We
have
booked
a
wedding
reception
here
pre
Covid
which
has
got
put
back.
We
have
run
into
a
few
problems
due
to
long
staying
"government
guests"
who
have
totalled
a
lot
of
the
rooms
requiring
a
renovation
before
they
can
be
resold
-
meaning
we
don't
have
the
quantity
of
rooms
we
ideally
want
(big
wedding)
on
our
wedding
night;
however,
how
the
hotel
has
handled
it
has
been
second
to
none.
They
have
made
sure
we
have
been
looked
after
with
impeccable
care
and
we
feel
we
have
had
a
"Silver
Service
level
of
customer
care"
that
you
would
expect
from
this
hotel.
They
even
covered
the
cost
of
the
bridal
room
at
a
neighbouring
hotel
as
they
weren't
expecting
the
rooms
to
be
in
such
a
state
at
time
of
booking,
have
been
upfront
and
honest
with
us,
and
organised
a
deal
where
the
same
rates
are
honoured
at
a
hotel
around
the
corner.
If
we
wanted
to
cancel
they
even
offered
us
a
full
refund
even
though
it
is
getting
close
to
the
date
with
no
quibbles.
Staff
and
hotel
is
second
to
none
and
you
can
tell
they
have
great
respect
for
the
hotel
quality,
over
continuing
to
sell
us
rooms
that
needed
a
refresh.
We
will
be
staying
again
when
the
renovations
to
the
rooms
are
completed
-
no
doubt!
Very
impressed
with
the
hotels
quality
team
and
professionalism.
