My husband and I used the Courtyard Marriott at Lebannon as part of our wedding weekend and unfortunately it did not live up to the expectations we come to expect from the Marriott establishment. From the onset, communication between myself and the hotel was sparse and I would only receive a response to inquiries about the room selection process after sending MULTIPLE messages to the event coordinator. One of the few times I did receive a response from the hotel was to be informed that the former coordinator was no longer working for the hotel and that a new individual would work with us. I was hopeful that with the change in personnel, the service and response time would improve. The first couple of exchanges with the new coordinator were positive in the fact that she did respond within a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately as the date to our wedding weekend grew closer, it became more of the same in which I would reach out for follow up and have to wait days without a response. It was frustrating to say the least to learn that after we committed to the number of rooms in order to receive a complimentary room, that we were told that our suite that we were using during the weekend could not be comped as the suite was not part of the complimentary rooms deal. NO WHERE in the contract that I signed stated this information and when brought to the attention of the event coordinator, the response was “its company policy.” I suggested that since the Suite could not be comped, could we receive a credit off of the final bill given that we also are having an open bar and Breakfast during the weekend and once again was told that this could not be allowed. During the evening of the open bar at the hotel, we were provided wrist bands to give to our guests and was informed that they would be sufficient for the bar (top shelf) and food that was chosen. I noticed within minutes that other guests were eating the food which we brought to the attention of the bartender on duty, to which he replied, there was nothing he could do. A few of the guests wanted beer instead of liquor and was informed that beer was not included in the menu- I was able to resolve the issue with the manager on duty in order to provide beer to the guests, but again it was frustrating to deal with this mishap when less than an hour before, I was celebrating with the same guests the happiest day of my life. We were informed that there would be signage to let guests know where breakfast was being held, and unfortunately this was not provided until after I made it aware of the attention of the associate/manager on duty at the front desk. I was informed as part of the contract that I would receive points for the BEO either to Marriott or my choice of travel program, which I still have not received to my account. In addition, I still have not received a final bill showing the charges that occurred during that weekend for the snack bar and breakfast buffett. Overall, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency and care that the staff at the Courtyard Marriott in Lebanon showed me and my husband during the weekend that we were there. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this location.

Good option if you are in the area overnight. Reasonably priced overnight accommodation. Rooms are clean but have a musty smell in the carpets. Lobby has a restaurant that serves basic on the go breakfast and sandwiches. Location is close to Lake and town center.

Everyone here was great from start to finish!!!! They were able to accommodate in our ever needs. Even when the key didn’t work they quickly took care of us. The rooms were clean! And I felt safe! Great place.

Decent hotel in the Clinton, NJ area. Beds not as comfortable as other Courtyards I stayed at. Nice breakfast options. Good parking. A little out of the way - you have to know it's there to find it as it's in a corporate park.

We walked in to three inept boomer women struggling to work a computer to check in the guest ahead of us. it started with one, who recruited assistance twice. Entering our room, the first thing we noticed was a toenail clipping in the center of the carpet. Upon leaving, we were requested it to be vacuumed. it was not. We were there for a wedding. the mother of the bride’s bathroom had several hundred ants! STAY AWAY

Everything was perfect. Had a very peaceful night with a good night's sleep. We came in a tractor trailer with a 53 foot trailer and the manager was able to accommodate parking for us which just made everything that much better! Thank you!

Marriotts have slipped over the last few years in my opinion. This one is okay. It's clean and the people are nice. It might be time to update?

Check-in was fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The Marriott was just off two highways.

