My
husband
and
I
used
the
Courtyard
Marriott
at
Lebannon
as
part
of
our
wedding
weekend
and
unfortunately
it
did
not
live
up
to
the
expectations
we
come
to
expect
from
the
Marriott
establishment.
From
the
onset,
communication
between
myself
and
the
hotel
was
sparse
and
I
would
only
receive
a
response
to
inquiries
about
the
room
selection
process
after
sending
MULTIPLE
messages
to
the
event
coordinator.
One
of
the
few
times
I
did
receive
a
response
from
the
hotel
was
to
be
informed
that
the
former
coordinator
was
no
longer
working
for
the
hotel
and
that
a
new
individual
would
work
with
us.
I
was
hopeful
that
with
the
change
in
personnel,
the
service
and
response
time
would
improve.
The
first
couple
of
exchanges
with
the
new
coordinator
were
positive
in
the
fact
that
she
did
respond
within
a
reasonable
timeframe.
Unfortunately
as
the
date
to
our
wedding
weekend
grew
closer,
it
became
more
of
the
same
in
which
I
would
reach
out
for
follow
up
and
have
to
wait
days
without
a
response.
It
was
frustrating
to
say
the
least
to
learn
that
after
we
committed
to
the
number
of
rooms
in
order
to
receive
a
complimentary
room,
that
we
were
told
that
our
suite
that
we
were
using
during
the
weekend
could
not
be
comped
as
the
suite
was
not
part
of
the
complimentary
rooms
deal.
NO
WHERE
in
the
contract
that
I
signed
stated
this
information
and
when
brought
to
the
attention
of
the
event
coordinator,
the
response
was
“its
company
policy.”
I
suggested
that
since
the
Suite
could
not
be
comped,
could
we
receive
a
credit
off
of
the
final
bill
given
that
we
also
are
having
an
open
bar
and
Breakfast
during
the
weekend
and
once
again
was
told
that
this
could
not
be
allowed.
During
the
evening
of
the
open
bar
at
the
hotel,
we
were
provided
wrist
bands
to
give
to
our
guests
and
was
informed
that
they
would
be
sufficient
for
the
bar
(top
shelf)
and
food
that
was
chosen.
I
noticed
within
minutes
that
other
guests
were
eating
the
food
which
we
brought
to
the
attention
of
the
bartender
on
duty,
to
which
he
replied,
there
was
nothing
he
could
do.
A
few
of
the
guests
wanted
beer
instead
of
liquor
and
was
informed
that
beer
was
not
included
in
the
menu-
I
was
able
to
resolve
the
issue
with
the
manager
on
duty
in
order
to
provide
beer
to
the
guests,
but
again
it
was
frustrating
to
deal
with
this
mishap
when
less
than
an
hour
before,
I
was
celebrating
with
the
same
guests
the
happiest
day
of
my
life.
We
were
informed
that
there
would
be
signage
to
let
guests
know
where
breakfast
was
being
held,
and
unfortunately
this
was
not
provided
until
after
I
made
it
aware
of
the
attention
of
the
associate/manager
on
duty
at
the
front
desk.
I
was
informed
as
part
of
the
contract
that
I
would
receive
points
for
the
BEO
either
to
Marriott
or
my
choice
of
travel
program,
which
I
still
have
not
received
to
my
account.
In
addition,
I
still
have
not
received
a
final
bill
showing
the
charges
that
occurred
during
that
weekend
for
the
snack
bar
and
breakfast
buffett.
Overall,
I
am
extremely
disappointed
in
the
lack
of
transparency
and
care
that
the
staff
at
the
Courtyard
Marriott
in
Lebanon
showed
me
and
my
husband
during
the
weekend
that
we
were
there.
I
would
not
recommend
anyone
to
stay
at
this
location.
