Wonderful gentle clean pampering. I love floating effortlessly in the dark like sensory deprivation tanks of the past with light music nice hot showers robe and slippers wonderful gentle staff and space to lounge plus delicious tea before and after. I got the 3 pack which was a great deal. I’ve been to 2 locations now and they were both wonderful.

We bought a voucher to use and tried many times to schedule it, every time we need to wait for more than one month to have availability, almost expiring. Probably it's too much popular.

I had the worst experience as a customer of that float in business. I wonder how come it still floats. I was gifted a voucher for my birthday for a massage as a couple. It was impossible to book, they never had availability and they postponed it twice. When I finally managed to get it booked, it was for my next birthday! I took my day off work as did my partner so we could enjoy it together. The clerk called one hour before the appointment to cancel and they refused to rebook claiming the voucher expired, they never apologised and refused to refund the voucher. The most stressful spa on earth I'm sure. Try ANYTHING else, anything is better than this.

Great experience! I had the detox package and they took great care of me. Very relaxing, I feel refreshed, have amazingly soft skin and lost a lot of excess water.

Floating for two means spending an hour in separate rooms as a couple. That was the first shock. In my room the water in the tank was cold and there were black crumbs floating in the water. All in all very disappointing and a waste of money. The employee was friendly.

ATTENTION ! I had a skin reaction on my legs which persisted after 5 days. I drew attention to my legs to the employee. She showed an indifference that bordered on incompetence! I will not return there despite the subscription purchased.

Surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with a floating session. It was the first time for us both, so we were excited! But the staff was really friendly and their service was amazing, they created a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for us to feel well. The floating itself was great as well, you really are able to relax every single muscle during the session. Please be aware of the fact that you will be alone in one floating cubicle even though you might have booked for two! Anyways, it was a very romantic couple experience because afterwards you can feel the relaxation together. 110% recommend!

Had my first floating session here, it was a good experience. The staff were clear and helpful about the whole process. I also had a very nice massage afterwards, which combined well with the floating session. One suggestion for improvement: the lid of the floating tank I was in did not quite align entirely with the pod, allowing some small light to come through along one edge; next time I come, I hope to be in complete darkness.

What an amazingly relaxing place with such kind and calm staff at Float Spa Rato!! This was my first time doing the float experience with the Woman Zen package. Just the right amount of privacy and support right there if needed. I highly recommend and am bringing my girlfriends when we come back to Lisbon! Thank you for your kindness and services.

Never seen anything like it in the service industry: they were non-responsive via messages, changed their tune about 5 times regarding what services I could book a specific day. After I came for my appointment all the way across town, they refused me service entirely. Pity they think they can just waste people’s time. The antithesis of “zen,” stay away 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
