    Great Chik Fil A with a playland. Food and service were both excellent and had a great vibe for my family of small kids to play for 20-30 minutes before they ate their food. Staff brought our food to our table and it was piping hot. Bathrooms were clean and everyone was wonderfully polite. Glad to come back!

    Chick-fil-A never disappoints. It was a great Saturday night dinner. Hot, delicious and completely counter to all of our New Year’s resolutions!!! Totally worth it.

    I am rating based on my experience today only. Normally this location is very good but today I ordered a peppermint milkshake and there was no peppermint at all. It is just soft serve with whip cream. Also my sandwich came with pickles on it even though I ordered it without because I really really hate pickles.

    Came in at 9:25pm and I was told I cannot order. Hector refused service and said that its a new policy that they only do drive thru at this time. There was so signs posted anywhere and we asked about the signs he said they were taken down. Doesn’t make sense to me. This is the first time I get refused service at this location. There was several families in there sitting down and having their chick fil a. Very upsetting.

    We all know Chick-fil-A rocks, but it's more than "My pleasure." This evening, I wanted something from Chick-fil-A, and I am driving a large service truck. We'll unbeknownst to me the dining room closes at 9 pm and it's 9:23 pm. My truck won't fit in the drive thru, so I park to walk towards the entrance, not knowing the dining room is closed. As I am walking towards the doors, Hector walks to the door from inside. He greets me at the door and says I know your truck won't fit so I have to let you in. Chick-fil-A and Hector ROCKS!! Love the service and caring.

    DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I ordered a Cobb Salad and ended up in the ER with food poisoning 8hrs later. Don’t do it. Raw bacon…this is supposed to be blessed by the lord…you’ll be saying prayers to heal your stomach. Save yourself.

    Bad experience! :( I stopped by the drive-through about an hour ago to order food. When the guy told me my meal and fruit cup would total over $18, I asked if I could change it to just ordering a lemonade and fruit cup. When I got to the window to pay, the 2 guys there looked like they hated me. Not only did they not say thank you or my pleasure, the guy who handed me my food looked like he wanted to kill me. They should understand that some people need to change an order when they realize they don't have enough money and they should still treat customers with respect. I will not be going back to this location.

    This is the best Chic Filet in the area. Well staffed which helps them move through customers quickly. There is also an employee basically floor walking actively cleaning tables and seeing if anyone needs anything. I also mis ordered my meal. I didn't get the wrong thing I ordered wrong and they made me what I intended to order right away without issue.

    Very good food and service but very crowded. The drive thru took over twenty minutes. would not do drive thru again but will definitely be coming back!

    It's usually pretty good but it's hit or miss if your going to get your actual order. The kids like it but sometimes I get sick of just chicken. The salads are good but pricey! Overall pretty good but not an every day stop.

    Good food and quick service as you'd expect from Chic filet. How to play area which was a huge relief as my kids have been traveling all day. Play area was kept clean and nice.

    The last two times we ordered from this location (Edwards Ferry), the next day a family member was barfing. Then miraculously fine the next day. That’s called food poisoning. Go ahead and take your chances. Good luck.

    I used my 30 minute lunch hour to go to this location to pick up a Cobb salad. When placing the order I requested no Romaine lettuce but a switch to spring mix. I’ve been to many locations of Chick-fil-A across Virginia and ordered this substitution. There’s never been a problem to make the switch except here. The cashier who took the order, was rudely spoken to by the manager named Jefferson. He said to her very rudely that we are too busy and we cannot make the substitution. This is the second time this has happened to me. If no substitutions is a policy of Chick-fil-A, it should be clearly displayed and furthermore, why can I get it at some locations but not here? I canceled my order, left and took my lunch business elsewhere. I will not be back.

    I took my husband for his birthday. He loves ribs so I surprised him. Was very friendly and clean,wonderful service. Good was great. Definitely a go to again.

