Was scared by some reviews, but my family had a good meal here. We had prompt service, food was pretty good.

Unacceptable. It took an hour to get a starter salad. It was another 45 minutes and we still didn’t have our main course. It was not terribly busy, but the guests that were there literally sat down after us, were fed, and left before we even got our first course. The inattention was inexcusable.

We ordered soup for our 2 year old, it took o we 30 minutes to arrive. Our burgers and main for the child took over 1h to arrive. The burgers were just ok. The amount of turkey ham in the burger was more than the size of the patties. And although they were that thin, somehow they were still very rare.

Awful experience. We have two babies. It took at least an hour to get serve. The food was awful and cold. Everything was bad. We expected more from a restaurant with these prices.

Despite the negative reviews, this was a surprisingly wonderful restaurant - great Cataplana dishes, and a lot of desserts selection. Service was swift and attentive. Can’t believe this is the same restaurant that have many scary reviews!

The restaurant was in break time when I arrived but the pretty good quality foods available at the bar. Satisfied with soup of the day ( squash pumpkin soup) and zucchini salad with mozzarella cheese and shrimp.

Was not a very good experience... Venue was nice and fresh with modern look. But that was the good part... Service was very slow and unmotivated. Slowness seemed to be caused by this one particular waitress, who was unfortunately responsible for our table. Neighbouring tables, who arrived same time with us, service was a lot faster with same kind of orders. For example, it took 25 minutes before our drink orders were collected and another 10-15 for the actual food orders. Between starters and main, we had to wait for another 20 minutes. In the same time, neighbouring tables (arrived same time when the restaurant opened) were billed while we were still waiting for the mains. Other members of the staff seemed to be up for their tasks with the quality. The food was not so bad, but there was some inconviniencies. Double hamburgers was dry because there was no mayonese in them! The patties was also offered as medium, while I think thin burger patties should always be well done and there is no point on making minced meat patties medium. Another error was vegetables in the burger, which I assume to be cutted with dirty knives, since they tasted like fish. On the other hand, other members in our group stated that grilled tuna was very good. Deserts were also as delicious as they they looked. Conclusion: Definately not worth the money, since it is quite expensive restaurant also.

Walked in from the airport just for the breakfast, was no problem to go to the buffet for 12EUR, amazing service.

Plesently surprised, supper was really good and service was quick. Brownie was excellent...

Very good restaurant! There is plenty of food to eat. The desserts are exceptional. The meat is not very good. The price (22E) is expensive but normal for the variety and amount of food. The restaurant no longer uses this name, now it's called Meliã Hotel.

Unclean prawns, bad service. Had to wave someone down for everything.

The most aesthetically pleasing restaurant I fecall visiting. Unfortunately, the food doesn't live up to the promise of the ambiance. Average at best.

The salmon, pork and chicken were all fantastic! Very kind servers.

Nice place to eat at lunch time on a work day. The buffet price is adequate and the food is generally good. Some of the deserts could be improved though.

Food is fine, and the service is great. Prices are ok, so close to the airport.

We used the lobby bar service for a coffee break.
