Very dirty Starbucks. Rubbish is always piling up on the tables as there’s only one bin by condiment table, chairs have seen better days and are proper disgusting. You can see the lack of care from employees.

Me and my friend went to get coffee from here not much queue was there and there were 3 people working still they were so late to give order we waited like 10min to get our coffee. Staff were talking and laughing more then work.Manager or the person who own this franchise have to look into it because it is very poor service. And also staff need training again how to make coffee because we ordered iced Americano and iced caramel latte it was so bad.

Lovely starbucks in Harrow. I go there quite a lot to grab a coffee and relax. It has a nice atmosphere with friendly staff

Good evening, Hope you are well. I was really disappointed that your staff at Starbucks Harrow is very rude. Today ( 28th Oct 2023 ) walked in at the Starbucks but seems all your teenager staff were more interested in talking than serving to customers. Instead of welcoming with a smile No welcome No smile. The customer service is horrendous. No wonder other shops are getting close. There were 3 staff but noone bothered to come and even ask anything. I would never go back and neither do recommend my family. Thanks, Minal

I’ve been to this Starbucks and now refuse to go there because of the service and lack of attention to the orders. The staff are laughing and chatting with each other but do not maintain professionalism. I remember a couple of months back when I visited a random person asked if it was worth getting a job there and the staff told them no and that it was long and not worth it which is a really poor reflection on Starbucks. The other problem is that because they are laughing and chatting, they aren’t paying attention to orders. I am lactose intolerant and they got my order wrong three times! I had to throw my drink away because I took a sip and realised that they’d given me dairy. This is so dangerous, it’s lucky I only had an intolerance and not an allergy! The manager at this place really needs to retrain staff. I don’t normally write negative reviews but I think this franchise in particular has let me down a few too many times. I refuse to go back there now. Luckily a new branch has opened up close to where I live and they are excellent!

The hygiene practices at this branch are poor. The barista making coffees had a stinking cold and was sneezing over the preparation area. It’s common knowledge that people with viruses shouldn’t be in food preparation areas. Paid £4.70 for the privilege of catching someone’s cold - lovely!

The service here in St. George outlet sucks! All the tables were dirty, after requesting twice to clean it, the staff came after 10 mins and instead of coming to our table, he started picking trash from the empty tables at the very end, probably his ghost customers were waiting to get it cleaned. Finally when he reached our table, we requested to wipe our table before other tables, he said he can’t do that before he has picked all the trash from other (empty) tables. Then he came with a wipe and again started with an empty table at the very end instead of coming to the table where customers are waiting since 20 mins with food in their hands!!! Don’t have ketchup, gave our order to someone else, said it’s going to take time, waited another 15 mins and then he realised he gave to someone else. Then made cold drink instead of hot, made again. Worst Starbucks outlet I have ever been to!

I have been coming to this SB for quite sometime and I know how busy it can get. Today, I did not plan of coming by but a friend just asked for a favor. Deep was so helpful as my friend’s usual wasn't available. His advise made me order one for myself just to try. Leila was also very kind to offer me some help to pack the drinks to go. Thanks for the rest of the team. Kindness goes a long way.

Ordered Salt caramel cold brew and got for a frappucino. Unclean and tables too sticky from day / previous days cup stains... not maintained at all and some flies too.

Ordered a Strawberry Acai Starbucks refresher. On collection I ask where are the dried strawberries, meant to be part of the drink. "Oh we don't have any". You'd think they'd think to mention if an ingredient was missing, before selling it. And this is the third time this has happened, and at this branch in particular. Seem to think customers should be grateful, not dare to complain, and accept what Starbucks have decided. Generally grubby and tired, and very,very offhand manner. Don't go to this branch go to Starbucks in Pinner instead, or Uxbridge instead. They make experience enjoyable.

Spacious place with nice staff. Music a little too loud otherwise nice place. Toilet very messy, smelly and unclean.

