Badly managed restaurant: 10.30am - only one other person in restaurant and 7 staff "working". Coffee order took 12 minutes and was cold. 8pm - no queue and 8 staff "working". Ice cream order took 13 minutes and was melted. They discussed with each other how they had left the order by the machine and laughed and tried to give it to us. I told them "no" and it was replaced. Poor management leads to this type of careless work.

Amazing service despite the influx of people they stayed smiling. Had a veg burger, tastes like McDonald's.

Exactly what you expect to find when having to go to a fast food. Fast, clean, reasonably priced and we found one of the best of it's kind. We'll be back

The food is so different than the states of course, we have that processed meat. But overall great place

McDonalds in Lisbon taste 100000 better than in Sweden, trust me on that, it tastes more fresh and authentic also not frozen.. it’s also cheaper in Portugal for us, in Sweden you have to pay about 9 euros for a Big Mac menu, outrageous!!

The place was clean and I got my food very fast. Not as crowded as the nearby branch at Praça Marquês de Pombal.

Ordered the Mc crispy creamy barbecue. I ordered at 8 PM. Thing came with a little sticker. Turns out it had been made hours before at 3:06pm. Chicken was so dried out. I didn’t finish it which is not my norm.
