After 35 minutes of waiting and watching 9 other people getting served the plate is not nearly as described. Awful service that couldn't even understand my words and tried to charge over the price on the board. Second time here and just realized that dessert is included and they didn't serve me yesterday. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I was there last week and the employee at the register treated us terribly. Management was asked for both the complaints and compliments book (as the man who served us, Mr. Vítor, was an excellent person). The management begged us not to write in the complaints book and in the conversation she took out a blank sheet, so that our complaint could be made there and then it would be given to the person above her. Today we returned to the place at the manager's request, we were well attended to, the employee was there and did not come to us. I want to thank the manager and we will always come back

A very affordable buffet. Brazilian BBQ is only something I’ve tried in the US at ‘meat fawcett’ restaurants, and here I was pleased with the beef, service and incredible value. Buffet and drinks less than €20.

Pretty good francesinhas. Not Porto level good but definitely not bad. Meat quality was good. I would have liked a spicy sauce though. Portions were huge and menu included a drink and a dessert for 7-8€, dont remember the exact price.

Unbearable time in line, it feels like we are begging for a plate of food and not buying it...avoid this place if you don't want to get angry

*Updated review Had dinner here 12 Oct 2021, wanted to avoid the noisy and crowded food court, and I wanted a nice view as well. The food was really good!! I had the Chicken light option and my husband enjoyed a mixed plate (Prato Variado), everything was really good! Not sure if they've changed things around, but the changes they have made are really good. Prices are very good too!!

I heard that Portuguese cod dish is famous, so I ate it here and it came with olive oil, potatoes, onions and garlic, and the main dish - grilled cod - bacalao. I rode it halfway through and it was quite boring as there was no seasoning or seasoning. I had no choice but to ask for sauce and eat it, but then I thought about money.

Excellent price and views, very good food and in a good quantity, at least the francesinha that I ate. The man who helped me was very formal and I recommend the place, you will not find better prices in the entire shopping center.

Fantastic restaurant. First class fresh fish and meat. The brazilian style (meat on swords) is very cool. The staff is kind and fast, they are serving as you wish. You can find chicken pork and cow in several combination on the grill. Less then 20 Eur and all you can eat from meat and saladbar. Number 1 in the Vasco da Gama shopping centre. If you are here do not miss it!

Either the staff has not yet adapted to the end of confinement, or the future of this restaurant will be dark... Very poor food, slow and precarious service, there was no bread, the coffee machine broke down... Anyway, it was the first and the last time, I do not advise.

Horrible restaurant, staff always on the move, they don't explain how the buffet works even after asking several times they don't explain.

Shameful. A place falls so low like that. Terrible service, so-so food, undercooked and tasteless meat, little variety for the price they charge. Unmotivated staff. In short, total disgrace.