Service is good but can get extremely busy, so difficult to get a table, and the tables are often dirty and grimy. Moreover, watch out if using the wifi as criminals occasionally mingle as 'customers' in some of the local cafes in Harrow to steal your identity and credit/debit card details, and sadly this location is no exception so exercise caution and use a VPN. Selection of sandwiches and pastries -especially Vegan and Vegetarian options- is disappointingly limited for the price. Good coffee though, and the leather sofas are relatively kept relatively clean.

I went to this srarbucks joint today and indeed a Venti Iced Mocha with vanilla foam. The service given to me when ordering was great and efficient. However whilst the drink was being made, the staff members could be heard talking about how they couldn't be asked to make some drinks and it was a bit of a buzz kill for the atmosphere of the otherwise well decorated, open shop floor. Overall, I would recommend this place for a quick stop, but the staff do need to be more conscious about customers.

Its starbucks so the coffee and drinks is what you know. The downside here is that it is unclean, tavkes are not cleared and it is dark and a little "worn". If your headed in and out for a takeaway coffee its fine but if you are looking for a place to mwet people and have several drinks and something to snack on then this isnt that comfortable. It is dark a little dirty and the atmosphere isn't grea, as the shape of the shop is basically uninteresting. The service is slow as there are always queues but the staff are very warm and once you get there they are very pleasant. So staff good, xoffee good. Ambience awful, and table cleanliness needs improving

i was there on wednesday, i ordered a coffee and i wanted to sweeten it and there was no sugar. i asked the service for sugar and i was told there is no sugar because it is over. my girlfriend asked if they should inform me before selling coffee that there is no sugar. no response from their side.JOKE !!! second thing, the place is very dirty. the table was sticky and the seats were stained.

Two boys by the name of Mohammed were excellent and efficient with their work , surprising as they told me they are new but I had previously thought they were experienced. 10/10 for the both of them very impressed. Will be coming back soon for sure

Hate this place, the queue was mad long. My work gives short breaks and I went for a sandwich, 10 mins into queueing they say they need to reboot the till and that it will take awhile. Wasted everyone’s time, no sense of urgency or problem solving.

Busy sometimes hard to find a place, but friendly staff and cozy cafe. I like the caramel Frappuccino 🧡

Blonde Female Manager who opened on Saturday the 10th of September (today) made my morning. So friendly and helpful. Lovely big Starbucks, coffee delicious as always. Thank you!

The location is good, decorated well, but the workers are bad at doing their job. Manav, the guy who took the orders was slow, did not really seem to care to do his job, his co-workers as well very slow, unorganised and can't even read as they gave us a single shot late, not double, as it was typed on the label and with our names on them but they can't even shout our names... We had to wait 25 minutes for 2 cups of coffee and to add, they gave people behind us, their order and kind of forgot about us. Undertrained staff, not the cleanest coffee place either. Definitely not going back.

Health & Safety Risk! Unless you want to get ill i strongly advise you do not visit this store until remedial action is taken to fix their ventilation system. How is this store operating without a functioning ventilation system (AC)? HSE need to pay these premises a visit and close it down ASAP! Note to management: not only are you showing a total disregard to your customers health but also your staff. How is this not being fixed week after week and you serve food & drink??! Not a standard i expect from any eatery let alone a Global name like Starbucks ! Absolutely Disgusting.

There is new staff and every time I see them they all look like they want to be somewhere else, especially the guy who takes the orders. I know it's hard in customer service but it doesn't hurt to make the customer feel welcome. It's literally what you're getting paid for. Today I ordered a soy milk latte but got semi-skimmed instead, don't know why. Didn't ask to make me a new one as I was to anxious in front of them. The shop itself seems ok, maybe do some more deep cleaning as the surfaces and floor are a bit sticky.

The place is all dirty even if there are not many people and the staff often get lost talking instead of taking care of the work, not to mention the slowness of the service ..

The is is the second instance I’m facing this issue with delivery from the St. George’s centre Harrow branch of Starbucks. Last time they sent me a hot latte instead of my iced latte. This afternoon they just didn’t send any latte! I mean if they had any missing ingredients they could have called to check for replacement. Just very upset with their service for the second time! Hope it’ll get better.