    This place is always buzzing, so be prepared to wait a little for your food. The place is usually clean, as there is always a large amount of people there, it's hard to clean on the go. Th food is good, the service could be a little more friendly.

    You can never go wrong with CFA!! Stopped at this location while traveling, and the peach milkshake was delicious! The ice cream tasted more homemade than other locations. The food was hot and tasty per usual. My only issue is that I was standing in the line for quite a while before any of the 5 or 6 folks working behind the counter decided to acknowledge me and take my order.

    This morning I went through the drive-through to order my regular which is grilled chicken minis! Though it is not a regular menu item I have purchased it at this location several times. I’ve come across a manager by the name of Rafeal who is very rude, and explains to me well it’s not a regular menu items so we don’t make them. I explain to him that I understand that is not a regular menu item but I have gotten it here several times. I also asked him for the owners name and he gets a little upset about me asking for it. And then wants to tell me at the end to have a blessed day as though he has done something correct. He did not and he was rude.

    For the most part its an average chick-fil-a. That being said I've had a few disappointments. 1)Being given the wrong order on more than one occasion 2) Ordered coffee at 7:30 am at drive through. Was asked to pull over in parking lot to wait. 36 cars went through i went inside to get coffee. Had to wait 15 min for coffee. Passengers where upset since this delayed our trip departure and they did not enjoy meal. Will go to McDonald's from now on if I want to get breakfast quickly.

    It's a Chick-fil-A. Always good. Ordering 20 minutes ahead on the app saved us no time though. Had to wait in the parking lot longer than if we'd used the drive through.

    It was easy to get through the drive thru as compared to other CFA's. It was easy to navigate the drive thru without having to worry about the parking lot area and having someone backing up. They have two stations that make it easier to get your order in. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again if we are in the area.

    All the chick-fil-a's I have been to have had very friendly employees and efficient operation. And that is true of the Leesburg location as well. I have noticed that the quality of food varies a little from location to location, which is expected. When we moved to the area we started getting to this location and the quality of the food (taste, cooked properly, etc ) seems to be consistent lower than others that we have been to. We have seen this over the last few months and first thought we got a bad meal but it appears to be constantly, in my opinion, lower overall quality than other Chick-fil-A to the point where we will drive further to get our food.

    Always prompt, courteous, and genuinely kind! Food Never fails to be delicious in every way...flavor, temperature, specifications, etc. And if extremely rarely they should make a mistake in an order (even if it was actually the customer's mistake) they will always kindly correct above and beyond!

    Twice in two trips here my frosted coffee is melted and my nuggets are cool. I don't see what the secrecy is all about. Apparently the frosted coffees are prepared out if sight maybe it's to conceal the secret recipe. The only problem is I have my hot food while waiting for my frosted. I made a mention that my nugs have been in the bag for 5 mins and my coffee is sunken from sitting somewhere out of sight and the reply was a shrug and "I'm sorry" I told the person that you only get one chance to make it right. Last time here.

    Don’t use the curbside service. This is one of the busiest Chick-fil-a which may be the reason their customer service is subpar. And they never answer the phone. And, this has happened to me many times at this location. I just had the time to write this review after waiting 25 mins for an order. Get it together guys!

    It's one of the worst CF . I've ever been to. This was my 2nd try at this unit,no more! Unorganized,wrong orders, (English) communication issues. Ordered 1 item,correct on slip wrong in bag. Several customers were told, " I can't do that" in order to make their orders correct. 1 lady ordered 2 Sprites and was given 2 fries, and employees couldn't seem to figure out how to fix the problem. They didn't understand she never ordered the fries.!!!

    They refused to sell me today a cob Salas with spring mix, no lettuce , which I had purchase there before a few times , they told me they do not do that switch …. And the person taking my order was Getting an actitud cuz I keep explaining that I had purchase that there before …I wish all the chick fil a will train all their employees how to take the order of a con salad NO lettuce , spring mix , very disappointed
