The reviews on this company are coordinated by the company marketing department. They basically require employees to give good reviews to the company, and coordinate this effort in very uncomfortable calls. TP is generally known as one of the worst places to work for in Lisbon. They treat employees like slaves, and would like everyone to behave like robots. They pay a comically low wage, and their training is laughable. Shameful company.

Not a bad employer for foreigners considering free room and market competitive salaries. But they are not interested in your growth, you are a replaceable number. On management level it seems strictly for Portuguese

Idk, some people there are talking bad about it, but i did only have very good experience, for me they are like a family and i really like it, youbdont earn much, but you can do a career very quickly, i recommend to go there if you are aiming on learning that you will earn later when you are back in your own country

I felt abandoned by society until I gave up and returned to Israel. Even after I returned, they thought I was still in Portugal. It took them a month to understand that I had returned to Israel. This place has a good and supportive team. The work experience is variable depending on the client that you are working for.

Keep away. The agents working here gets "bonus" if they post a positive review. Left alone at the airport, bad apartment (broken bed and mold on the walls that they painted over) Management doesn't care TP Experience takes a month reply to an email and with no help added Bonus is impossible to get and once you reach all targets they find ways to not pay it out.

Good location, with excellent conditions both in the areas of work and in the areas of leisure and rest. Warm and welcoming people that are willing to go an extra mile just to help and support. The building is very close to the main transports and in the surrounding area, which is very safe, there are with many other amenities.

Fraud. They do not pay their employees. Makes you come to Lisbon saying they pay the flight. They never refund the flight. Then you dont receive your salary and they never answer when you ask them
