I did not get an opportunity to try the food because the people serving we’re so incredibly rude to the four of us. We asked to use the washroom while waiting for them to start getting our order. Instead of giving us the code they held their hand up to us and told us not speak. I asked again as I really needed to use the washroom, the lady ripped her gloves off, threw them down and stormed over to punch in the code. The washroom was absolutely filthy, several flies and no toilet paper. We continued to wait to be served. During that time, we were deciding what we wanted as the menu/food options were very different from where we are from. The guy randomly screamed at us and rolled his eyes when telling us to “get over there if you want a sandwich” pointing towards where you line up… no one else was in the store. I have never been treated like that in my life. Needless to say we did not spend our 40 euro’s here. Dear franchise owner, something needs to be done about this, these people are costing you money not making you money. Date of visit May 23, 2023 at 8:10pm.

Rude staff, ladies were nice but the guy yelled at a couple with a kid in front of everyone just because he didn’t explain his order better. Food was okay. I don’t know his name but was the only man working day 07/01/2023 21:30.

Very bad service, the lady literally ignored us for 30 mins and didn't even inform that she needs more time. It is supposed to be a quick stop to get something to eat but this wasnt thr case. The seating area was empty. Feels like it is just for home deliveries .

The food itself was really good but the staff worked incredibly slow. I actually got locked IN THE RESTROOM even though the door had no lock! The staff got me out begrudgingly. Also, the a/c was NOT working. It was unbearably hot in there.

There is one man who name is Luis. This man is yelling at me and he is very angry. I wanna order but he always yell me. I am a tourist and this is not good. Despite everything, the food is delicious. Please talk to this man. Obrigado.

The worst staff. The guy was talking to us like his job was the most difficult job in the world. And we just asked him to make some potatoes. These people can’t take the place of people with willingness to work. And also a lot of bad review about him. Subway please fire him it’s bad about your brand to hire people like him

Extremely rude staff. They looked at us like we were the biggest burden of their life. Asked for potatoes, looked at us with disdain. The waitress was on her phone while a customer was waiting at the check out, the customer had to call the waitress three times for her to come, only for her to give her a very mean look. I thought those kind of rude workers only existed in cartoons. No wonder why every reviews of this subway are so negative. Tourists : avoid this place

Believe me, the toppings here was much better (fresh, variety, price) compared to the one I had in France. Bring a vegetarian, I was amazed by the menu they had to provide me. Good staff and ambience is right next to the cable Metro.

I mean it is a subway, so obviously I wasn't expecting anything of high standard but at least a smile from our server would of been nice. Or even just toilets that worked would of also been nice and not being looked at as if I was asking to sleep in their fridge when asking if my daughter could use the staff toilet ? Also they said there was no water, but low and behold when we gained access to the loo itself there was water and the toilet functioned entirely properly!!! I honestly feel like they just couldn't be bothered to maintain the toilets so just claim they are "broken". The play list blaring through the speakers was actually the only saving grace to this visit as who doesn't love a bit of 90's nostalgia? Won't be returning again, but then again subway is like a once every 3 years type event right ?

Staff was rude and busy in her own thoughts. Dirty tables and when I request to clean she said sit somewhere else. Will never come again to this branch again.

Just acceptable. The sandwiches are mastered. But the service and the staff are very not the best we've experienced. The place is a bit creepy as there are only small windows on the top of the wall so you don't see the outdoor. To take away.

I love Subway's food, but I've never experienced such a arrogant service. I'm a tourist and the lady who took my order didn't care about me. First she didn't listen to me when my time was to order, then she forgot what I've ordered and then she didn't understand when I said I want sandwich and salad. Although I was repeating myself few times. Her behaviour was not right and she was ignorant. That's why I've lost my appetite and I just wanted to get out of the restaurant. Oh, and she is really lazy and slow... So slow...
