Tolles Hotel, viel Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Wir sind ziemlich früh angereist, konnte unsere Koffer dann aber abstellen in einen Raum wo nur das Personal des Hotels rein kommt, hatten alle möglichen Wertsachen da drin, alles war noch da. Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl, guter Kaffee, guter Saft und alles in allem wirklich anständig. Die Zimmer sind groß , haben eine Klima Anlage die gut funktioniert und einen schönen Blick über Lissabon. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen :)

Clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast, some staff were friendly. BUT beware of the underground parking garage ramp and the sharp turn into the stalls. It is very narrow, and despite my utmost caution, my rental car was scraped/dented on a large obtrusive column at the bottom of the ramp. The rental company charged me 440 Euros when I returned the car. There was a truck parked continuously at the bottom of the ramp which made navigating the parking lot even more difficult. When I told the Hotel representative at the front desk about the collision, he said the hotel was not concerned about damage to its parking garage but would understand why I was upset! Also, if you need a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine in your room, you have to bring the bottle down to the restaurant or buy your own.

A genuine people hotel with very good value for money. Mostly young staff that all are very lovely and professional. On the backoffice side, very experienced cleaning and tecnical staff, warmest thanks for helping out fast and for taking care of our rooms so well. Two other main pluses are perfect location and that they were constructing a new outside terrace that will further improve the already gentle ambience. The rooms are a bit dated, but it's very clean and it has a great view. The hotel is right on the plane path and the planes fly right over the building very often. The metro station is like a few meters from the hotel which is great.

Stayed multiple nights here pre and post portugal Excursions. Clean rooms, A little small, but manageable. Full sets of towels, bath tub and shower (tub flow is slow and needs 30 minutes to draw bath). Dining breakfast is very diverse and perfect for your early fill. Nearby shopping mall and convenience stores, bakeries, coffee shop, for beverages, snacks, liquor. Staff are helpful and friendly. Would readily revisit.

Very modern, very European, and the staff here are the best! The hotel is located on the blue subway line which is just a 15 minute ride to the water, square, and everywhere downtown. Try the breakfast!

Overall the hotel is located away from the main tourist areas, underneath the flight path for Lisbon Airport, planes overhead every 2 minutes until approximately 11pm and starting again about 5am. You can hear the planes but not too bad. The metro is outside the hotel which gives good access to anywhere you want to get to. The hotel is pretty standard with good service. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and had a good meal. Breakfast is buffet style with a fairly good choice. It says there are robes in the rooms but we had none, the toiletries consist of shampoo and soap/shower gel. There are a few restaurants nearby, pharmacy and an Auchan supermarket all no more than a 10 minute walk. There are a few buses close to the hotel but we didn't use them as the metro was so convenient.

They lost the room reservation despite having email confirmation. The AC was broken in the room so we had to move. In the new room the AC cover fell off and almost hit me in the head. The pillows are terrible. Also, the restaurant waiter for breakfast is very rude. There were other things but this hotel is not 4 stars. Dont stay here. Edit to their response: I booked through their corporate website with a conference code so their reply about me using some other platform is incorrect (shocker that they are incorrect again!). Additionally, I called soon after making the reservation to confirm the bed situation and the first person I spoke to seemed to have trouble finding the reservation and got a colleague who spoke better english. That guy then confirmed the bed situation so I assumed I was all set and the issue was simply a language issue. That was clearly another opportunity for them to be proactive and say "hey, this guy is calling, but we can't find the reservation so I should figure this out." But no, the guy on the phone confirmed my room assignment without looking at the reservation. Also, the beds are terribly hard. They let us run out of toilet paper. One of their elevators was also broken down and out of service for part of the visit. The list goes on and on with issues here. And this was the consensus of the conference attendees I talked too as well.

The staff in the reception and restaurant were the stars of our 3-night visit. The restaurant was able to accommodate my son and me with our Celiac diets (gluten free). Any interaction with the staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a great size. Thankful for the room safe. The room felt a bit squished with furniture. If you're a Canadian traveling to Portugal, get used to putting your room key in the power slot to get power to your room. I think it's a very smart way to stop wasted electricity. The location is very handy for Metro as the Prança des Eshpana stop is outside the front doors. For walking, we couldn't find much around us to see or do in the vicinity.

They don't have an iron or board for the room! Reception says they have laundry service but I just checked in at 5 and have a dinner cruise at 7:30 so that doesnt work. I guess they purposely do this to make a few more Euros. Everything else is fine.

