Le personnel est très sympathique et compétent. Rapidité des prélèvements à chaque fois et résultats sur internet ! c'est super pratique et ça fonctionne !

And tomorrow, the definitive closure? However, the laboratory receives as many patients in the morning as Ester's, that's saying something (!) so why gradually cut its hours, its staff, etc.!? So I say STOP and I hope that many of you will ask for the maintenance of this establishment that we hold so dear, with at least a service like the one offered to us today. I hope that my many visitors (thank you all) will make their point of view known, write!

There are two types of staff in this laboratory: some very nice and caring, and others (well, another in particular) who despise you, look at you almost askance depending on the analysis you come to do and, what's more, doesn't even tell you when you ask for information!! Small downside, when you give your identity card (analysis requiring identity verification) the person does not change your contact details and this can cause problems depending on where your results go. That said, thank you very much to the rest of the staff who are caring, non-judgmental and truly welcoming!

Personnel très sympathique, rapidité des prélèvements, sans douleurs. Les infirmières sont douces. Accueil très satisfaisant. J'y vais très régulièrement, et tout se passe très bien.

Accueil impeccable et possibilité d'auto prélèvements ce qui est très appréciable et fait gagner du temps. Toutefois, les délais de résultats sont extrêmement longs... Une semaine et demi pour un ECBU, presque 1 mois pour une examen cytologique, je n'ai pas pu avoir mes résultats à temps pour des rendez-vous importants, peut-être un manque de biologistes ? Pas très pratique malheureusement

Personnel toujours accueillant et à l'écoute que ce soit en physique comme au téléphone, très peu d'attente, résultats disponibles dans la journée, parking à disposition, au top.

Très bon accueil. Personnel très agréable. Laboratoire très compétent. Résultats sur internet, un peu galère. Mais le labo les tiens également sur papier à notre disposition. Il s'agit juste de demander. S'il y a des remarques désagréables à faire ce n'est pas au labo qu'il faut les faire, mais aux services postaux qui ne respectent pas les délais de distribution du courrier en temps voulu et promis et dont ils se fichent éperdument.

Personnel très gentil, infirmières qui ont beaucoup de courage et restent très à l’écoute des patients malgré l’irritabilité de certains… L’équipe a du mérite.

Les secrétaires et les infirmières sont adorables, d'un professionnelisme sans faille, à l'écoute. Je vais au laboratoire Carnot depuis plus de 5 ans, et je n'ai toujours rien à redire.
