We went into the lobby just to find out room rates and what they offer in hotel. There are all standard rooms, no hot tubs/sanas in rooms. Our side pool has no hot tub outside. It was a week day and only had 2 queen beds for $190.00 with a discount. Part of parking lot was still closed off with connection tape. Plus nothing special around area worth paying that kind of price for a standard room to us

I was forced to stay here due to a mechanical breakdown. Every single member of their staff was friendly courteous, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the front desk to housekeeping to the remodeling staff every single interaction was met with the professionalism one should expect from a business. I wish all hotels were run in this manner.

We’ve stayed here twice, both times the night staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were big and clean. Breakfast had nice options in the morning. There’s a pool and workout room. Kind of pricey, but nice amenities.

This Hampton is beginning MUCH needed renovations. Our room had an odor that smelled like old air freshener was pumping out of the A/C unit to mask pee and vomit. I was concerned about mold so I wore a mask while I slept, but I was unaffected physically. It was just unpleasant. The front desk staff were friendly, so if you stay here they may be able to assist you with a nicer room. We didn't ask because we were so exhausted it just seemed hopeless at the time. And for credibility, we are Hilton Diamond travelers and have many Hampton experiences for comparison.

My only complaint is that we were assigned a dog friendly room when we don't have pets. Not a good practice as people have allergies. Hotel was not full and I should have been informed. Hampton usually is not a pet friendly hotel, guess I have to make sure I ask so this doesn't happen again. Otherwise, everything ok. Side note, I'd rather gave a mini bar of soap then liquid soap in the shower. I would stay here again, but will be asking about the pet thing from now on.