Very unfriendly staff, bad service, not helpful in any situation. Loud plane traffic when you open windows, no fan in bathroom. They hosted all the artists from an internationally renowned festival and didn’t make any effort to welcome them warmly. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel (no idea where those stars are coming from)

I travel for work and rely on good Wi-Fi. During my stay, the Wi-Fi connection was so poor that it took up to a minute to download normal webpage. When I complained to the reception, they first told me that "when all guests use the internet, no wonder the connection can be poor". Seriously??? It's 2023 out there! Nevertheless, they provided me with access to their business wifi. It was as poor as the free one. The staff also offered to check the connection at another hotel room - it was equally poor. Overall, my stay at the hotel was ruined as I could not work at all. So I cannot recommend this hotel if you travel for work and rely on Wifi. Regardless of how polite the staff is, this is a dealbreaker for me.

An excellent experience at this hotel which I booked through easyJet. Staff were great throughout giving us information when we first arrived, where the best beach and attractions were open on certain days as well as holding our luggage on the last day. Room with a view, clean and aircon. Metro right outside so travel was easy.

Although the food is good, toiletries were not replaced daily, and were even removed before fully consumed. The room itself was spacious and more than enough for 2 people.

Nice hotel, decent restaurant. Far from downtown but metro stop is right at entrance which helps a lot, metro is clean, fast, easy to use.

Coffee/kettle/comp.water are missing from the room and we prefer a full bed rather than pushed together singles. However, vicinty to the blue line metro is a big plus & breakfast service is very nice.

Nice clean room. We liked our room it could have used a microwave and a kettle. The fridge was packed with items for sale and it was hard to fit leftovers from restaurants. The staff were mostly very nice, only one off moment with a night clerk. Validation of the parking should be made consistent when confirming who we are. One time nothing is asked, the second time we just needed to provide our room number. The third - when my husband went - room number, name on room, and then he followed up about both our full names like he was suspicious. It was awkward, and we had just come from the room elevators.

I stayed here 4 nights. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Every day before I went to bed, I check with the staff what they recommended me to see (always verify with the locals). They took the time to explane the sightseeings. At the reception they were very helpfull with showing me (on the map) how to get there by public transportation. I had lunch and 2 times dinner. Each time it tasted better then the las time. It was really good. There is a metrostop very close to the hotel, which is a big plus. Yes. The planes come fly low above the hotel. That might be a slight issue for some people, but it didn't bother me at all. I think its because they made the hotel soundproof. I want to name 2 persons by name. Filipe for the chats about sports. (Football mostly) Ana for giving me a spontaneus lesson Portugese, which I really liked. Obrigado to the hotel team and a big obrigado to Ana & Philipe.

Hotel is very clean ,next to the metro.And breakfast was very good. The Person who stands out the most was Sara from the font desk. She helped us make reservations call for taxis and helped us with our apps. She really is a true credit to the Acores Hotel.

The hotel is under the way of landing of the planes and the noise is horrible from 6 a.m. till midnight. The rooms are clean by very old-furnished and not renovated.

We had a good experience at this hotel. The windows were closed so the noise from the planes did not bother us. Conveniently close to the Metro. It’s a beautiful hotel with the plants throughout.

Very nice place in good location. The service is amazing, people are nice and very helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean but a little outdated. I had great view on surrounding buildings and park. Not too far from the airport.

In the beginning of November, I scheduled one week vacation in that hotel, for the month of January 2022. I paid in advance for the whole week including the breakfast. By my surprise I needed a Covid-19 test when I got there. Took the test and by being positive i was treated like if I had lepra, very bad by the manager, no having any sense of good manners, no having any knowledge of “customer service”. But the worst was expelling me from the hotel, even if they had 2 rooms available for seek pacientes an charging me another 300 Euros, for affecting, approaching, or had entered in that hotel. Was like an assault to my wallet, because Ceará Cesárea “ the manager” decided that way. Don’t recommend “AT ALL”.

Nice view. Good bedrooms and big bathrooms. Clean. Breakfast not really suitable for healthy eaters (even less for vegetarians or vegans). I only had some fruit and dark bread with tomato. Near airport. Overall a good Hotel.

I was in Lisbon for work and stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. I had a standard room and it wasn't huge but big enough for one person. Breakfast was lovely and staff always helpful and professional. Metro stop is right outside the hotel and that is a great plus. I had my birthday during my stay and the hotel sent me a bottle of bubbles to my room. How lovely, such a toughfull gesture! In general the hotel is very clean and you have everything you might need.
