Judy was the very nice lady that checked us in. The property smelled and looked clean. When we got to the room and opened the door it smelled like clean linens the beds are a medium softness but very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with a full-size fridge, honestly worth the stay.

I only needed a place to crash while I was in Lebanon, TN, so I figured that a low-dough hotel would be the way to go. After I read the awesome reviews I thought I'd give My Place a shot. I was THOROUGHLY impressed!! Everything was clean, the service was excellent, nothing but a great experience!! I'd definitely check out My Place hotels in other cities first before going anywhere else. Super impressive for the price. You cannot go wrong with My Place!!

This hotel needs to clarify their check-in procedures and room assignment process. I was at the location early. They wouldn’t let me check-in. After some work, I was able to get back to the hotel and “all that was left” was the handicapped room. It was disgusting. There was hair in the shower. The shower head fixture wouldn’t stay elevated. It slid down. So I had to get my head level with my hips to rinse. I asked the front desk to clarify when we were assigned the room since I was there early, he spoke in generalities and vague expressions. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great hotel. It is big, yet not massive. Parking is easy and they have free coffee in the lobby around the clock. It feels safer than a lot of the cheaper hotels around here, which I greatly appreciate. Our room was clean and the fridge is a real one with a freezer, not just the tiny ones a lot of hotels have. The tub is nice too; it seems a lot of hotels just have showers nowadays. Having a kitchen sink and bathroom sink was nice too. I would stay again.

We stayed here on business. I was unsure when I booked the reservation as I had not heard of this chain. The ratings were good, so I decided to try. We stayed almost a week and were impressed with the friendliness of the staff and comfort of the beds. This hotel stay beat out several higher end brands we have travelled to recently.

Great place to stay, nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms. I stayed here while looking for a rental after moving here. This was exactly what I needed, the price was reasonable, and the location for Lebanon was perfect.

This place is Clean, and if you only get one thing from my review, let it be that this place is Clean. Close to the interstate, so it's noisy and the walls are thin. The beds are basic spring mattresses. The rooms are very basic without any fancy stuff, but everything is new and week taken care of and very clean. The rates are cheap, and the service is good. This is a nice, CLEAN, hotel without any bells or whistles that costs far less per night than the competitors. I have been here for about 2 weeks and wouldn't hesitate to use this same chain elsewhere. Did I say this place is Clean.
