Short
version:
great
affordable
portugueuse
food
in
a
lovely
atmosphere
and
with
a
really
friendly
staff.
Absolutely
recommend
and
would
love
to
come
back!
Long
version:
The
menu
is
short
and
sweet
.
You'll
get
to
choose
between
about
13-15
dishes
and
they
recommend
about
5
dishes
for
4
people
or
9
dishes
for
our
group
of
7.
We
ended
up
going
with
10
or
11
dishes
that
we
all
shared
because
everything
was
just
so
good.
Here
is
a
list
of
what
I
remember
and
I'll
mark
our
absolute
favorites
with
(+):
fresh
oysters
to
start
with,
then
braised
tuna
with
black
eyed
peas
puree
(+),
mackerel,
tomato
soup,
clams
and
polenta
(+),
slow
cooked
beef
pasta
(+),
blood
sausage
with
pineapple
and
I
think
a
couple
more
I
can't
remember.
They
also
had
a
good
selection
of
wine
and
cocktails,
and
for
those
that
prefer
a
non
alcoholic
drinks,
we
can
highly
recommend
the
melon-mint
smoothie
(super
refreshing
and
tasty!).
Finally,
as
desert,
we
shared
a
lemon
cheesecake
that
was
excellent
and
a
chocolate
carrot
cake,
where
both
the
carrot
cake
and
the
chocolate
frosting
where
excellent
individually,
but
just
not
our
favorite
together.
Regarding
atmosphere,
the
room
is
long
and
thin,
so
you'll
usually
just
have
a
couple
larger
tables
set
lengthwise.
The
decoration
was
simple
but
clean
and
welcoming.
When
we
were
there,
we
shared
the
place
with
families
with
kids,
groups
and
couples,
and
everyone
was
taken
care
of
rapidly
and
seemed
very
happy
with
their
food.
