This place is perfect for your Lisbon stay!! Location is brilliant close by the rossio metro, grocery store and the main shopping street. The view from my apartment to d Pedro square was a bonus specially with the Xmas lights!! The communication was flawless and I was met by Nicole upon my arrival in the city for check in as they have a physical reception. She was awesome and let me check in at 10am super!! The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable! It had everything you could need during your stay (coffee machine, hot and high pressure water) Highly recommended!!

Very nice apartments in prestigious location. Clean and very spacious rooms fully equipped with kitchen. No important downsides at all. Great for having a good time in Lisboa and discover the city. In Detail: Plus side + very good location, close to everything important, walking distance to most main attractions + clean, nice, very and modern rooms + extremely spacious rooms, good for luggage + good price down side (only little things to may known) 1. clean, but unusual unusefull bathroom, these useful things are missing: - adjustment of the high of the shower - properly closing doors of the shower (you may flood the floor) - towel rack/hook next to the shower (you will flood the floor again) - space to put your things - little to put soap/shower gel in the shower (need to be placed on the floor) 2. No reception There is no reception. So checking in and paying need an appointment. If you arrive at night they will take care, but a 24h reception is more flexible/comfortable. For nighttime an emergency there is also a 24 h reception in a partnering Hotel about 500 m away Conclusion The Rossio is a very nice place to stay in a great location with clean and spacious, modern rooms. Great to discover Lisboa and/or chilling and having a good time. Make an appointment if you arrive at funny times and arrange yourself with the clean and not to tiny but funny organized bathroom.

Excellent location, right middle in the center. However no lift, for a big luggage might be a bit hard to carry up. The room is verrryy clean, a lot of space and friendly staff (cleaning every day). There is a tram station, a supermarket, shops everyWhere and close to many important tourist attractions.

Central location, 5 minutes walk from Piazza del Commercio, overlooking Piazza Rossio, easily reachable with half an hour by metro from the airport (the Rossio stop on the green line is a 3-minute walk away). Spacious, clean and well-equipped room with comfortable beds, mini kitchen, small wardrobe with 2 drawers, two comfortable armchairs, coffee table and lights of various types and intensities. Daily cleaning and change of towels, there is an internal laundry room with dryer if necessary. Bathroom with large shower and very hot water, two drawers under the sink for storing essentials. The access staircase is a bit steep, be careful if you have heavy suitcases or problems with stairs. After 8pm check in can be done at a nearby hotel (5 minute walk) with a 24 hour concierge which keeps your luggage even after check out until departure. Very kind staff and efficient telephone contact.

Very welcoming apartment, with daily cleaning. There are just a few details to fix but it's worth it. Strategic position. Practically in the center but quiet. Highly recommended

We’d rented the top floor penthouse last year and it is absolutely unreal!! Beautiful. But we found out when we checked in that it is a completely different company. These apartments are on the second floor and not very impressive. Ours felt kind of grimy and budget feeling. You cannot beat the location though and if, like us, you’re only looking for a room to rest your head for a night, this should do the trick. Anything longer and I would definitely look elsewhere.

We stayed here for 3 nights and didn't sleep much as our apartment was poorely isolated and facing Rossio Square as well as a glass bottle disposal container that was emptied during the night. Besides this the street had noticeable traffic all night. On top of that, the shower was clogged and when contacting the owner there was no response by the end of our stay. I want to mention that the location is very good and the price quite good. If you do not value comfort and cleanliness this can be an option otherwise I do not recommend.

Apartment is close to the city centre. The view is spectacular. The hosts are responsive and really helpful - kudos to Carlos!

Very disappointing stay here. Firstly the room looked good well presented and clean. We were happy. The bed also was very comfortable. Unfortunately, these apartments are in the middle of total reconstruction site we basically were staying in the middle of a large building site. Very noisy till nearly 7 o clock Friday night. No natural light in the bedroom plz see pic hoarding and scaffolding right outside one window. The other window had little or no light as it was a totally built up ugly looking courtyard so little fresh air or dare I say a view no chance.... No lift to any of these apartments too which have alot of stairs. All in All I do Not reccomend these apartments they are not pleasent to stay in and we will never stay here again.

