Hotel is brand new. Great location. Great customer service. Hotel ,like i mentioned before, it smells new and its very very clean. Stocked up with good amount of towels for the whole family. We are very pleased with this hotel.

Our room was clean and fully stocked with plenty of towels. There is plenty of storage for clothes if you're an unpacker. Our room had a desk which was very helpful for taking my exam. The hotel is in a great location near food, gas, and the highway, but it still is a calm and quiet environment. Breakfast was always hot and on time. Check-in was easy, and check-out was even easier. Goodluck to anyone with a complaint. I had stayed at this locations on and off for months when I came into town for work. Once I made a complaint regarding my recent stay. I decided to give them another chance because up to that point everything had been fine. I get there after work around 7pm and was refused service because of my complaint as stated by staff "The GM does not want you to stay here because of your complaint." Although the response to my review invited me to come stay again and speak to a manager so they could make things right. Management did not ask me specifically what happened and what went wrong. It was terrible customer service and very immature of them to waste my time and invite me back just to turn me around at the door. A phone call would have sufficed. Once again Goodluck to anyone with complaint you might have to sleep in your car that night.

The room was nice and clean with a super cooling air conditioner and hot shower! It doesn't always happen, but we were able to check in early, which made it easier to get to our destination. There were many breakfast options, and the staff was nice. I would stay here again!

I made a reservation a month ago, the day I was due to arrive they tried to charge my card several hours before I even arrived. Then canceled my reservation with out calling me to tell me. My card had been hacked so I was unaware of them trying to charge it and then canceling my reservation. I arrive and the woman at the counter lied saying she tried to call me but I never had a missed call or voicemail mail even though she said she called and left a message. I had other forms of payment but they had already sold out and didn’t have my room available. It was close to midnight and I had to find another hotel a cheaper hotel and pay the same price.
