One of the best gym in gulistan-e-johar everything is included in the monthly 3000 fee including trade mills etc

Overall good, but all good machine are being shifted to DHA branch or moved what so ever, no dedicated machine or bench fo wrist. But Guzara hay bas, just doing it because its 24/ 7.

Machines and all things are good but the gym is congested. One have to wait for their turn and if someone don't want to do cardio then the fees should reduce for them.

I suggest everyone who wants to build their body or lose their weight to come here. I myself exercise here daily. The best thing about this place is that it is open 24 7 which means a person can come at any time they like even 3 AM. I recommend to get your training by Mr Khurram Adnan

Quite a good gym. The environment is good. Trainers are cooperative too, you can use treadmill and other cycles as well there is facility of cross fit too. Monthly fee is also reasonable 3000 per month and admission fee 1000 rupees

Excellent place to exercise 24/7 GYM & Fitness Club both under one roof. Good environment newly installed machinery.

It's AWESOME the staff , the interior, the machines All and everything is neat, clean and great. It's 24/7 open . I'am highly satisfied and happy.

Good place for workout very nice staff but there are some machines if they would be there this gym would be the best gym in Karachi smith machine and rowing machine is not there