Rosio apartment was a very good choice in our one night stay in Lisbon. It has a perfect location in the city centre with metro station nearby. Apartment is on the first floor with about 20 stairs. We could walk to sightseeing, and there was a lot of shopping and dining in the area. Despite being on lively square, it was quiet inside (we stayed on Sunday night). The apartment was equipped with a basic kitchenette, small eating area, bathroom and spacious bedroom with comfy bed. Everything was clean and well maintained. Communication with the manager was efficient and check-in easy.

A very nice place to stay in Lisbon, very close to everything. Apartment clean, comfortable. The lady who opened the room for us was very nice. The only drawback is the windows overlooking the narrow yard and construction site.

Good deal on a centrally located lodging. The kitchen wats new and kitted out with everything you'll need (except a tea strainer). The service is excellent and included daily cleaning. I would suggest they supply a map or a book. But this place is a very good value. Thank you Carlos.

Great centrally located apartment, we had a great view of Rossio Square, it couldn't be more central! The apartment was clean except for the bathroom, the shower was leaking and the toilet cistern was slightly damaged, but this was a flaw that could be overcome.

Renovated apartment, daily cleaning, in the heart of Lisbon. Very close to Rossio station. We came by car and parked in plaza restauradores €58, 2 days. Our apartment was on the first floor and just below there is a “garito” with music blaring, it seemed like we were inside…. Luckily they closed at 10:00 p.m. In the area many restaurants and places to have breakfast. Highly recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Rossio Apartments. My room was very nice and very quiet. Everything was very clean and the check in was SUPER easy. I am definitely going to book again the next time I stay in Lisbon. Rossio was near so much stuff, the beach, tons of restaurants, tons of shops...I really liked it.

Apartments in the center of Lisbon. Small but clean rooms with all the essentials. Nearby are restaurants, supermarkets and connections to the metro and buses. Friendly and extremely helpful staff! I advise!!

I am writing this on the hotel wifi, so I hope it gets through. Perfect location, steps away from Rossio train station, quick gateway to Sintra, central as can be. Bad news, the digital Kiosk/chick is ...meh. There are 6 or 8 luggage storage lockers for people who are coming in early or leaving late from bookings. That is 6-8 lockers for potentially the turn over of at least 20 apartments, realistically at least 20-30 bags a day. We got jammed by this and had to wander around lisbon for 3 hours with suitcases, not ideal. Sink in the bathroom had horrible plumbing (seems to be a trend by other reviews) and the wifi is truly pre hsitoric. We have traveled to remote south east asian islands with significantly better wifi. I don't want to harp on it because we are in a beautiful city and there are way more important things than wifi but when you want to go to Starbucks (its close in the train station) to use wifi, its a problem. Large, beautiful apartment, but I don't think we would stay here again.

Could not recommend this accommodation enough! The location is perfect, so central to everything and we were lucky enough to have a fabulous view over Rossio Square. The apartment is very pretty with a kitchen that comes equipped with utensils, etc. and coffee and tea refilled every morning, cleaned every day, such a good shower and even a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. We dealt with both Carlos and Natalie who were both so friendly and could not have been more helpful and accommodating! 10/10!

Absolutely brilliant! Great location, clean room, access to all the public transport. The staff was very friendly and definitely one of a places where I look forward to going back :)

Pleasant room, quite spacious actually as kitchenette and table are an extra space. FANTASTIC location! Really, the best. I was first floor, but there's no lift which isn't great for higher floors. No kettle. Has fridge (no freezer). Incredibly basic cutlery and crockery, but enough for very basic food prep. No chopping board or sharp knife though. Does have pot, pan drying pan with basic utensils. Beds, bedding and towels nice, clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean but a touch tired. Service was great on whatsapp, but there's no "reception". They just arrange to be there when you arrive. We had the family room with tweens. Twin double beds in the room worked just fine. And the location...you can't beat it.
