I arrived at the scheduled time, waited 1h30 to be seen. When I entered Dr Francisco Melo's office it was the worst medical care anyone could receive, the Dr raised his voice calling me a SLOPPY. I was horrified at how I was treated by this unprofessional man. When complaining at the reception, the patient who was next to me crying agreed and said that she was very poorly treated. A doctor must have at least empathy.

My wife had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 am. It's 11h 09m and still no call. Is doctors' time endless? If they make an appointment for a certain time, why don't they meet the exact time? Is the time of patients or patients resigning and nothing else? Furthermore, with two employees at reception shouldn't there be a word to pass on information and apologize? Sorry, this is unacceptable. What is the agenda for? Did I just see two more employees leaving to get coffee? And another who takes off her coat and decides to accompany the other two. And my wife is waiting....it's 11:08 am... Shall we wait until? Did I go to the receptionist to ask about the weather? - It's not my fault..... Right! At 11:20 am a couple entered and were welcomed at reception. Courtesy question: Would you like a water or coffee....? There must be something that escapes me! I thought the clinic didn't differentiate its clients....I thought. 11:26 am my wife was called. The doctor himself came to the reception to call her and apologized.....He has already gone to the appointment. I sat at the reception waiting for you.... Meanwhile, the other couple has already drunk their coffee and drinks their water....which I think is fair. I just think they shouldn't differentiate between people, with them present..... Let’s hope it was a lack of coordination and isn’t a habit! The doubt remains.....

Recepção foi super agradável, o primeiro assiste médico também o segundo, durante or teste auditivo ele tentou se fazer entender levantando a voz (não falo Portuguese). But the icing on the cake was an unprofessional doctor who jokes about my weight and describes my normal blood pressure readings as being from the last century and asks me what's wrong with me. Unfortunately I forgot to ask his name, but I hope someone responsible reads this and takes action because it's not the first time.

Very basic medical service, and just to say that we went to the doctor, they didn't even do an electrocardiogram which is the minimum, I've always done it in all medicines at work.

In 2023 they still require Covid masks to enter. However, they do not provide masks or any other solution. I imagine that (like all other hospitals and private clinics) they will continue to charge a fee for anti-covid protection costs. After traveling for more than an hour to get there, I left without an appointment.

O dr. Francisco Melo tem uma conduta totalmente inapropriada. A unica coisa que posso recomendar a qualquer pessoa que tenha que ir a esta clínica é que fuja desse médico maluco.

I went to the occupational medicine consultation and the only thing they did was weigh me and measure my blood pressure. The doctor didn't ask me anything at all, I was only in there for 2 minutes. They didn't even want to know if I had health problems, nothing, they sent me away straight away. Extreme lack of professionalism. I had back surgery and the doctor saw my scar and didn't even ask me anything, it was a complete waste of time. I've never seen such a thing.

Terrible service, almost two hours of waiting for a Medecina appointment at work that took not even 10 minutes! Why make an appointment? And when I asked for the complaints book they said that the complaint was made online, I don't recommend a terrible clinic and terrible professionals
