Our company uses this hotel. I have been here the last 3 nights I am leaving today Since day one I have notified the front desk that our shower does not get hot water and we need to change rooms. Three different desk clerks have denied my request.. their solution was telling me to run the water longer which did not resolve anything leaving us with 3 days of cold showers. Our company will not be using this hotel moving forward.

Everything from check in to check out was great!! The front staff clerk was extremely friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. Loved the accessible shower which made bathing the kids a whole lot easier. The beds were very comfy!!! The surrounding area was very nice and the hotel was not too far from things we needed. The pool and hot tub were very nice, was a bit smaller than the other Hampton we stayed in but was still nice none the less. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here to stay again!! The entire hotel was so clean and smelled fresh which is a huge selling point for us.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and featured eggs, sausage, waffles and more making this hotel stay a worthwhile value.

Extremely clean, great location for the naval base as well as amazing customer service from all stuff, especially Kazar who helped in the business center and was just super friendly and knowledgeable. The cleaning stuff was also exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location.🪬

My stay here was AMAZING!!! The room was bigger than I thought; nice and clean. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and hot!! The staff was Awesome!!! And the breakfast was great and appreciated!!! Everything was good as far as the room the service, the pool the hot tub. No complaints except the breakfast is not very good. The sausage was some of the worst breakfast sausage I've ever tasted my life and I'm not that picky of an eater. I can't imagine anyone that works there tried one of these and thought it was okay to put out, they must just cook it and dispense it. But that wasn't enough to ruin my review

No issues, would stay again. Hotel is starting to show some age. Front desk help was fine but the folks cleaning the rooms were great. Definitely took pride in doing things right. The room I was in had a good bit of road noise throughout the night, bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Also the team taking care of breakfast was on it, well organized and clean.

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL IF DEPENDING ON THE SHUTTLE TO TAKE YOU TO THE NAVY BOOT CAMP GRADUATION. Selected this hotel based on being a Hiltons Honors member and the convenience of the shuttle to the Navy booth camp graduation. Had a 6:20 am pick up time in writing which was not honored. Waited in lobby the morning of appointment and the shuttle was a no show. Inquired and was offered a 7:30 am pick up time instead. This later pickup was not conducive to my schedule as arrangements had already been made around the 6:20 am scheduled pickup. Manager on duty the morning of 6/15/2023 refused to speak to me and instead had the desk clerk offer to eliminate my $50 early check in fee. I insisted on speaking with the manager but this never happened. In reality, I spent more than $50 on ride share cost to and from the graduation. I called back on several occasions to have the $50 charge removed from by bill, and this never happened either. Do not stay here if you intend to use the shuttle as they do not fulfill their promises and the manager shows no remorse. Do not let them ruin your navy graduation experience.

Good hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Wish air conditioner had a little more output. Overall, definitely can recommend. Super easy to get to Navy Boot Camp graduations.

This place was awesome. Such welcoming and friendly staff. It was me and my husband's anniversary and they made us feel so special. Very clean room and pool area, wish could've stayed longer!

Every thing was wonderful for the entire stay. However, someone should lool at room 304's bathroom. The door hinges are disgustingly dirty, rusty and partically covered with paint and the intake hose to the toilet is completely rusty and detatched from the wall (sharpe edges as well).

Staff was very friendly and the property was very clean. Area is calm and quiet, which was what I wanted. Close by stores and food which was convenient. Shuttle available if guest is going to Navy Graduation.

The customer service was excellent! The hotel and room was very clean. We stay an extra night because it was so relaxing and cost effective. We will stay again.

The hotel staff was very welcoming upon arrival and throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and dust free. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

We had a great experience at this Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly and the room was very large. It was just a one night stop for us while visiting Six Flags, but a great choice for those traveling to the area...especially families like ours that need more than just a standard 1 or 2 bed room.

Super friendly staff when we arrived, and was able to get early check in, which was fantastic. Rooms were big, clean, had plenty of amenities, and had an amazing hot breakfast. So impressed. Would definitely stay again

Been all over Michigan at different hotels with cheer competitions and the last one we stayed at was a holiday in and sweets like this one and I'll tell you what Ohio keeps up the standard of nice. This place is clean. The front desk employee gave me a list of lokal restaurants told me about the weight room and the breakfast. My room was perfect. Clean and organized. Up to date fernishings. Definitely recommend. Five stars all day long

We stayed at this Hampton Inn while in town for a concert at the fair grounds. We booked our stay through the Hilton honors app, so I was able to check in online ahead of time and walk right to our room when we arrived without stopping at the desk. They placed us in a room with no next door neighbors as usual. I liked this hotel because it had free parking and free hot breakfast. It was clean and spacious, as I always expect from staying with Hilton. The staff we did interact with was very friendly. The pool and hot tub were open, so we did enjoy an evening relaxing. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. Most of the winners we found in the area were ten minutes or less away. The gas station directly next to the hotel was also a huge plus. It was open when we left at 5am. I’ve seen reviews of this specific hotel complaining about ridiculously expensive hidden fees. I have never, in five years, experienced this. I book exclusively with Hilton using their app and the usual cleaning fees have applied.

Hotel was great for the price range and family friendly. Our initial room had a window leak and we were moved to the other Suite which was wonderful. The staff also was really helpful each time our door cards failed for whatever reasons. The room itself was quiet even though it was right by an entry door. Breakfast was great! The only thing was the pool area had a few really gross areas outside of the pool.
