Gorgeous little hotel. In the middle of Baixa, it couldn't be more central. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the roof terrace was an amazing way to start the day.

Excellent location right in the center of the Baixa, within walking distance from every landmark, museums and highlights. Ideal good starting point for a visit of Lisbon. Clean place, well equipped commodious and quiet bedroom including a fridge and a coffee machine. We stayed here for a week so our bedsheets and towels were changed several times. As we stayed for a week we were offered to have personal add ons at the breakfast table and were offered some salmon, eggs, more bread. Very kind staff who showed a genuine interest for our well being and were concerned about the quality of our stay in Lisbon. To be warmly recommended.

Lovely boutique hotel that was perfect for a short stay. The room was sound proof, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was good and served with care. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is very central and short walk to the metro and trams. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely boutique hotel in a very central location, highly recommend. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Window view was on the Rua Augusta - it gets super busy and noisy (the room is soundproof) so opening the window was the option in the very early morning only. Service is professional, attentive, great idea with breakfast served either in the room or on the rooftop. The only complaint is about bathroom as one of the shower heads was not working, needs a renivation overall, towels are thin, and the choice for breakfast was the same every day (but a great idea with a fresh orange juice).

Location couldn't be better, service is friendly. Rooms were clean and large enough for a short stay. As the hotel is tiny there is no proper waiting area downstairs and the breakfast area and selection is tiny too. Although we had a room facing the main street (always busy), it was surprisingly quiet with the windows closed.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel im Herzen Lissabons. Nah zur U-Bahn und zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und wenn es mehr sein soll, ist eine Konditorei neben an.

Super zentral. Ich denke zentraler geht es fast nicht mehr. Super klein und eher schon familiär. Ich hatte Zimmer 502 mit einer sogar guten Aussicht. Frühstück war mit im Preis und kann auch der kleinen Dachterasse eingenommen werden. Siehe Bilder. Personal super freundlich. Jederzeit wieder und eine wirkliche Empfehlung!!

Best location in historic Lisbon. Within walking distance of almost every site worth visiting. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. The breakfast was more than we could eat each morning. Several restaurants, bakeries, and shops right outside the hotel door. Only 5 or 6 blocks from the river. The only drawback is that the Wi-Fi connection is very bad most of the time.

Great place for a brief stay in Lisbon, in the main Avenue, very nice and large rooms, breakfast on the top floor!

Excellent location and lovely staff. There are three rooms per floor, I believe all charged at the same price. When I booked I was given no option to upgrade to a better room so presume all rooms are charged the same. The photos on the website only show the two outer rooms on each floor, facing the street. The third room looks over a small vent with numerous air conditioning units meaning there is very little natural light and it's impossible to open the doors due to the noise and smell. We opened the small bathroom window and clothes in the nearby wardrobe ended up smelling of food from the restaurants. The bathroom door didn't shut properly and the toilet seat was broken. We had to mention this twice to reception and it wasn't fixed in our 4 day stay. Breakfast was good however and overall an okay hotel, but for the price we paid, I was disappointed by the room.

The Hotel is fantastic and Reception always helpful with everything. You will love the breakfast on the terrace. Only the housekeeping service could be cleaning the room after we left a bit faster and it would be great if you would buy an Iron…bcs that was the thing i needed 🙂 but thats complaining on the highest level, you are amazing

The location was perfect - we were on the main street and everything was 5 min away from us. The view from the room was amazing - towards the street and you could see the Arc of Rua Augusta and the Castel de Sao Jorge. The interior of the room was interesting - it was vintage with contemporary elements. The breakfast was very delicious and romantic - on the roof with view of the whole city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel with customer attention. Not your standard hotel rooms (luckily) yet complete and modern. Great location and overall a good vibe.

Do not book directly with the hotel! I was told a rate by a receptionist, she was pretty sure that the manager would accept the rate, told me to send details for the reservation. Calls me later saying that after all manager didn't accept the rate. But she was the one fixating the price, had to assume the compromise.

The location was excellent for visiting Lisbon. Right in the center of everything. The beds and rooms were great. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was fantastic.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very nice stay. The staff is very friendly, thanks to Luis for your help. Location is great, breakfast is very good and is served on the terrace. When we had to leave early in the morning we got a package for take-away, very nice. Certainly to recommend!

An excellent location with quiet rooms though street is lively at an attractive price. Small hotel with good breakfast which is well organised. Taxis can get close but not to the door and the entrance is very small. Highly recommended
