If I could give no stars for service, I would. I placed my order on the app when I was 10 minutes away. I get to the location and go to pick up my food and it’s not there. I tried to get the attention of a worker and she looked at me, rolled her eyes and went back to whatever she was doing. Finally, someone asked the name on my order and then she went to check on it but no answer. Then another pet came up and said it was almost ready. Then the person that handed it to me, just slid it to me without even saying anything. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I guess I keep going back because I work down the road from the location.

Worst customer service ever! I have been going to this location since it opened, and never found a single time someone reday to take my order even its not busy. I never get my order within 15 minutes even if you order online. This is the only location on my way to work and they keep on testing my patience!

They were out of a lot of their sandwiches, I think all of them in fact. But that's pretty normal in my experience, no matter what Star bucks I go to lol. However, the lady who served me at the drive thru was so sweet and polite and HUMAN, and that's all that really matters to me. I was under the impression that they had just opened but it looks like their hours may be wonky instead. I'd come here again, I really like the location. Edit: some months later, and their hours are regular business hours and are just as good as any other Starbucks!

This is my go to Starbucks, I go here maybe 3-4 times a week. I always get my usual Black Tea with Heavy Whipping Cream. Today’s experience was one I did not expect. I ordered my usual and was handed my drink and I immediately knew it was NOT correct by the thickness and the fact that was no foam from the heavy whipping cream. I also cook with Heavy Cream and it is thick unlike other milk products that are thin and more watery. I explained to the lady that it was not right and was made with a different milk product. The Lead then came over and told me they don’t have any other whipping cream other than the milk jug she was showing me which was watery and said ‘Whipping Cream’ I explained HEAVY whipping cream is a different product and comes in a carton and she said that’s the only whipping cream they carry and it’s always be the same.. Which is absolutely false considering I get it there often. She was very adamant about it. After a 7 minute ordeal of her not listening to me I left with the incorrect drink bc they don’t know the difference of HEAVY whipping cream and whipping cream. Go google it and go to the grocery store! This is unacceptable and quite frankly something you should know when working there.

I order ahead because I’m in a rush in the morning and I still have to wait over 15 mins for them to make my coffee. There have been several separate occasions I have had to specifically ask for them to make my coffee as I watch them make drive through customer orders which defeats the purpose of me ordering ahead as I would hope it would be more time efficient.

First at drive through window, the air conditioning was so loud I could not hear the barista at the window. Then barista holds the machine to pay you you can’t handle my card it can be difficult depending on how close you are. Then I order a tall spice and pumpkin latte and it’s 3/4 full, maybe not even that with whip cream and almost 7 dollars. The 8 ounce latte really wasn’t that good — not for $7. This is not the first time - I had a latte from Starbucks that a 1/3 air. Disappointing and too expensive for product.

Drinks consistently made wrong, baristas rude, stuck in drive-thru for over 30 minutes multiple times, consistently out of stock of food items - now driving the extra 5 minutes to go to a better run Starbucks.

Starbucks should focus less on their political stances and more on providing a quality product in a timely fashion. I don’t understand why it is so hard to make orders to completion in the order you receive them.
