Female staff member looked like she didn't want to be there and treated customers like they were an inconvenience. Salad portion was much smaller than other subways. Staff didn't change gloves between serving customers. No cold drinks available. Overall not the best experience so will choose another subway next time.

The worst Subway experience ever!!🤬 Took my two daughters (one gluten free and one vegan). I asked for chicken and bacon but received tuna so had to have a brand new sub made. I asked for gluten free bread and they didn’t have any which is absolutely appalling. I also asked for vegan meatballs and they said they are not selling them even though they had been displayed on the display board in big writing. Customer service was atrocious. Very rude lady. Unfortunately I will not be returning any time soon and I am very disappointed by this outcome.

Service is absolutely appalling !! Ordered from Deliveroo and got two of the incorrect items instead of notifying me they took it into their own hands and completely changed it all together when I rang up and asked about this they said “oh we didn’t have them in stock so gave u something else which was of complete different taste to what I wanted why didn’t u just take the items off of Deliveroo they ended the phone call on me as scared of confrontation! Need better management clearly

Worst subway,, wrong vegetable wrong cookies and I couldn't get any sauce even though I ordered extra sauces. They don't care my order and just give what they want.

If I could choose 0 out of 5 I would!!! Appalling service. Staff can’t understand you when you call up to explain errors they have made. Tried to complain as they wanted me to reorder again via Deliveroo and expecting me to pay again for it when they clearly agreed it’s there error. When asking to speak to a a manager they put the phone down twice and now are not answering. Stay well clear from this branch as they don’t have a clue and I’ve lost out on £18 for a delivery which was all wrong. Worst customer service I have ever received and will look to take this further as this is unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY unless you want a wrong order and to lose out on money!!!

Their Merry Chef oven hasn't been working for the last two weeks, I guess. They took my food to the back, and I suspect they used a microwave to toast it. The new guy with a bit of brown hair is the worst. When I asked for a bag, he just handed it to me without even trying to put the food in the bag. Additionally, when I ordered a cookie, he just threw it into the bag at me, which is so disrespectful. Sorry, but your service is the worst I have seen in my life.

Awful experience Ordered veggie patty wrap, she made it without cooking the patty, threw a strop when I told her Potato crisper were soggy, undercooked. Very tight with portions and made the wrap with their preference of salads/condiments and didn't even bother asking. Lady in the bright red lipstick really needs to pay more attention rather than running back to watch videos on her phone

It's a joke. For 6 inch Italian bmt I was charged 4.99, lettuce was in bad condition, no tissue given and overall tasted really bad. Not recommended for others

Food Taste like it’s Not fresh like the cookies where so stale and had the kind of taste as if they’ve been left out for a long time

I don’t normally eat subway but today I went in for a take out, there was a lovely employee (Rikie). she was very friendly and helpful and even recommended some stuff. The customer service I received today was 10/10.

Braunstone gateway subway. They got someone behind the counter some dark skinned lady who is very rude and I am a valid loyal customer. I had a valid subway voucher to buy a coffee she said she won’t serve me cuz I am not a loyal customer and I have been going to this subway for years and years. They should not work in this environment if they don’t know how to talk to customers so I would like you to do something bout it. It doesn’t matter as long we got a valid vouchers they should be able to serve us.

Usually ok, had hash browns today that looked like they'd been cooked some time ago and then left in the silver tray to keep warm! Wasn't even warm and had been there that long they were hard and just not very nice! Did go back and ask for fresh to be told we can't cook fresh today, our manager has told us this is what we need to do! After re heating again they were even worse so I eventually got a refund. The lady that was serving then proceeded to pop the again re heated hash browns back onto the silver tray for the next customer.....Beaut 🤢🤢