Most everything was fine except the way they dealt with a barking dog and it wasn’t the dog’s fault. We have two that we boarded for our trip. The people across the hall brought their poor puppy and then left it alone for hours in a strange place. Called the desk 45 minutes into continuous barking. Said they’d come up to listen and determine if they needed to call the people staying in the room. Called an hour and 15 minutes later because now it was past their posted “quiet time,” but was told she hadn’t been able to leave the desk to check. When hubs came back to the room 15 minutes later, she said she’d listened but didn’t hear anything, so hubs to the maintenance guy standing nearby on speaker, so he could tell her the dog sounded very upset. Finally, she called us at almost 11 to say she’d reached the people in that room and that their dog was “in distress” and they were on their way back. Don’t post a “quiet time” if you don’t plan to enforce it and don’t dismiss a dog-lover who is concerned about a dog’s well-being.

Very pleased staying at the Courtyard in Lebanon, NJ. The room was comfortable and appreciated the sign that 10 p.m. on our floor (4th floor) was quiet time. The lounge area in the lobby was tastefully decorated. Breakfast was served by Mary and Terri, who were so pleasant, personable and professional. Appreciated Terri mentioning that I should not to announce my room number for safety reasons. They added that extra something to our stay. Looking forward to staying at this Courtyard Marriott the next time I'm in the area!

Friendly staff and very quiet clean hotel. Room appeared newly remodeled and was spotless. Several food choices a short drive away as well.

Stayed here 04-03-23 and a few hours after I left I broke out in hives. Went to the er and it’s due to the detergent they use. Thanks for using super cheap stuff to clean your linen’s

it was pretty nice, but wi-fi went out a lot, and that meant no chess, the pool is kinda small, and the workout room doesn’t have a lot of options. the elevators beep if there are too many people in it. And the starbucks closes at 10 which is the quite time-jimmy joe

Nice room, clean and spacious, enough counter surface. Lobby was also very nice, easy to meet people there and chat. Starbucks is in the lobby which is convenient! Tucked away and quiet, it was a nice stay.

Conveniently located near my office and easy to access off exit 20-A from Newark/EWR. Prices were mostly reasonable; sodas/coconut water a little overpriced. Bed was moderately comfortable. Was able to keep the room cool enough. My go to place to stay when I’m in town for business for a couple of days. Solid 4.5 star.

Great location right off the highway when in town. We were in town for a wedding and the hotel staff were excellent and expedient in checking us in.we had a full king room with couch, no issues with room at all.

The stay would have been better if it wasn't for the kids running through the hallways especially at night after 11pm and knocking on doors. They had to close the pool down because the kids were too wild but they still let us go in. Otherwise, the outdoor area/pool was consumed with the group of wild kids every-time I checked. Staff was nice, room was good.

The staff here are wonderful and go above and beyond. I checked in visibly upset and they made me feel like I was family. Gianna from the front desk even put a bag of chocolates with a sweet note on my door handle. Brooke at the bar was also incredibly kind and took great care of me. Ive travelled for work for years and have never left a review, but they went so out of their way to make me feel at home I had to. Best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. And obviously- the room was great, clean, and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable beds, but hotel is looking tired. Bathroom fixtures are old etc, not the higher end expected from other stays at this chain.

We visited the hotel as a road trip rest stop. The lobby was pretty, the counter staff was helpful, and there was lots of windows. There were large lucite sheets at the counter, between staff and customers. Both restrooms were very clean (which is why we stop at hotels for bathroom breaks). If main floor is indicative of the rooms, we'd definitely stay there.

Just had a VERY confusing situation with the Bonvoy app and my recent cancelation at this hotel (that no one on my team had canceled). Nina was extremely helpful at the front desk and credited the cancelation fee for me. I have yet to stay with them but I am a loyal Marriott guy…Nina reminded why. If she is an representation of this hotels service, then it is excellent.

We were checked in by Colleen who works the front desk evenings. Unlike most people who are in the hospitality industry, her manner and tone were unpleasant and unaccommodating. The rest of the staff were great and what one would expect of Marriott service.

Airport issues left me driving home at 2am and in desperate need of a place to rest up for a few hours. I called and confirmed there was a room available and got here at 3am. Mike at the front desk was truly amazing. He got me checked in and sorted out quickly. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot.
