We had a wonderful time. The flat is fully equipped, with all necessary kitchen appliances. Very large, contemporary, spotless, and beautifully designed rooms with comfortable beds. Free wifi, cable TV, and a free welcome gift of food. The virtual receptionists were incredibly cordial, helpful, and informed. Highly suggested. Would return to this hotel😁 The price 180€ a night on booking but was able to find it the cheapest on Locktrip for 119€ a night, if you do this little trick and add this code LMUKR before login you get it even cheaper, enjoy👌

I wouldn’t recommend this apartments the only plus is the location. First you cannot leave anything inside the bathroom due to water coming out the ceiling. You couldn’t even walk inside the bathroom . I contacted the property manager and he told me it will be fix. The way he responded me he knew it was like that and rented the apartment. Guess what it was never fix. 2nd construction at 9am inside the building without notice. You called they said sorry but continue with the construction. Impossible to sleep. If you go out at night or have small childrens you won’t be able to sleep. Do not stay here . I rather pay a Hotel

It is not clean & we had a leaking bathroom roof that flooded the floor. It was a one night stay thankfully. Not going to book again

Beware of these people they are thefts and crooks. I booked a 16 stay with them thru Expedia and paid them $2600 for the complete stay. Two days before we were going to travel my wife got sick with covid19. So we called them and Expedia trying to get a new date for our stay. They did not want to credit us not even one day. They are unethical and dishonest people. They claim that it was nonrefundable and they will not help us. I understand companies have policy but who does this under those circumstances not under our control. Beware if you want to stay here. What serious company just takes advantage of people like this. I would not recommend doing business with these people

We stayed in this place and they scammed us out of the city tax twice - we paid once online, then we arrived late at night and their computer wouldn't give the keys unless we paid it a second time. We wrote to complain and get our money back but they never replied. We also found that the apartment was unclean, sheets and duvets were missing, and we found unclean sheets stuffed into a cupboard somewhere. They never replied to any of the points we raised, they just took our money and left us for dead. Screw these guys. UPDATE: in their reply below they say they will resolve our complaint with a gesture of goodwill, yet I've received nothing in my inbox and neither has any of the other guests from the trip. So it would appear that they posted this reply to make it look like the issue has been resolved when it has not. We are still out of pocket, we never got reimbursed. And we have received no communication from them.

We have been here twice so far, we are super impressed! The location and the price are unbeatable! The apartment is spacious and clean, the furnishings are good quality.

Good value for resonable money. Clean apartments fully equipped with eveything you may need: kitchen, wasching machine, dishwasher. In the room we got bisquites, jam and tea on arrival. The entrance to this one is fully automatic, no reception desk. We didn't get access code to the apartment by e-mail but as soon as we arrived, we met cleaning lady and she called the owner - we were allowed to leave luggage and later came back to the flat. Later we got the access code. Possible to park a car nearby, plenty of parking space. Close to metro station. Good communication also by bus from this area. Nice walking distance app. 45 minutes to the center. And this is quiet street. I truly reccommend it!

Spent the new year here. Very nice place, comfortable bed (including the sofa bed), convenient location (!!), easy communications. Definitely recommend!

Good aparthotel except the lack of basics like coffee or tea, pepper etc for cooking

The place is under the airplane lines, so will be hearing the planes flying away every 10 minutes. Can also hear the traffic with the window closed as well because they are not sound proved. There is only self check-in machine and be prepared to deal with some weird errors. The room is okay but the bathroom door cannot be closed because of the water damaged. The security box cannot be closed even with the Janitor' coming next day. End up carrying passports and large cash every day.
