I booked my reservation through Expedia and booked a second night via the front desk. After I checked out the front desk called me saying the full amount has not been paid. Confused I go back in and pay for both nights instead of just the one. I coordinated with Expedia to get reimbursed for the first night. Expedia has kept me up to date on their attempts to reach the hotels staff to resolve this issue to get me my money back. The hotel has neglected to work with Expedia since they got their payment of an extra night out of me. I find it disrespectful that they are fine with a customer paying for an extra night for the fault of their front desk agents.

This a wonderful place to stay. Well off the interstate highway and wonderful country side. Made a change from being stuck in the busy interstate exchanges. Room was very clean.

During the length of my month long stay, there was no complaint from the staff towards me. At no point during my stay did I smoke in the room. Once I had checked out I was charged for smoking in the room with no proof other than the head house keeper smelled cigarettes/saw a cigarette butt. I even had to check in and out multiple times with out leaving and wasn't charged any type or smoking charge then. My refrigerator didn't work at all during my stay. Breakfast was unavailable for more than half my stay. As well as the washing machine taking my money and the staff laughing and saying that happens. No sign was placed on the machine to mention it was out of order. I was never reimbursed. Overall very poor hotel. Had to cancel multiple stays at the location because of this.

The Hotel is very nice but what needs to be mentioned first of all is the super friendly staff members. I arrived after dark but this was no problem for the well behaving and friendly lady at the front desk. If just all Hotels would welcome you like this, the world would be a better place :). Slept very good in this Hotel room, most likely because it is nice and quite in this part of the world. The next morning I was very positively surprised that the good looking lady who took care of the breakfast area, actually helped the guests! She was well articulated, helpful, had a sense of humor and all this made the time at breakfast not as dull as in many other Hotels. Keep up girl. Enjoyed it a lot.

Super clean quiet and safe area. Have stayed here at least 7 times for work. Front dest staff has always been great. This last time is the only time breakfast hasn't been spot on. It could be because the place was literally sold out that night.

Nearly new hotel that's worth the distance as it was not packed out either. It's tucked away by itself, so we were not worried about foot traffic where we parked the bikes. The evening and morning staff were great. The rooms were clean. We got the suite that had the fold out couch and shared the expense between three riders. The breakfast was ample and that area was clean also. They had cookies in the lobby and pod coffee makers in the room. I would stay here again and hope they continue the same high standards.

My husband and I (with our 2 year old) booked late night while on a road trip. Every staff member we interacted with were very friendly. The room was very clean (so was the coffee machine). Comfortable bed and great pillows and gorgeous mountain views at an affordable price. Worth the 20 mile drive from 81 Would highly recommend

We stayed here last minute as we had to leave the Super 8 in Labanon becuase they had bed bugs. This places was clean and helpful. Although the price was more than we wanted to spend, they charged us less than if we had booked it on their app. So it helped some.

It was a very good experience, Sara was very helpful and managed her overwhelming situation and making me a priority in the midst of it. I would definitely stay here again in hopes that I would get took care of in the same respect and professionalism as Sara had.

Clean rooms. Breakfast was great. The staff was wonderful and so friendly! The view from the front of the hotel is beautiful.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff and breakfast was nice with all the choices. Came all the way from Michigan and our friends stay at the super 8 and there was stink bugs in their room, we didn’t have any issues what so ever at the holiday inn. I also left my work phone behind and didn’t realize until I got back home “8 n half hour drive” they were so kind and offered to ship it to me but I just had a family member grab it that lives 9 minutes away from the hotel. Definitely will stay here next visit!!

5 day stay. Front desk helpful especially Markel. Good kitchen staff and breakfast but no grits. Housekeeping did not service room 2nd day. Nice pool but towels were toddler size and water too cold. Day 5 morning discovered soap dispensers replaced with EMPTY shampoo and conditioner. Shower gel bottle contained conditioner. We did not feel like we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. Would have been a ⭐️⭐️ if not for Markel.

Clean, quiet. Included breakfast better than most Holiday Inn Express locations. Included hot sausage, bacon, omelettes, scrambled eggs and biscuits. Staff we're both very cordial greating customers at every opportunity and very helpful. I will stay at this location in the future when in the area.

This was a very nice hotel! The rooms were clean, and staff were very friendly! The breakfast lady in the morning was super nice and she went around to all the tables asking if anybody needed anything. Amazing hospitality! We will definitely be back if we ever go through Lebanon again!

I love this hotel. I was there for three nights. The room was spotless and the bathroom was so clean. I was very happy with this place

Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Room was top-notch. Breakfast offered hot and cold items. Great variety and delicious. Good stay for families, business travelers, etc. Felt very safe and secure.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good internet and more channels to watch than possible! Decent breakfast! Shower was great, felt covid cleansing clean... 3 C's please!!!
