Total waste of money. Don't let this place ruin your vacation. Horrible location. Shockingly dirty surrounding. Not safe at night. Found mice droppings on the dinning table, under the sink, under the beds in the apartment. Contacted the hotel management for a refund. They continued to ignore my requests. See the real Benformoso for yourself. Photos were taken inside the apartment. Remember: spend your money elsewhere.

Inside is just like on the picture, spacious, very recent, well-equipped, looking nice, with wood on the floor and white walls, electric plugs everywhere. Yet 3 issues. First, floor in the appartement was extremely dirty. Vaccumed but not mopped for a while. Second, very noisy environment. Thick windows, but at least one was not closing very well, so unefficient to stop noise. Third, unpleasant neighborhood, you have to cross garbage cans and urine smell before reaching the building.

Booked this apartment without much information. It's a short taxi ride from the airport. The street where this accommodation is located is a one-way street and it's absolutely packed with people and vehicles. It's dirty and smelly. It's a self-checkin kiosk with a phone to contact the business if you're stuck. I recommend doing pre-checkin before you arrive. The business doesn't respond at all to any of my enquiries via email, and that's unforgivable. The room was clean and has full kitchen facilities, laundry machine, and own bathroom. I wouldn't come back to this place if I come back to Lisbon.

I’ll start off by saying that this blew away all of my expectations. The location is literally 5 stars. The self check is incredibly easy to use. They give you all the information needed to be in and out as you please while being safe. The room was huge! Two rooms, two bathrooms and a whole built in kitchen. The living room is equipped with a sofa that turns into a bed easily. I highly recommend!

Clean world class well serviced apartment located in the center of Lisbon. The only issue is that the neighborhood is dodgy. Outside is filthy, full of men all the time and drug addicts.

They cancelled our booking! The communication with the property was absolutely horrid. They had problem with charging our card, which was absolutely fine to other hotels (standard revolut visa card...). I tried to communicate with the host support, but no real response to my messages, only copy paste text. They only send us link to their website where we should do the payment. The HTML form card details was not secured and I will not put my card information to some unsecured 3rd party website, I ordered via booking and I expect to pay via booking. I would do the payment if support responded human like message, but this way it all felt a little sketchy!

I stopped by with friends and we found this accommodation through Booking. We chose it because of the reviews, and it offered exactly what young people needed. Equipped with a kitchen, great wifi and in the center. Everything is close to you, restaurants, shops, cafes.

I am so glad I found this apartment complex. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the apartments are beautiful and spacious. I will visit you again soon!

It was a wonderful experience in Lisbon, the apartments are perfect, I have nothing else to say, thank you for the nice reception and the city of Lisbon is fantastic. I recommend everyone to visit these apartments and the city of Lisbon.

Nice interior and amenities, appliances and furniture very fresh and modern. Location is premium, well situated for sights and train access. Outside a bit noisy, but dies off at night before it becomes annoying. Housekeeping service is professional, good coordination with airport transportation. My wife and I prefer to plan our own activities, no need for a concierge, so this spot is perfect for us- would stay here again no issues.
