Hello, this is a place in Guia Shopping. Lots of shops but Fnac has the best staff. All friendly. All approachable and all nice people. Great promotions most of the times. And they try to keep most of the items in stock. Will always come back every year. Have a great evening.

Quite small. It's meant for mostly pickups. Would not recommend going there for looking at new products.

Person working now (Tuesday, February 2, currently 19h) has been entirely unprofessional, without any consideration for me waiting in the line and then decided to close coz he “needs to catch a train”, while i was the only costumer left. On the website it says the shop is open until 20h. Terrible service.

We could say this is a well-located pocket-sized Fnac. It got products from every area (board games, books, music albums) but it's mainly an electronic gadgets store. Nevertheless you can always order from their catalogue and pick it up in a short-time. The staff members are usually helpful and kind.

Copy-paste of any other FNAC store in a smaller footprint.

A pretty good store, the service is awesome and even if they don't have the product, they can order it and be there in the same day. It is a brilliant concept. You can also buy online and pick it up on the shop in 1 hour, and they live up to that promise. One of the best retail experiences

Great place, small prices, but in Badajoz it's better

Purchased last week (5 days ago) JBL reflect mini earplugs. They are not comfortable (and I tried the different size options) and the right earplug controll button doesn't work sometimes. They refused to exchange it cause of the comfort (actually it hurts after 20 minutes of wearing) and regarding the controll button they need to send it back, which triggers a process of weeks, during which I do not have a substitute or any compensation. Regarding the comfort issue, Fnac circumvents the official warranty option of JBL by putting a stamp on the product, which literally states "once the product was used, it can be exchanged or refunded due to hygienic reasons". Ridiculous! JBL please remind Fnac of the official warranty guidelines, which need to be obeyed.
