Nice to Potter around Lincoln, nicely kept town. Lights were lovely for Christmas. Some good shops and selection of pubs and bars or eateries too. Accessible to most. Some cobble stones and as you venture out of the main square Some steep hills!

Sports Direct, Cafe Nero , Boyes, my usual pop into places, sometimes there are stalls selling gorgeous cheesecakes, crepes ,and hot food depending on the time of year.

Disappointed here as most of the shops have closed down. Good old sports direct, life saver for Christmas shopping and busy, Italian coffee busy.

Sadly fairly ghost like at the top end, where the new Uni accommodation is built. Burger king onwards all closed. The old Debenhams still empty. Super drug is well stocked.

Although a lot of the shops have gone, there are still a few decent ones. Never really busy, so there's not too much of a crowd, nice and relaxed experience

Quite a while since I was last here and what a difference. 99% of the shop units are closed. The place is deserted and run down. Looks like it's being prepared for redevelopment. The car park is still open and possibly one of the best value parking spots in the city. Avoid the nearby NCP car park on Brayford Street. No cash payments, expensive if you pay by the app (if you wait while it downloads) and even more expensive if you pay by card as they charge you an extra £2.00 for the privilege. Stay away, it's daylight robbery.

pretty much all of this place is closed except for a few stores dotted around which is weird

Can get very buyse at peek times. Car park can get very busy had trouble whith paying at ticket machine whith my phone so had to youse coin lol. who carry mony these days. Very pretty as you walk from the car park as there's a little retreat you can sit in then you are strait to the shops plenty to see and do highly recommend the Toby carvary however you may need to book in advance as this gets very busy.

A sad state of affairs, only compounded by the terror of sports direct. Hoping that the new development in the old station building can pump some life into what is DOA.

Not much there for myself to shop only go if taking grandchildren to sports shop. From always shopping that end of town now never really go only if I need superdrug, miss Debenhams very much.

Very disappointed with the lack of shops in the area now. Used to be full, lots of empty units. We called to, The Entertainer for some Christmas shopping. There was Bouyes, Sports Direct and Boots. More empty shops than occupied ones. So sad.

This is a lovely corner of Lincoln with a nice selection of shops (clothes, toys and general items) the play / rest area is a lovely edition to the local scene, only issue is the mass of people when football is on other then that alovely area calmer and much better shopping experience then the main Lincoln high street.

It was great being in Lincoln again. Weather was so good that outside have been musicians playing great music. Made shopping amazing!

Not so many shops there at the minute, Lincoln is trying to cater for food outlets and there are quite a lot at the minute, hope this area develops with a few varied food outlets.

Went to Toby carvery for Sunday lunch fabulous food and the most lovely young group of staff very polite and helpful

Lincoln has lost its appeal to shop. Poor choice of top brands, lincoln council needs to sort it's act out, Mansfield and Rotherham are far better options.

To be honest it's not great as theres a few shops that have closed and moved elsewhere. The ones that remain are good but is it worth travelling to visit them as your shopping is over in half an hour so you might as well go into Lincoln city centre. The Entertainer toy shop is always great to visit and for some Sprts Direct but that's about it.

Barely any shops left trading. Parking is a pain, there are loads of spaces but the payment machines are hit and miss if they work and Smart Parking who manage it are aggressive when it comes to parking issues.

Walked around here whilst visiting a friend. Most shops are handy but it can definitely do with more. I found the toby carvery to be the best carvery ive been to. The jd has the very old shop front, not seen that in years, so its in definite need of a revamp.

A really nice part of Lincoln for shopping apart from there being very few shops left here, too many closed, needs the management to make it more attractive for business's to invest. Xmas lights are nice.

This is a pretty area of Lincoln I don't mind visiting. The square in the middle is lovely to sit in, especially with the Christmas lights. The shops in the area seem to be varied which is nice . Such a shame about Debenhams but would be lovely to see something occupy the building.

Car parking isn't too expensive, tickets do need to be displayed so don't be fooled into thinking you don't have to pay. There are parking wardens on site so if you try to nip somewhere you may get a fine. These are enforceable as this is a privately owned site. Shops are getting better with more shops hopefully coming to the site.

Nice place was better a few years ago before all the shops shut but still nice and feels safe .

It's a ghost of its former self. Some of the best shops have been gone a while. The shops that remain aren't great. Parking however is good and you are almost always guaranteed a spot, but with not many reasons to visit you will find yourself wanting to walk in to town. I visited recently to go to The Entertainer which is obviously getting all the what-would-have-been Toys R Us clientele. Not sure the plans for St Marks, it is currently empty units and student accomodation for the most part. If some work is planned to be carried out in this area soon it may see a vast improvement.

It's a love coming to Lincoln it's great for shopping but St Marks is nice but most of the shops have closed down its more of a ghost town and its a shame the few shops that are open are very nice wish more would reopen and it would be brilliant like it used to be

Easy parking and convenient for loads of shops. Very well maintained and lovely to see the garden area catering for young ones with creative penguin litter bins, with plenty of seats to take a rest from shopping.

I was booked to run some balloon making workshops by St Mark's, and was provided with a large, clean area to run them, and assisted by friendly staff. I am impressed that they are putting on a very large summer activities program, with the majority free to attend. Thumbs up from me

Parking is always restricted here but able to park across the road in nearby car park. Love the gardens here and it's such a welcome break from the hustle and bustle. Nice selection of shops and not too far from high street.

Nice little shopping centre. Lifts could be signposted better (main lift doesn't go to lower floor) but other than that it's very accessibility friendly. Lower floor has snakes and ladders and hopscotch boards for kids. Very clean and quite modern.

👍 Good range of shops but be careful with parking. A private company runs the parking. They will try to charge you £100 if you break their "rules" so read the signs carefully to avoid this!

🫤 As retail parks go its pretty weak with the options. Would only go if was for something specific. No food outlets, cinemas, bowling alleys etc. Heard of lot of issues with parking tickets as well.
