Asian
fusion
noodles,
in
a
very
relaxed
and
slow
paced
atmosphere.
The
menu
is
super
simple
with
a
few
(2-3)
choices
of
noodles,
a
few
appetizers,
desserts
and
drinks.
The
menu's
lack
of
choices
is
balanced
out
with
a
frequent
change
of
the
menu
items,
so
it
doesn't
get
boring.
Taste
is
asian
inspired,
with
personal
creativity
added
in
and
downsized
spiciness.
A
very
good
option
for
an
interesting
quick
lunch.
(In
terms
of
quantity,
I
need
an
appetizer+noodles
to
feel
satisfied.)
The
space
is
also
straightforward
and
small,
with
options
of
inside,
backyard
or
sidewalk.
Kitchen
is
open.
With
its
original
decoration
(asian
fusion?),
its
red
chandeliers
and
well
curated
music,
it
results
in
a
very
pleasant
atmosphere.
Clients
rotate
quickly,
and
i
didn't
have
a
problem
with
finding
a
place
to
sit.
(The
small
size
of
the
place
makes
it
difficult
for
large
groups
though)
The
crowd
is
hipster,
so
expect
beards,
trousers
cut
above
the
ankle,
man
buns
and
large
hand
made
wool
sweaters.
The
owner
has
a
greyhound,
which
roams
peacefully
around
the
space.
