Terrible! Everytime I deal with this place items are missing! The chicken sandwiches are always made from a GIANT tendon and half the sandwich is inedible!! Stay away! This evening I was with the kids myself and doorsash'd instead to avoid the trana of getting everyone ready and yet again like always entire items are missing from the order despite pay for them and being on the receipt I am look at while I write this review. I find it unacceptable regardless of what kind of job that you have to not give it your all for every paid hour you work! These kinds of mistakes at this kind of frequency is just ridiculous! Shame on the staff that took my order and failed to complete it in it's entirety and the management for not guiding their employees to succeed! Shame on the entire franchise and the manager who should be QA'ing the product they receive into the store for allowing a product of such low quality to make it into my hands!

Give me back my Chicken Sandwich Popeyes!!! Edit: Chicken sandwich is back and here to stay! Absolutely love it, it’s right on par with Chick-Fil-A for me, I love them both equally, the Popeyes’ is crisper, the Chick-Film-A’s is less greasy and easier to digest. Having said that I still absolutely love both, depends what mood I’m on for the day. Oh, you have to get the Blackened Ranch and Sweet Heat! Love it on my fries!!!!

My son loved his nuggets and fries so much that he did not bother to offer me one so they must be doing something right.

We love popeye's chicken ( especially tenders ) and the macaroni and cheese is perfection. Highly recommend them both

I got into a car accident in front of the parking lot where Popeyes is. After the police left, I was waiting for a tow truck for the next 3 hours. About 2 hours into my wait, a guy saw me outside just standing there for a long time and he came over to me. He told me he worked for Popeyes and he wanted me to come inside and wait for the tow truck in the warmth. He offered me a drink and something to eat which I did take a water. I was in a bad place in my head. I was extremely upset and tired and cold and this man who doesn’t know me from anywhere, decides to help me out. His name is Muhammad and he is an amazing human being. He went way above his job title to help me out when he didn’t have to. I am already a customer of this location and will always be because of this. That man needs some recognition. He is awesome and a phenomenal representative for Popeyes and human nature.

My chicken was perfect, the rice and beans was delicious, the biscuit is the best around, and the strawberry lemonade actually tasted like strawberry. It was worth every penny and every bite ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I placed an order through the drive through and they forgot one of my sandwiches. I had to drive all the way back to get it and they didn’t even offer me a drink or anything for the inconvenience. When I asked for sauce they gave me 1.

Went to the drive through. I gave them one meal and the lady gave me a total and told me to drive up. I had to sit there saying "hey" before she came back on asking if i wanted something else. She told me my next meal had a 10min wait, I said okay. She asked me TWICE surprised that i was going to wait. At the window they gave me my food with no sauce, even though I asked for sauce at the speaker. I had to sit and wait. And then I got a face when I asked for more than 1 packet of honey. I never got a receipt and i feel like i was charged a huge amount. I order the same thing at every store and it never goes past $22. This time it was $29. Who knows what they did. Ill be sure to ask for a receipt next time, IF there is a next time at this place.

I don't go there for atmosphere, but the restaurant on the corner of Sunrise and Straight Path is the best Popeye's on L.I. b/c the chicken is always freshly cooked(hot and juicy), and the sides are fresh too.

Walked in and lady Nora had attitude why you even walked in coz she was on her phone and I disturbed her by asking for food. Dirty tables, dirty floors .. this place was a mess.. and than she said she has no hot sauce no hot and sweet.. its crazy ... never going back..

I do Uber eats they have nasty actitud and they spect for me to do their job . I had two orders so the guy and the old lady that work there told me to put the drinks on the holder when I have my other hand full with other order . Horrible attention .

Went there to pick up a quick lunch. Ordered chicken tender’s combo coast a $17.00 and was not edible. Tasted terrible and under cooked. Ended up throwing it all away. What a waste. What a waste of money. Very disappointed !!

If you speak Spanish at dinner time you will get what you order. If you do not speak Spanish pot luck. 3 times in 2 weeks I would order 2 3 pc chicken only, I got 2 ,2pc and was charged all 3 times for a 3 pc

Never get your order right. I'm surprised I ever came back after four years, after the name tag found in my box of chicken, they didnt want me to get fresh food. I gave them my last chance.

I have been picking up lunch for my entire crew of workers from this location spending on average $60 to $70 per day. Today my men requested some extra dipping sauce & the manager actually ran my credit card for over $2. Just for 4 small packs of BBQ dipping sauce. Absolutely petty, & I will not return out of principle. Food is good, but the manager needs to use common sense in running a business.

I have to say I'm bypassed, a Popeyes with a drive thru, sign me up!!! The best fast food Fried Chicken in New York. Yeah you can get better fried chicken at a sit down restaurant, but that's not why you go to a fast food chain.

Got Popeyes for the first time in awhile. Warren the cashier helped me, he was very nice and helped me immediately. Got just the sandwich. It was well made and tasted great. Fast service and good food here 👍

Food was not only 15 minutes late, but one of the sandwiches in my order was missing despite the MANAGER being the one to assemble it. Disorganized and messy crew despite a low congestion time.

Never ordering from here again Don’t like eating someone’s hair in my food Discussing after seeing that everyone throughout their food. Night shift people are horrible besides the hair they don’t know what they’re doing forgot to give me two drinks was on my way home and had to turn around and go back besides the order was wrong. Very annoyed

I guess I am going to let people in on a deep-dark secret about Popeye's that no one would have ever guessed. Stop playing. You guys knew Popeyes has the very best chicken. Surprise Surprise. I don't even know why I am posting this to tell everyone what they already knew. Even the breasts are juicy and never dry. Popeyes gets an A+ in my book.

This location has declined quite a bit over time. Gone is the soda machine and most menu selections. At the start of the lunch hour they had no Cajun rice at all. The coleslaw was basically a tub of mayonnaise with a few cabbage shavings in it. The chicken we ordered was hot but they got the order wrong somehow. We had asked for a mix of mild and spicy in a 12-piece order and received all mild pieces. We had to ask for forks, plates, napkins, everything... We dined in but every single table was dirty with remnants of food and garbage from previous diners. Pretty disgusting. The room temperature was easily over 80 degrees... it was very uncomfortable. After coming to this spot for years it looks like it is time to change locations.

I'm giving it one star because this time myself and two family members were sick for two days, sharp pains in the stomach, I believe the chicken was too salty, otherwise I would keep going to Popeyes but we are staying away from Popeyes for a while.

Traffic flow is consistent. Grab and go good. Staff is nice, informative, and can suggest discounts and specials, to fit your indecision. Clean open dining.

I really don't tend to eat Popeyes but for one of the few times I went there I had a pretty damn decent chicken sandwich my only issue is a lot of their food just really salty. But still it was a good chicken sandwich

We ordered chicken tenders from this ace and absolutely loved them. They were very quick and provided us great food.

Spicy chicken sandwich is my personal favorite! Cajun fries are real good too. Best strawberry lemonade in the area bar none.

This place is suck , Sunday went to pick up this order and the woman in charge of the store was very nasty , I asked her to use 2 bags for this $80 order and she said no because she was mad , never going back there

This place needs better service. They don't put all of the food in bags. They are very cheap with the sides. When you call to ask about your order they don't pick up because they know they screw up.

Great popeyes chain, food was all made correctly in a big order, however the lines and service were definitely a bit on the slower side, the line was at least 8 cars deep when I was there so it took a while for me to even order in the first place.
