The room is big and comfortable, with nice views outside of the windows. The host is very friendly and nice, he told us all the information about Lisbon and prepare all kind of brochures. There are bus stop and metro station in front of the house. The house is surrounded by Many restaurants and supermarkets.

Excellent location, value for money, 10! There are 2 bathrooms and shared, but always clean and organized! Mr Carlos is very receptive and polite, he will give you lots of tips if needed! The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable! Metro station 200m away! Tip: If you go by car, there is underground parking at the door, 24 hours a day for 12 Euros! With the exception of Belém, Lisbon's main attractions at an average of 3km, can you get there on foot and take the metro?

A clean place to stay in such a great location, only a few minutes walk from the entrance to the South Sebastian Metro Station. It is impeccably clean, and Leonardo takes the time to make you feel welcome. He'll give you all the advice you need and he's clearly a professional at his job with numerous pantless ready to assist and your visit to Lisbon, however long that you have. Is a 5 bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms. At such a reasonable price, it's no wonder he's in a official member of the Lisbon tourism group. I can honestly fully recommend this place, as I would happily book it again on a return trip to Lisbon. Pro-tip as typical of most guest houses, you get towels, toiletries, shower gel and shampoo free of charge! He also provides a number of kitchenettes to make your stay as country as possible, including a microwave and coffee maker.

Excellent place to stay in Lisbon. Very friendly host. Excellent directions from airport. Super clean. Kitchen had since for your food and you can cook.

Except for the poor soundproofing, the owner is very kind and nice.

Great experience!! I just loved Lisbon and this place.... very very great service and the person we who welcomed us was very kind. He even gave us map and other stuffs that really helped us with our short day trip. Well decorated place. Actually I fell in love with the shower room, full with needed stuffs and live plants.... Good for a romantic evening as well.... I could share some photos of Lisbon not the guest house itself, sorry

Leonardo was the best host. He had lots of helpful tips for the area, where to eat, where to go for drinks, where to go for the sunset, where in Portugal to go for a day trip. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip because of his recommendations and the we had AC in our room.
