Disappointed. We chose this hotel for our trip because of its location, however it is not at all what we expected. Upon entering the room we found the floor in poor condition, sunken as you can see in the picture, and the room with dirt from previous guests. We found the sheets with holes in them, as you can see in the picture. The shower sank when you stepped on it, and most of the sockets did not work, nor did the television. What did work were the installations, which could be heard from the room as if they were inside, because they were badly soundproofed. As for the service, although the reception was always very nice and tried to solve the problems, one of the days the cleaning was half done, lacking towels and toilet paper, and they burst into the room after 18:15 I dont know why, after having already cleaned in the morning. In addition, there were always problems and confusion with breakfast schedules. In short, unprofessionalism and not at all the quality that is expected of a 4 star hotel.

Das Executive-Zimmer ist nicht empfehlenswert. Betten waren ok. Terrasse ohne Möbel. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht - bei 7 Grad Aussentemperatur haben wir Nachts im Bett gefroren. Erst nach 3 Tagen und Androhung von Anwalt wurde die Heizung eingeschaltet. Das Zimmer selbst ist zwar groß aber in schlechter Zustand. Die einzige Schublade im Zimmer war defekt und im Bad Duschschlauch defekt sowie das Duschgestänge hängt an einer losen Schraube. Das Personal war immerhin recht nett und hat sein Bestes versucht - aber nett hilft halt nur bedingt. Ich denke mal das ist die Strategie des Managers (der für ums persönich keine Zeit hatte)

Read the previous reviews and I was slightly concerned. The rooms are perfect requested twin beds and a high floor . Bedroom was perfect. Staff were great . Location close to all metro lines and supermarkets, movies , shops , park, restaurants. First class . Remember do not use Lisbon airport taxis .

This place is great! The staff are all very professional and helpful. The rooms are cleaned very well. Room sizes are perfect. Location is close to all public transportation. They have a great spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this hotel. I came from Ghana to Lisbon for web summit

Stayed one night, had half the price from booking which was decent. The room was nice, clean and very comfy bed. The hallways and lift were a bit smelly and unpleasant odour. The water in the shower didn't run off properly and flooded the bathroom, but nothing major. Our room was above some air conditions and I woke up from the noise at 6. The service is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful.

Recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Well located in the city to many sights and tourist areas. However, the air conditioning was poor and there was a stale odour in the room and hallways that was persistent. and unpleasant. Had to leave the window open at night to air out the room.

That's an okay hotel. What brings it down is lack of ventilation system 🤔, room was super stuffy even with window open, which was terrible as well as all street noise was as well. Internet was so poor that it was beyond trying, I just used my own phone to share. I choose this hotel purely out of location need,but I don't see recommending it or staying again.

Rooms are medium size, wash room 3 out of 5, broken shower pipe, The worst experience was with air con, they keep aircon shut along with the only window in the room, if you arrive late in summer you can't sleep... by the time aircon start it's cooling it will be already morning. Had a very bad sleep.

Don’t be fooled on 4 stars and nice pictures. In any problems which for sure face during stay(bad room condition, unexpected smel after bad cleaning and lack Of disinfection, nobody will help you.

We were given a far below standard room when the hotel was not full. We complained and got a better room. However the aircon was still sub standard and despite asking for more tea, coffee and milk, we never received.

The bed is not very comfortable and the bedsheets have smell of humidity. The air-conditioner is noisy although we had specially requested one with less noise. Low quality toiletries, and they charge 3,50€ for a 500ml bottled water. Very limited choice of their buffet breakfast.

This hotel was ideal for our trip. Although not in tourist old town, it was easy to get too on metro from airport, and easy to get into old town/tourist attractions. Good value, clean, well maintained, very quiet, excellent aircon, twin bedroom. There is supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

No way this is a four star hotel! Tiny rooms with twin beds. Short mattresses probably so you can walk around the end of them to get to the window. Air conditioners appeared inoperable. Blows warm air in the room. Lobby, dining room, elevators and hallways were insufferably hot. Staff are friendly, but can't fix these issues.

Excellent hotel! The hotel is very new and well-facilitated. Room is spacious and spotlessly clean. Lisbon is cold at night in winter but the room has very good heating and cooling system. I stayed in some places before in Portugal but all of them are cold even with heater on, but Turim Saldanha has perfect heating system to keep the room warm all time. Location is good too within walking distance to metro line yellow and red. The breakfast could be better with more options; it’s a bit simple for a 4-star hotel. Staff of the breakfast is super nice and friendly. Also, the sound proof is not very good as you can listen to sounds from room next door. Overall, excellent stay and well worth money.

A very bad second visit. No AC, broken door of the mini fridge, broken towel dispenser, dirty chair. I won't come back.

Our room was cleaned every day, they changed the bedding and towels everyday. Staff are very nice, friendly and speak English fluently. Alot of choices for the breakfast offered.

Staff and amenities are wonderful… BUT!! International travellers beware. DO NOT count on your room or hotel wifi working. Even over several days, any wifi was consistently “available” but not connecting or working. Again staff is amazing and very accommodating. Any and all ll wifi is absolutely not. You will be supremely frustrated.

Expensive. Booked a double room but got twin bedded - they didn’t care. Breakfast expensive - best to eat out. Cocktail waiter has his break at 8 in evening - what’s that about!! I wouldn’t go back or recommend,

The air conditioning did not work well, the hallways stunk so bad it smells like cigarettes from days of old. All the Turim hotels serve the same breakfast. The service at the front desk was a little slow with only one person, but that person was really nice.

Only good, not great. Room was spacious but internet was spotty and dropped often. TV only brought in a few channels and we were given the same excuse. Staff were friendly. Automatic music that starts as soon as the electricity is put on is annoying!

Nice stay, could profit from a wider offer of TV channels.

Lovely hotel in Lisbon. WalkIng distance from the central park and city. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. My favourite feature was the inbuilt speaker system that you can turn on to place a variety of radio stations in the room. There are restaurants, cafes, shops, a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. The staff at the hotel were friendly too. Ubers to the city centre are very affordable, at around €5. Would definitely stay here again.

Climate is not working in the room. Rooms are okay . The buffet in the morning is not worth it, all u get is something like this.. namely worth nothing for the price.

The rooms were clean and they got cleaned regularly. The hotel was beside a construction site while we stayed there so it was a little noisy in the room. Easy access Subway. Did notice a few times the front desk was unattended.

Lovely hotel but why bother with a bathroom door if it cannot be shut!

Staff were more than accommodating and the room was perfect. Bar staff were particularily friendly which is a big plus in an unknown city. Highly reccomended, would give 6 stars if I could. It is in a perfect location to catch the metro into the center of the city.

Very comfortable and clean rooms, friedly staff, very accomodating. Good quality breakfast. Great location - very central, close to metro station and easy routes to anywhere in the city, but far from the down town turmoil.

Das Zimmer ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Schublade im Schrank klemmt. Die Heizung im Zimmer funktioniert leider nicht, trotz mehrfacher Beschwerde an der Rezeption und dem Versprechen dass sie mittlerweile funktionieren würde. Der Wasserkocher ist leider ebenfalls defekt. ..
