I
have
shopped
at
Earthbound
in
three
states,
it's
one
of
my
favorite
places.
However,
this
location
has
fast
become
the
exception.
We
were
not
greeted
by
any
of
the
three
employees
who
were
standing
there
chatting
when
we
came
in.
While
we
were
looking
at
an
expensive
item
near
the
employees,
one
of
the
women
reached
between
us
and
the
item
and
pointed
to
some
smaller
(and
not
exactly
the
same)
items
stating
"These
are
$30."
We
spent
a
long
time
in
the
store
as
I
was
looking
for
a
birthday
gift
(a
stone
I
was
being
rather
picky
about)
and
several
times
when
looking
at
the
smaller
items
we
were
asked
"Can
I
help
you?"
But
only
when
looking
at
small
items.
When
I
finally
chose
and
we
rang
out
the
woman
at
the
register
(the
same
one
who
had
pointed
out
lower
cost
items)
said
"Oh,
is
that
all?"
and
even
though
my
companion
tried
to
make
small
talk
the
woman
ignored
us,
turned
to
say
something
to
her
coworkers,
and
did
not
say
another
word
to
us.
As
we
left,
we
were
the
ones
saying
have
a
nice
day.
I
did
not
appreciate
the
assumption
we
would
be
looking
for
cheap
items
nor
the
constant
eyeing
as
if
they
thought
we
were
stealing.
Above
all,
the
comments
made
were
highly
inappropriate
for
customer
service.
While
on
this
visit
I
did
not
spend
a
large
amount
and
only
bought
one
small
item
-
it
is
the
ONLY
time
I
have
bought
only
one
item
on
a
visit
to
Earthbound.
I
generally
spend
several
hundred
dollars
per
visit
and
go
every
few
months.
Greatly
saddened
this
is
the
only
Earthbound
within
several
hours
of
me
as
the
experience
is
one
of
stores
I
do
not
return
to.
I
do
not
plan
on
returning
to
this
branch
nor
do
I
recommend
it
to
anyone.
