to the nice little downtown area of Lebanon with locally owned shops and eateries.

I am so disappointed in the management of the hotel. I enjoyed my 4 night stay with hotel. I was happy with every aspect of the hotel until I checked. I was incorrectly charged for my room. I brought the error to the associate at checkout. She acknowledged the error but said the manager would need to correct the error. The manager never corrected the error or returned any my phone calls. I just spent 15 minutes on the phone with Marriott Titanium Customer Service. Hopefully, I can finally get this simple error corrected. Should not take four attempts to correct an error.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, orderly and everything well stocked. This is my first visit here but this seems to a very good location central to most everything.

Had a tire blow out on an overnight road trip. We were able to book a room with ease. This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Check-in was a breeze and the gentleman at the desk was delightful (all of the staff were). Rooms were cozy, spacious, and clean. The beds were comfortable with perfect pillows. Made us feel like we were on a mini vacation despite of the car troubles. Oh, and breakfast was fantastic!

Great location and very nice hotel! Only 6 minutes from the restaurant and shopping congestion of Lebanon. There is an Outback steakhouse and Subway restaurant next door. A Shell station is across the street. We stayed in room 418, next to the elevator, which was surprisingly quiet. Our room was located away from the interstate, so we never heard any noise from traffic . The room was clean. There is a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room. I loved the walk-in shower! It is also perfect for someone over 6'5". Inside the shower were bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash attached to the wall. I noticed in another post that the plastic trash bags were draped over the trash cans. It was the same with our room for our room too. Breakfast was good with some hot items, in addition to the usual like cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and juice. Coffee and tea is available 24/7 with milk, half & half, and even soymilk, as well as different flavorings to add.

Stated it was 149 with pet ended up paying 249 and somehow with a discount. I have never paid so much for a subpar room and service where there were people running up and down the halls all night. Told the reception of the price difference and stated she couldn't do anything about it. Will never go there again. Their hotel had several stains throughout carpet towels, smelt moldy as if they didn't get dried.

Great rooms. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were just right. Overall a great night's stay.

This place is absolutely horribile! I checked in at 715pm as a guest with no reservation, i went to the room and saw the bed and immediately went downstairs to check out at 720 because of how low and hard the bed was. They are refusing to refund my debit card because I checked in the room! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS!
