We stayed for a whole week, the service was great and the food various and delicious ! I've discovered the oak milk there, that was not daily available unfortunately. What a delish though ! I wanted to thank the staff for its professionalism and the smiles 🙂

I found the SANA Malhoa when I was searching for a one night stay at a hotel near the Lisbon Airport for a reasonable price. For less than $150 per night, this was a great option. I was truly impressed with the hotel and the amenities. A family member spent time in the spa, and was very pleased with the services. The room sizes are nice, we had a suite with a queen size bed and pullout sofa bed. The dining at the hotel for breakfast was excellent, it was buffet style. The ambiance was lovely and the wait staff were attentive. My only issue was the quality of the mattresses and pillows. They were solid, with very little cushion or flex. The location of the hotel is about 5 - 10 minutes from the airport by car, and there are also dining and shopping available within a 10 minutes walk in any direction. Overall, I would say without taking the mattress into consideration, this hotel was a worth it overnight stay.

My stay certainly was not pleasant and one does not have the feeling that the Hotel tries to make your feeling as pleasant as possible. I mainly booked for the wellness area but for the entire time of my stay the wellness area and fitness was closed for construction. Unfortunately, I was not informed and the Hotel did not offer any compensation. I fact, the hotel simply ignored my emails about this. I was offered to use gym and wellness in a different hotel of the same chain 25 min away but I was told that I could not change my entire accomodation in the other hotel. I tried once going to the other hotel and they did not know about anything, were not pleased about my presence and left me in after longer discussion. However, all there was too shameful and unwelcoming that I never used the wellness area again during my stay. Beyond that: the rooms are clean, the breakfast is really not tasty, planes fly just over the hotel starting at 5am and the air conditioning is loud even when turned off. Go there if you find no other place. But not to enjoy your stay.

I spent a night here due to a delayed TAP flight. The bar area and the whole staff were amazing. A big green indoor terasse for smokers. A Little buffet in the evening and a great buffet for breakfast were included. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the tiny spa with sauna and jacuzzi!

We had the opportunity to stay at Sana for 3 nights, which 2 nights were in a normal room, the 3rd was in a suite, and it was amazing. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of food selection.

We were here for business meeting for 4 days. All the crew from reception to meeting area, everyone is kind and helpful. Hotel is 4 metro stops away from center which is just 10 minutes. There is shop and banks around the area. Great place, thank you for hosting.

Descent stay. Metro station 500 m away and Praca do Commercio 6 stops away. Helpful and smiling stuff. Big rooms with a lot of noise though from the airplanes which are flying exactly right above the hotel. You need to keep the window shut all the time otherwise the stay is unbearable! Breakfast is rich and complete. Sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi are clean.

A bit outside everything you want to visit, we had to take ubers most places. The rooms are great and have the best beds of any hotel I've been to. I guess the ac was a bit loud but that did not bother me, I prefer to sleep in a cold room so the ac was set to low temp and high power. The hotel is very expensive compared to places in the city, 5 euro for a glass of coca cola was a bit on the steep side. My colleague bought 2 bottles of water from the bar to have in the room and was charged 15 euro for 2 litres of water.

Such amazing service!! Definitely child friendly. Will return when back in Lisbon. Thank you for proving amazing service!

Ideal for a business trip but a bit far from city center for tourist attractions. Good and clean room. Very friendly and professional staff. 👌 I totally recommend it.

Highly recommend for anyone wanting a outstanding stay. Professional and clean. The hotel looks like the photos with amazing lighting and furnishings. Staff are amazing!!!!! Other buildings near by fell short of this one in comparison.

Great staff. Beautiful lounge. Good value for money albeit in a off the beat location. Only complaint to was how long it took for reception to amswer the phone on one occasion. Pedro at night reception was superb and so were bar staff Ricardo and Joao.

