The room is very good price for value, it is clean, there is 24h reception, and it is close to the airport. It is less than 10 euros a taxi ride (2022) There are several coffe shops, convenience stores and restaurants near. There is no fridge in the room.

I had a room booked few months ago for New Years Eve knowing that Lisbon will be packed at this date and it will be hard to get a reasonable priced room. When I arrived there at around 18:30 (knowing that they have a 24h reception) the receptionist told me that I am too late (??) and check-in is only possible until 17:30. He also told me that they already sold my room again and there is no room available. So he send my away on a cold New Years Eve without a place to stay. I obviously had to pay the full price for the room I could not use and had to pay for a room at an other hotel which was way out of my budget but one of the few available possibilities to spend the night. I really feel cheated by this hotel and dont recommend to stay there...

Wir haben uns leider von den guten Bewertungen täuschen lassen! Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Gebäude ist absolut hellhörig, man kann seine Zimmernachbarn deutlich hören. Das macht den Schlaf auf einem durchgelegenen Bett nicht gerade besser. Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Ausstattung ebenfalls auf kleinere Menschen ausgelegt. Die Dusche hat wenig Druck und es kam kaum warmes Wasser. Es fehlt an allen Ecken und Enden an Steckdosen. Der Balkon ist mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Die Lage ist ganz okay. Zu Fuß ist man in 20-30 Minuten im Zentrum. EinenBahn- und Busstation ist in direkter Umgebung. Für einen Stadturlaub ohne Ansprüche gerade noch ok. Für Erholung oder etwas mehr Komfort aber nicht. Schade, wir hätten mehr für den Preis erwartet.

The staff is very friendly and helpful so 5 out of 5 there. However, there was so much noise outside during the 3 nights stayed there, that we woke up a couple of times per night. The rooms are clean and there is alot of space.

The place is clean and maybe this is already something. Renovated as cheap as possible by painting all tiles and even the bath in the bathroom looked strange. The toilet was not fixed well to the floor. You do get some sound from the street, but I was mostly bothered by the sounds of the neighboring apartments and trough the door that had a bottom "ventilation" gap. But close location to the airport and metro are a good plus. In general happy with the stay.

It’s a great hotel that’s not too far outside the city Center, with the metro being 3 mins away. The rooms are clean, a lot of space, and the staff are extremely friendly

Great place! Staff is very kind and is available 24/7. There is noise from the street, but I love city noise, so I slept very well. Everything was clean and tidy.

Beautiful and clean rooms(the only problem was the small bathroom). The staff was polite and helpful.The location is very convenient near two metro stations and close enough to the historical centre. I'm sure that I will stay there again!

Clean place. But it is unable to sleep in here. The noise from the street is 24/7 with no difference during the night or day. You can hear everything so loud in the room. And even you can hear people from other rooms. If I evaluate the location, the price and the noise for sure not worth it.

Greate value-for-money. Not so far from city center (also by walking).

It’s not fancy, but it is clean and is a good value. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, providing a map and recommendations. They also allowed us to leave our luggage for a day and a half while we made a side trip. The beds are comfortable, the shower fine and our rooms had a balcony where we could sit out. The neighborhood is not interesting but you can get to ones that are fairly easily.

Very handy location for visiting the city (15 min downhill walk to Rossío) with plenty of cafés for breakfast on the way. Also, direct access to the metro line (3 stops to centre). However the Arroios station was closed for renovation during our stay. It was not a problem to use Alameda instead. Super clean rooms, very friendly and helpful family management. Attentive cleaning service. Calm area at night for a good sleep. Supermarket and restaurants/bakery close by. Great seafood restaurant nearby. Car parking is also possible in the area (beware of the city fees). In summary, good deal for a long weekend. Tip: a fee hundred meters up the Av. Almirante Reis there is a small coffee shop "Sintoniza o momento" which offers Portuguese Nicola Premium coffee and small sweets and nuts. Over 70 years of history, super friendly owner and tasty coffee.

Very convenient and good rooms

The apartman is whit simple furniture.But clean! No kitchen! Just for sleeping.

Evth. was really good. The only minus is that the room was too small for 3 beds

Corridor noise can be heard from the rooms quite clearly but the rooms are cleaned very well, staff are friendly and it's reasonably priced. If you are travelling on a budget you can't go wrong with this place.

I stayed here as a solo traveller as it was budget friendly. the location was good and easy to get around from. it's basic, but clean and comfortable.
