The rooms are dated and cold as the windows are not sealed properly. The shower is good. The Portuguese buffet was basic. The staff were helpful and the hotel is in a good location. The place would be much nicer if the rooms were updated.

Not a new hotel but if you like small (well, they got a lot of rooms but still you feel like a family hotel), comfortable accommodations and kind staff this is a good choice. By location it's perfect in Lisbon close to the center in a nice quiet area on the top of a small hill. Versatile size and types of rooms available recommended to ask the rooms on thetop floors because of the view. Breakfasts are good what I just missing is the changed dishes in it as the very same things available all the time.

Good service in this hotel with helpful staff. Room was very clean and spacious and the bed was about 7ft wide and very comfy. Good bathroom with bath. We thought breakfast was fine for a city centre hotel- pretty good choice. Maybe not a four star hotel as a bit dated and well used but we were pleasantly surprised after reading some negative reviews before we came. Negative for us was that the windows were not good at blocking street noise and desperately need cleaning!

Hotel OK! Nothing unusual or extra ordinary. Good complimentary breakfast, big rooms. Good location- close to Metro, bus and major streets. Building is older one and service as not as we expect , but we are not picky.But not too bad. We got what we expected for our money.

Staff makes up for some faulty things i. e. high curb ramp difficult to negotiate with my wheelchair. Tiny elevators, premises in need of refurbish. Kudos for maintenance that within 5 minutes showed up and repaired faulty electrical outlet. Breakfast was a good experience

This hotel might be good, but can´t call itself a 4* Hotel. Lobby looks nice, but once you enter your room, you see the problems. Windows don´t block outside noise at all. Curtains are partially dirty. But they have a telephone next to the toilet. Tehre is no air exhaust in the Bathroom. So the smell and hot air stay for long in the room. The air condition work, but is pretty old and loud therefore.

We had room for 2 persons, it was big enough for both of us. Beds were big and comfy, rooms cleaned, staff was kind and helpful. Although, Wi-Fi wasn't working on my mobile. On a laptop was fine. However, I was the only one who had this problem from our group. Breakfast were a little bit of a disappointment. It was good, but I've had better for cheaper price-point

It's a nice hotel. It is up the city from the downtown area, but that is okay, I liked it's location and it was only a 5 minute cab ride to any of the sites in the old downtown. Breakfast was good, and the views are good as well.

Very enjoyable space, the bar/restaurant is very nice. The Brunch is good but you have to reserve some days before because has a lot of demand. This review evaluates the restaurant/bar and facilities of the Hotel, as a local never used the rooms.

It's a very nice hotel with very good oriented rooms. I have been leaving for 15 days last March. I was in town for Erasmus Program and the staff was great. One negative thing about service is , they don't change the towels regularly.

Was good, but now it has closed down since the pandemic. Hope it does eventually reopen.
