Stunning hotel!! We stayed in this hotel with 4 people. The room was perfect, two large bedrooms with a very spacious bathroom. The room is equipped with dishes, kitchen, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Impeccable cleanliness and very satisfactory reception service. The staff is not always present in the structure, but if necessary you can contact the reception of the Altis hotel immediately connected to the apartments. The area is quiet, a stone's throw from Av. Da Liberdade, one of the main luxury shopping streets in Lisbon, where the most convenient metro stop (Avenida) is also located to reach the hotel from the airport or from any point of the city.

Perfect service

The Altis Suites apartment hotel seemed appealing to us. Excellent position, close to everything - excursion bus stop, 1 mile to shopping and train. The one-bedroom apartment offers two beds: a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. Room service was available every day. We'll stay there the next time.👏 So the price seemed a bit high at first when i checked booking, it was €345 a night, but i believe i did the best deal on Locktrip for £205 a night, with the discount code LMUKR that i found.

Excellent attention from the moment you enter the hall. Very prepared staff who speak several languages. Impeccable and punctual cleaning service. Very close to Metro stations and close to the city center.

Stayed here a while ago and I thought I would write a review here while I was reviewing another hotel: Awesome. Huge rooms for our entire family to have a great vacation. Also in great location to see famous sights around Lisbon. Thanks Altis!

This is probably the best option in a central location. Comfort beds, well equiped kitchen and facilities. Miguel from the reception was kind and helpful, and provided so much information with such positive vibes and a big smile. We will return to this accommodation again.

Just had an amazing stay at Altis Suites. You have access to all amenities at the Altis grand but the rooms in Altis Suites have a lot more space and a small kitchenette. They realized it was my birthday during the day and surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a cake with a candle, match sticks and forks. It was such a great surprise to come to our room to this treat. Thank you to the staff of Altis for such a warm gesture. It was a perfect way for us to have ended our vacation. Location wise, you are walking distance to the Pombal Square where you get the first stop of all hop on hop off buses you also have two Metro stops within walking distance. A small market for your cooking needs in 5 mins walking distance. No views from the room but we didn’t care much as we were out and about.

The room itself was fantastic but what really made our stay a memorable one was Cristina and her amazing hospitality. She was kind, helpful, friendly, and exceeded all expectations. This was my parents’ first time in Lisbon and we could not have received a better welcome to both the city and country. I truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this to anyone else!

Very kind staff, spacious and clean rooms, and a great location! Cristina at the front desk and the gentlemen at the front door (I didn’t catch his name) were both very kind and helpful. I stayed here on my last night in Lisbon and it was convenient for checking out and heading to the airport. Quick breakfast nearby and the doorman helped me flag down my Uber driver who had a little trouble finding me, and was helpful in loading my luggage into the car. An excellent place to stay in Lisbon!

Wonderful apart hotel, for a certain time it replaced us home. Very comfortable and clean, great location. The staff was amazing, special thanks to Cristina, who was incredibly helpful - they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this apart hotel for anyone visiting downtown. It’s right in the heart of city, so you can walk to everything.
