On the paper everything is good. Job, apartment and activities. I have to admit the activities were nice ! Then you have the job... with people that don't know anything supervising you. If you want to be supervisor, don't forget to be a sheep. The concept of apartment is really good, until they're blackmailing you with. after 5 months I left their apartment I still heard a sentence like "if you don't do it as we want we can take your apartment". And then it's coming the worst. I finished my contract 2 months ago and they still didn't pay my holidays !!! For a company with that much money, I didn't think it was that hard to pay 6 days back (that you owe) to an agent who was 3 days sick in the whole year... Anyway, if you're already in Portugal, don't trust them. The "employee support" team is everything except supporting the employees. And if you already there with a problem, don't forget you can still contact the CEO. He's very reactive and he's probably more into the law than his employee....

Great employer with very good social benefits. There are more TP buildings in the city. But the building at Water Gardens has the canteen with the most beautiful view (unfortunately only for employees.)

Keep away. The agents working here gets "bonus" if they post a positive review. Left alone at the airport, bad apartment (broken bed and mold on the walls that they painted over) Management doesn't care TP Experience takes a month reply to an email and with no help added Bonus is impossible to get and once you reach all targets they find ways to not pay it out.

What a great place to work, right at Tejo River, lots of natural light and dedicated spaces for workers to rest and leisure. Nearby is a garden area where you can stroll around at lunchtime, or after a day's work. Open multicultural environment, with very friendly people available to help with whatever is needed. Safety rules are always applied which allows to have a safe working environment. In the cafeteria we can count on a special attention to healthy food and all the staff are friendly.

STAY AWAY this company is not serious in any way. In my training l wasn't provided the right equipment to finish the training the training was only about issues regarding mine and my colleagues programs that didn't work. I was provided an apartment where l had an airplane above my head every second hour. Also the apartment was old and smelly. You where not allowed to bring friends or family to the apartment. HR did nothing to help us filling in our papers most of them where in Portugese and when l contacted HR she referred to the email she said she already sent. I WAS SO FEED UP WITH ALL PROBLEMS SO I LEFT AND THEY DIDN'T PAY ANYTHING

Great employer with several locations all over the city. Here, of course, the location is great, right on the Tejo River, and you can take a walk during your lunch break. Open multicultural atmosphere, in light-flooded premises. Attention is always paid to safety measures here. Canteen and the staff are always nice and offer a balanced diet.

I would like to give 0 stars but I cannot, WORST COMPANY EVER! NEVER CORRECT PAYMENT and HR VERY BAD! worst working experience I’ve ever had. Organization 0%!!!! Pls go to another company !!!!!

A great place to work for international people. Easy to start a career in a foreign country in your own language. Great work ethics and values, have been working here for 2 years and was always very happy about the support I received from the company in any matters I had. A beautiful office in a very nice area, very open and friendly environment, you can take very nice walks at the river in your lunch, the palm trees you can see from the office windows are a big plus.
