Starting with the positive points about this company: Okay, now that the positive points are done, lets go to the negative ones: You are just a number to them, you aren't human. This company made me learn that depression and anxiety can sink even deeper than what I was already experiencing, they never disappoint in disappointing, if you think you hit rock bottom with the company, well, they have a way of digging even deeper somehow. Animals for slaughter are treated better No ethics, no morals, we are forced to lie to the clients under the context of "soft skills", and all they care about is surveys, nothing else, I've seen people lie their teeth out for a survey, tricking the client. And if you lie well enough to get "good results", they make up a way of increasing the bar, so you have to lie even harder. The supervisors are all on a power trip, they WILL bully and harass you into the ground, so your day to day is getting bullied, and lying to the clients. If you desire a soulless corporate fake smile job, go for it :)

Just don’t go !! Horrible experience with them. The flat they rented to me was infected with bed bugs and mold, they didn’t care I had to take a hotel at my expense, I spent all my savings there… Not only did they not bring me any solutions but they did not apologize. I left Lisbon without even a message from the company. They don't care about their employees!!

A criminal organization that enables threats and violence whose HR department is just for the show and who has a housing department leader that threatens you with eviction for reporting harassment. I was assaulted by a housemate who stormed into my room and grabbed me by the neck, leaving bruises. Then I called the police, and after the cops left, the housing team arrived to look into what had happened. The next day, a man from the housing department called me from a private number, blamed the assault on me, and threatened me with eviction if I complained about something again. An awful company that lies to people all the time, allows rampant abuse to go unpunished all the time, and never does anything about misbehavior. The experience with Recruiter Ivanna was awful. No disclaimer, the tone of voice and 0 information about position. When I asked to change the approach and to explain at least the position and requirements she just dropped the call. I am note sure that this is the VALUE your company has. You are investing in Ads and random Ivanna does not use “leads” smart and makes a very bad first impression. I hope the call was recorded.

To enter or exit the building you need to pass a cloud of smoke from the smoking employees. They should stay on one side, not cover the whole entrance. As a non smoker, you cannot go out and enjoy the fresh air.

Do yourself a favour and don't get swayed by stupid TP ads telling you that you're gonna work in a sunny paradise of a country, that's not true. Worker rights are basically nonexistent and you'll curse the day where you decided to work in this garbage company

Keep away. The agents working here gets "bonus" if they post a positive review. Left alone at the airport, bad apartment (broken bed and mold on the walls that they painted over) Management doesn't care TP Experience takes a month reply to an email and with no help added Bonus is impossible to get and once you reach all targets they find ways to not pay it out.

Very weak project management in terms of personnel motivation and development. They do not pay as promised. Avoid if you respect yourself, unless you are homeless and need a pathetic room from TP.

Withhold my wife’s last pay check because there wasn’t a three month notice of quitting. Who does that? Shameful.

In 20 years of being a professional I have never even remotely witnessed anything like this. It would take me hours to write up everything negative. Here are the high level bullet points. An organization that operates like Scientology. People get intimidated to a degree I never thought I would see it happening in front of my own eyes. Where to start. Let's see. Not being allowed to bring your phone to the office, in 2023. Are you kidding me. Countless other rules that makes no sense, like not being allowed to have a coffee at your desk. A coffee that most companies give for free to employees. Here you get it at a vending machine and you have to drink it in the hallway. The list goes on. But what is shocking more than anything is what happens if an employee leaves. In the case of a colleague, within days they tried to evacuate from the company provided appartement room. That employee was sick and at a doctor trying to get help. Next thing comes home and finds all belongings gone, including passport. Now I advised the employee yesterday to go to the police. This behavior is not highly unethical an immoral but most likely illegal. Wherever you are in Europe. I hope my advice gets followed up on. It is the first thing I would have done. But these Scientology Methods scare people. It is insane.

I developed a hatred for the company. They "give us a raise" by cutting bonuses and forcing us to have a food card. Which takes us out of our salary. They have accentuated the precariousness of employees.

Totally unacceptable that their Christmas party is a “circus”! (Yes, a real circus), from 2pm to 4pm with no food, no open bar, no party at all!!! Simply unbelievable

I'd give a 1.0 rating, but the trainer I had was amazingly nice despite having the workload of 2-3 people, I've been trying to contact anyone from Teleperformance to ask for information about how returning equipment works, however, I have gotten no response whatsover, nor was my trainer advised on what to do in this situation, which lead to this. I'm literally just trying to return the equipment I was lent, it's nothing weird or shady, please just take your stuff back 😭 ------EDIT------ AUG 9th 2023, someone named Maria from Employee Experience finally gave me the info, THANK YOU SO MUCH MARIA! 😊 Gonna leave it here for other people who might end up in this situation, apparently, there's no need for an appointment for returning provisioned items! I'll update this review again after returning the equipment! ------EDIT------- AUG 14th 2023, I've returned the equipment, staff was super nice as the first day when I went to pick up the equipment, I had 2 persons waiting in front of me, but we were all tended to within a few minutes! Guess the reverse logistics are way faster here!

I used to be a Recruiter and for the last couple of years the major clients (Meta, Google, TikTok...) are leaving Portugal in general and Teleperformance in particular due to a gobsmacking lack of standards and a high level of nepotism. I hope all employees find their way out. Feel free to contact me for a more insightful perspective on salaries, housing, training, quality of life (breaching of contract, substance and suicide at apartments, bullying, corporate greed, surprising level of ignorance and mismanagement from the Staff...). It is a tragedy with tinges of deep sadness from a cheap fado song.

Awful manners towards the candidate employees. An employee of yours call me for my application, she was rude cause of my "bad English" and she hang up the phone without any other explanation on behalf of her or me.

First, the building is very well located, the facilities are good and organised. Then, regarding my work experience I’m glad with everything until today, many possibilities within the company and after 2 years I was able to move on with a promotion. Great place to learn and grow.

The gap between what I have been told and the opportunities they can provide is big.

A great place to work for international people. Easy to start a career in a foreign country in your own language. Great work ethics and values, have been working here for 2 years and was always very happy about the support I received from the company in any matters I had. Very nice office in the center.

I work for Teleperformance for 4 years in different projects and I can say overall it's a very good company with great team spirit and always ready to innovate and you have several opportunities to grow in your career. Just be prepared for working under pressure, multitasking and be goal oriented ;)

Lack of communication between staff from the building and projects. Facilities seem to be improving. Have not been there working. Will provide a more updated review after working in the facilities.

I have been in this company for 1 year, very good experience! I can only be delighted with this company, I was able to experience fantastic things that I would perhaps never have had this opportunity in another company. I was very lucky too!

Fraud. They "forget" to pay there employees. They never refund the flight when they make you come to work with them from another country. They cancel your holidays at the last day. A creepy guy named Tiago Martins steals people stuff when they end there contracts "like perfumes, phones etc..."

Great place to work, very spacious and always very clean. The cafeteria is one of the bigger highlights and allows to eat very nice and cheap meals. There are coffee and snack machines on every floor and they are also very inexpensive.

Receptionist were quick, efficient and very nice. Building had all the security proceedings for visit during covid - felt really safe. Everyone was really friendly and helpful.

Well i was looking forward to work there but the trainers are just to un professionnal with all respect. They fired me because i didn't have the skills. Fair enough. Now ime waiting to go back. I think if they fire me they should book a flight for me right? Didn't hear anything anymore. It's a really unfriendly place to work and I would not recommend it to anyone. I don't know if I can stay in the hotel even. So many people work there but nobody reacts to any email or call during the weekend.
