I brought food from kfc this afternoon for my family and the food was absolutely disappointing. The chicken fillet burger meal for adults had such a small piece of chicken and it was so hard and dried out you couldn't even eat it.i got kids chicken burger meal and they was also dried and hard my kids struggled to take a bite and the worse bit was the zinger burger I had a big piece of hair in the burger.this is the last time I get from kfc.

Terrible burgers, smelt like they had gone off. Chips portions are half full. Even my kids have agreed we will not bother with this kfc. A few weeks prior we ordered wings and they were so dry you could barely chew in to them. Definitely letting the franchise down.

Quick service, staff very helpful and friendly. Food fresh and tasty, I paid less than I expected. Will be back here for sure.

I'll start by saying the staff are always friendly and work really hard. However, they are clearly being let down by whoever runs this store (KFC or franchise). If you go during the "busy" times you will wait 3x as long as other KFCs for your orders. The store takes orders at the till, drive-thru, mobile and all the numerous food delivery apps. Meaning at certain days and times there's more orders being taken than that can physically be completed within a normal time. I've waited nearly an hour for an in-store order for takeaway.

So grateful as this is Only place in this area open until 11pm on Sundays with in door seating and facilities available. I mostly order the Mega box meal comes with a pot of gravy £5 The online menu has so many meals I haven't seen before also on the Mobile app as well.

Don't bother going in here if you are a white British citizen. I stood a few minutes waiting to be served and as soon as a couple of Asian men walked in the Asian woman serving asked what would they like to order. I found this to be quite racist.

Not the cleanest of place. Dirty tables. Lampshade covered in dust. Table service unavailable unless it's not available after 8. Service at the counter was great. Chicken as alway, very nice.

Don’t order delivery, food came cold and when I rang the kfc, the staff member put the phone down, rang back again and she said to bring back the food back for fresh food but what’s the point for paying for delivery, I ordered from the app so I rang the store and she told me to go to Uber ??? Does not make any sense spent £25 for cold food