Lisbon is an awesome city with friendly people 🥳 and I highly recommend it 💯 I felt very welcome and didn't feel lonely as a solo female tourist. The weather was beautiful and everywhere was easily accessible. There was plenty to do and I will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel very well located. Very clean according to the photo. Large spacious room with very nice view, very large comfortable bed and large bath. Breakfast very rich and varies. The spa is very nice and the massage quality. I highly recommend. Excellent experience I will come back with pleasure

Rooms should gave a kettle with milk as well. If you provide tea bags you need to provide kettle for hot water. Cannot heat water in a coffee pod machine

Dear Staff members of Sana Malhoa Hotel, We really enjoyed our stay it was wonderful !! We were there from July12 to July 20th. All my family, my husband and my 3 daughters.The staff at the front desk Claudia, Sofia, The beautiful lady who is pregnant, and I' m sorry to forget the names of the others, you know who you are! All staff Members were so welcoming and always smiling to us! We had all the help and details we needed to go around and visit the different attractions in Lisbon. (Sintra, Carcavelos praia, Cascais,.. Even if we only spoke a bit of portuguese, they could speak english or spanish which was great! Thank you for your great professionalism, and effort to contribute to making our stay unforgettable! The service was also really good at the Mediteraneo resto and terrace, Rita who is very professional was always making sure we were satisfied and that we got our eggs and pancakes, and everything, she received us the first day at the Mediteraneo restaurant with a great smile, and the food of the buffet is incredible! Thank you very much to Vidal, Irina and Patricia also! Thanks again Sana Malhoa Hotel and we will come back for sure!xxxx

Very clean and nice hotel, we had problem with pillows, pillows was very soft and uncomfortable, they should change them, and also I asked for a mug and plate, they said you should come down and ask, if we bring it to your room you should pay it!!! I was shocked🙄 It would be nice for 4 star hotel that they give 2 bottle free water everyday!!!

Reception area and lobby bar, basically the whole ground floor, stinks of cigarette smoke since they allow smoking in the glassed in "outdoor" area with a roof and no wall to the inside.

Beautiful hotel who really look after you. The spa offers massages and other treatments. The hot stone massage is the best I've ever had!! Only downside is it's on the flight path so some aeroplane noise.

The hotel was amazing in all ways * The service was pleasant * The maintain a good hygiene * The room was perfect Also they give us a birthday surprise with beautiful dessert . Definitely will choose again when we come back to lisbon

I stay here quite regularly during my business visits to Lisbon. I choose this hotel because it is very close to our company, but I always experience some issues, which require the intervention of the staff. Not functioning aircondition, wash basin without drain, lack of liquid soap in the shower... They are helpful, kind and they often try to apologies with some fruits or wine, but there is always something happening...

Very mediocre hotel, small rooms. Continuous problem with the room cards of multiple rooms. It seems that the cards are getting permanently demagnetized. No iron in the room and no swimming pool. The breakfast was also very mediocre, eggs were a disaster. The fitness studio is very basic and small. The personell was however very kind and welcoming. The extreme high prices that the hotel requests for its services are not worth it.

Nicely located. Not in a busy street. Walking distance to many restaurants. Very helpful staff.

Good service by discret but efficient personnel. Breakfast is good. Location is a bit remote for tourism when you want to walk, otherwise it doesn't take long to be in city centre. Could be slightly noisy due to airplanes making their descent for Lisbon airport just above the hotel... it remains very reasonable.

Good hotel. Peaceful . Neat and clean . Very well maintained. 3-4 min drive to city center. Breakfast is not that great. Ambience of hotel is pretty good. Staff is quite helpful and address all the concern if you have any. Overall lovely place to be. One shopping mall is also near by on walking distance of 10 min.

Nice clean hotel. I was part of a International Convention Group that stayed there, the staff was awesome! let's talk about the drinks I got one of the best Brazilian in a bag ever, Did I mention this bartender know what he is doing. Planing our next visit can't wait

I really loved the decoration in the lobby and the restaurant. Great smell when you enter the lobby. Superb gym equipped with the latest premium machines and excellent restaurants. The rooms however need a bit of an upgrade. The shower in particular is very high and hard to get into. It was a bit cold in the room even though the temperature was turn all the way to the warmest position. The heating is noisy. Also the key system is very old and sure enough the card got demagnetised and had to come downstairs to activate it again. My room was fairly quiet looking at the opposite side of the main road where the lobby is located. It was funny a card on the desk said that all things inside the mini bar are free. There was only water in it :)
