Great place to stay. Very accommodating and attentive staff. Rooms were clean and neat. Showers had great pressure. Kids enjoyed the stay as well.

This hotel was spotless and looked new. Staff was friendly. Decaf and regular coffee that's available throughout the day was always fresh. Location on I-80 was very convenient. One of the best hotels we have had the pleasure to stay in.

Great hotel! Interesting find was a cinnamon roll that someone surreptitiously placed behind the ice machine on the 3rd floor. I decided to move it to various locations to see if someone would place it in the trash, but to no avail. Pictures posted for your pleasure.

This is absolutely the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at! It is so clean, the room and lobby are gorgeous! They thought of everything for the room. I loved the chaise lounge and table where I could watch TV and work with my feet up! Everyone was extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

Stayed here as a stopping point from Michigan to Denver. Room was ready upon arrival doing online check in day before. Room met all of my requests. Room was very clean and very nice size with room to move around. Breakfast buffet was really good especially since it offered some gluten free options my daughter needed that was a surprise and allowed us to start our trip to Denver much sooner. All staff were very nice

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The bathroom was not clean upon check-in. Housekeeping only tidied up during a 5-day visit one time. There was no sanitizer in the stations, and the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. The business center computer was signed out, and no one was at the desk to assist. I was told a manager would contact me regarding the cleanliness of the room and have yet to be contacted. It's been almost 2 weeks. I am new to the IHG family, but if this is the norm, I'll stick with Marriott.

The motel was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The room were good size, clean and comfortable. The only thing that I would change is that I would add extra bath towels I almost forgot the complimentary breakfast was good 👍 and they start serving it early in the morning ( about 6:00 AM).

Incorrect room, terrible breakfast We booked a "2 QUEEN BEDS 2 BEDROOM SUITE", and were given a studio with 2 queen beds 4 feet apart, no separate bedrooms. We had already hauled all our stuff up after driving all day and had a child who needed to get to the bathroom, so we didn't try to fix that after arriving for our one night stay. There wasn't anyone at the front desk to talk to in the morning the 4 times we checked between 8 and 9:30, when we needed to head out on the road again. At 8am, breakfast had no hot items (no eggs, no sausage or bacon, no biscuits), no milk, no pancakes (machine was broken), and no orange juice. A few milk cartons were finally set out 15 minutes later - mostly chocolate, when everyone was stuck with cereal or cinnamon rolls for breakfast.

Great sized room. Plenty of room to setup a pack n play. Very quiet. I didn't hear anyone we were sharing a wall with. The hotel itself looked nice too.

Passing through on a roadtrip. Rooms were a little older but clean. Surprisingly there was no traffic noise from the I-80. My only negative was they need to clean the overflow holes in the bathroom sink...

Stopped here while traveling from Colorado to Illinois. We were arriving after 9:00 PM and front desk employee was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel and our room were very clean. Our room was large and comfortable. I love that HIE hotels have hooks on the wall to hang jackets on away from clothing in closets. Continental breakfast has several options to choose from. I appreciate all the Dove products in the restrooms and showers. Check out is easy online.

Traffic noise from the interstate not noticeable and room was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. However a kids sports event staying same time as us, so we heard running, yelling, crying, jumping above us and from the hallway the whole time. Kids being kids but do not expect the room to have any sound insulation. We stay almost exclusively in Holiday Inn Express hotels and this one just didn't seem to be built to the same standards. I won't stay here again unless I am guaranteed top floor room.

New hotel, so rooms are clean, stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with a number of choices. And, as you can expect from Holiday Inn Express...the yummy cinnamon rolls.

Friendly front desk staff. Spacious room, foyer space as you walk into your room. Large updated bathroom, microwave, fridge & coffee maker. Blown away with the cleanliness of the room and bed. Fresh crispy sheets ! If you need a hotel off I-80, stay here. Best hotel in the area !

We were surprised on how spacious and the amount of appliances that were in our double queen room. The front desk employee was extremely polite and hands down the fastest I've ever gotten a room without a reservation. Would definitely stay here again.
