Great location, very convenient. Wondering service. DO look out for your belongings, saw several homeless people came me to steal foods and coffee mugs/tumblers while in line for purchase.

Coffee prices are five to seven times higher than any local (next door coffee shops). Average speed internet, and no power sockets to recharge your devices. Ambience-wise, it feels like waiting on a train station because...it is located right next to the train station.

the food offer and service is quite standard to most Starbucks in Europe, but the biggest issue with this one is how dirty and I'll maintained the place is. we were there in the first 30 minutes of opening, and the area looked like a storm ripped through it. chairs, tables were just randomly arranged. the toilet is the worst we've seen in recent times - the men's urinals haven't seen cleaning in a long time - stains, dust, sticky floor, broken soap dispenser, and really stinky. the same with the ladies toilet. does not bode well with the brand of this establishment.

It's in the heart of lisbon with a perfect location, inside the Rossio train station. Place for many tourists and locals to pass through. This Starbucks is always there, but always full. And it has a beautiful terrace for us to enjoy our Frapucino, with Lisbon as the background. What an atmosphere... Just Looking like a wow..... I love this place to spend quality time with coffee.......

One of the finest Starbucks I have ever been to. Located in an elegant styled architecture building, this cafe is relaxing with high ceiling and lots of sunshine in it. Highly recommended

Hi! Starbucks, for me, is always a must have! When the first Srarbucks opened in Portugal I was crazy about it and rushed for lattes, capuccinos, muffins, doughnuts, whatever lololol always in good company 🤗 On this particular day, I had a chocolate hazelnut beverage, that can be seen in the Community Picture. It was simply delicious, lots if cream, chocolate, nham nham 😋😋😉😉👍So, girls and boys, go there, to Restauradores, and have a blast. And please, be so kind as to help the Starbucks Community , righty ? Yeah!💙💛💚👌😁🐲😉💫👏👏

Pretty good Starbucks. The drink sizes are smaller than the USA versions. They also put more cream than I am used to, but the drink was still enjoyable. The staff was friendly too. I got a “been there” mug as well. They didn’t have any that said Lisbon/Lisboa but did have Portugal ones.

It's a Starbucks like any other, a bit pricey for it's quality but alright. If you have a train leaving from the Rossio station and need a coffee then this is a good place, it might get packed during the day.

Nice atmosphere and lovely location but the cappuccino is not a cappuccino at all. Tree days in Lisbon and after no real cappuccino anywhere I decide to get one from here but was the same 😞

5 mins wait to get in. Plenty of seating outside if not inside. Excellent atmosphere. They didn't have the strawberry lemonade. They have Ice coffees which was a relief. An experience for Starbucks lovers.

I love that they are pet friendly, but is their service ever horrible. There is no first come, first serve. People cut it line , and even if it's just a black coffee and your first, you might get it after the 5th or 10th person. You are better off finding some local shop.

A lot of people complain about the personnel of this store... why is no one doing anything? Here's another one: I was there minutes ago, waiting for more than 15 minutes to get my take away coffee. After a while, when I realized I shouldn't wait this long and that this is not normal, I tried to address this matter to your employee Ines. She just brush me off saying "yeah, it will come". Didn't bother to listen, didn't bother to check, although there were no more people waiting and her colleagues were not doing much at the time... So clearly either an error in the system or maybe someone just forgot to make that coffee. Few more minutes later (already 15 minutes pass my order time) I found another employee, thank god a more friendly one, Diogo. Who did check and did make my coffee after all. I only had pleasant experiences with Starbucks, clearly not the case with Rossio one, and your employee Ines. Perhaps you can hire better people, or you can train them to be more friendly. PS: also English is a problem at this store, otherwise in a very central location of Lisbon Cheers

I like a lot of drinks at Starbucks, but I didn’t like this “iced pumpkin spice latte” drink from the new menu. It was so sweet like 20 spoon of sugar in a cup🥴 (I noticed that this drink is not on the main menu, but it is on outdoor advertising sign. And the drink is different from the picture🧐🤔🤔) But I’m leaving 5 stars because the Starbucks employee changed drink without any problem👍🏻

The food, coffee, cashier and barista were fine. Finding a clean table was impossible. I’ve been about 4 times and each time noticed most if not every free table had dirty dishes or cups. This was NOT an issue at two other Lisbon locations I’ve visited.

Coffee was good. It’s nice to just sit and watch tourists passing by. Great Lisbon experience with a Starbucks mix with it

Your standard Starbucks. Nice staff and better selection of foods when compared to US stores

Moderate price. Very fast staff. Spacious cafe. Limited outdoor tables.

Great space, sometimes a bit busy but it's very organised so you'll wait 5 min in line. This time we asked two cold drinks and two hot ones, from the Christmas menu!

The place is beautiful but the coffee quality is subpar and not the quality you would expect at a Starbucks. They have a lot of customers so the baristas try to make coffee really fast without caring for the quality of it. There are many other coffee shops in Lisbon with a wide diversity of coffee offerings, choose another one instead.

I have been waited for 25min, when it comes out the workers forgot the name of me and wrong coffees. So i waited for 1min more. But it was okay but the tasty of coffee was so wearied like has no coffee. And the worker anger to me when she gave me wrong coffee. I don’t want to recommend this Starbucks even i love Starbucks a lot

This Starbucks scams you by adding a lot of ice so it meets the right size. Ordered Grande with less ice and got a cup filled with ice and barely any content. Complained and received a basically empty drink (smallest size). Thought this was a joke and the staff tried to convince that this is right. So I requested a hot drink instead and got 30% foam (photo). This level of service is a shame because the venue is very nice

Nice cafe centrally located and easy access. Great space to hang around. Convenient and nearby Metro, tram, buses and others. Walking is great with lots of shops and restaurants around here.

This Starbucks is located in one of the best touristic places in Lisbon, attached to train station of Rossio square, very beautiful historical building , normally full of tourists

Location very good..but average cofee and muffin . Had lot better in other starbucks. But service was very warming and welcoming although the guy serving at end touched my cup at rim and lid in all possible places.🙈

Poor service, abrupt attitude, probably because they were busy - some training needed. Cheese toastie was a warm soggy mess. Not usual Starbucks quality.

I like this location as it fabulous for people watching whilst sitting outside. Staff could be more attentive to cleaning cup and trays from outdoor tables. Often there are more than two Baristas behind the counter, yet only two of them are attending to customers. The others are just standing around even when the queue of waiting customers is long.

3 drinks for one order, not one correct. an endless wait for terrible service.

No queue and despite it is near the station (where some people need to catch the trains) it was extremely slow. We took lots of time to make a wrong receipt (we were charged more). The latte was watery

Nice location, the people serving are nice. The place is mostly packed and is not as confortable as it used to be. But for a quick take away it is great.

If you plan to go there to put in some working hours, be extra careful with your stuff because all sorts of people with "suspect" behaviour enter and leave the place multiple times looking around, it may be nothing to worry about, but you never know.
