For your information. When booking their pictures promised us to have big windows and a great view, but we didn't get neither of them. We were extremely disappointed and asked for some compensation ending up getting any. There is hot water enough for only one showerer at once.

Terrible place, we stayed in 1D apartment on the first floor, which was facing the trash and aircons, completely different from the pics they advertise. No daylight, no phone coverage inside the unit, dirty and most important horrible guest service and rude manager João Adrega, fraudster, they took all our money and after 1 night refused to refund for additional 3 nights which we didn’t stay in. Never stay in this group chain, they care only about money and how to steal from you. STAY AWAY!

Location is the the biggest asset of that apartments. Others but not that prominent are lift, quite a spacious apartment, washing machine, iron. I had an apartment with a view on "patio" - which was a backside of a restaurant or other hotel. Not so nice. The biggest drawback was a smell in bathroom and a cockroach in the corridor (perhaps only an accidental case)

Unpleasant Odor from Sawyer System in the Apartment The apartment was fine but unfortunately, from the moment we entered our room, we noticed unpleasant foul odor originating from the bathroom, seemingly associated with the Sawyer system. The odor was so unpleasant and pervasive that affected our comfort and enjoyment of the apartment. The smell was particularly worse in the afternoon. We sent a message to let the manager know and although they said they would investigate it as soon as they can, nothing happened. I am very disappointed, and I wish we didn’t waste our money on this place.

Terrible terrible agency. They just don’t care. The sink plug is broken. There are so many flies entering the room when you open the windows. One of the windows is broken. Can’t open functionally when it’s like 25c hot. Even after I sent the email, they said they will send someone to handle it but never show up. The light is falling off. If you like surprises, this is the place.

Pros: location, cleaning, newly renovated. Cons: thin walls, very loud; no bathroom window (opposite as what is advertised on booking.com); one window in the whole flat and horrible view (on the inside of the building); two shower gels but no shampoo; quite cold, you cannot manually increase the heat.

Very bad experience. People Who work there, specially joao, is rude and they dont try to help you in anything. Only cares about money and not about service or guest. Dont go to any appartment of this grup.

Stayed three nights - October 2019. Booked through Expedia Apartment 4D - studio. The photos for the studios showed full length windows with a Juliet balcony. However 4D does not have this. I had read reviews that the beds were hard - I asked in advance for a soft mattress. However, although this request was acknowledged, it was ignored. The bed was hard. I had to ask for extra pillows to lie on. The hard floors were dusty - there were no rugs, as in the photos. There was only one tablet supplied for the dishwasher. There were no supplies for the washing machine - a sign in a glass demanded 1 Euro per tablet. Why install a dishwasher and washing machine? - Just for show? The kitchen tap was loose. The kitchen worktop was broken in three places. The shower did not drain properly. The bathroom does not have obscure windows - just net curtains. There is no extractor fan in the bathroom. The soap dispensers in the bathroom could contain anything.

Spot on for what was needed, lovely studio apartment minutes away from the centre of Old Town Lisbon and the "seafront" plenty of supermarkets and bars/cafes in the near vicinity. Checking in and out a breeze (all done online or at the automated kiosk)

Excellent apartments, very well located next to main Commerce place. Shops right outside the door too. Clean and spacious and was very quiet at night too.

Loved our stay at this service apartment! Comparable to a hotel while it conveniently comes with a kitchen and washer. Location: Very close to most attractions, walkable to Alfama area, while being just a short block away from all noises. Both front gate and room use passcode keypads, which was very convenient. Self check-in kiosk was easy to use. Room: Our unit is spacious with a balcony (unfortunately did not have a view due to the construction right across). Modern electric stovetop and washer/dryer. Kitchen and living room is on the top floor, then bedroom and bathroom are below. Best part is the huge bathroom with lots of counter space and a nice walk-in shower. Bonus: Body wash, shampoo and laundry detergent are provided, along with a full range of kitchenware that you may need - very thoughtful touch, making it a 5-star stay. PS: Floor can be cleaned more thoroughly and there were stains on the armchair.

The location of the apartments is great next to many shops, supermarkets and a short walking distance to the subway, tram and buses. The building is quite old, but inside is well maintained at first sight. The cleaning services were also very good - we requested a room cleaning and they changed the bed sheets, cleaned the floors and bathroom, took the trash and even removed the used dishes in the kitchen, which was great. They also left new sponges to wash the dishes as well as some dishwasher capsules. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the things you need. If you get a corner room like us, then you are immediately getting an unpleasant view towards the backyard and lack of any light, since we had only one window that you can't completely use because otherwise all of the other neighbours with views towards the backyard can see you. The bathroom had a terrible smell that was a combination of bleach and moll. You could see the moll on the bathroom window and curtains, which was super unpleasant. We needed to keep the bathroom window open while we were out to get rid of the smell, at least for a bit, and because there was simply no ventilation in the bathroom. The bed was extremely hard, and the mattress was of low quality to my opinion ... I got back pain on the second night. I can also confirm that you can hear your neighbours above and next to your room - every movement & small talk or even if somebody is coming from the stairs. I guess that these are the disadvantages of the old buildings, but still, it is unpleasant. Overall, I don't think that the price matches the quality, and most likely, I won't choose this place a second time, but again, the location is great.

The room was spacious, it smelled saturated musty, I dunno maybe the tools are not very clean "the cloths and furniture", I had to open the window wide open and spray some perfume te refreshen the air. The bed was rearranged daily, the toilet cleaned too, but no rolls added when it's finished. Only one bottle of complimentary water was given upon check-in. Only chamomile tea had been served in 3 packets, no green or black tea. Also the showering utilities was not clear which is which as bith bottles said "hand and body wash" but i assumed that the different "clear colored" was the shampoo. The good thing about the apartment really, is it's location. You step out of the gate walk a couple of steps and you are in downtown straight. Massage boutiques are everywhere near you. And a mini-market right next to the gate. Also 2 metro stations are very near. This is my second time booking an apartment and i don't think i will have a third very soon. Make sure to have all your tools and utilities ready before booking this apartment.

Well maintained and clean apartments with good facilities and excellent location

I enjoyed my stay here. Clean and responsive staff. Be careful of the plumbing as water overflows in the shower. I would do additional cleaning as I noticed a few things that needed more detail. They should upgrade the couch too. But overall I had a good stay. And the building is beautiful. It's centrally located with the amazing nicolau across the street.

Excellent room, location and cleanliness! The on-line check in and check out was a fun experience and easy to navigate! I wish I had stayed longer!

Location was ok. Beds were awful. Elevator didn't work for a few days but they did get that up and running. Internet was good

Very nice and comfortable. But owners do not really care. We had a nocturnal very noisy neighbor in the upper floor and complained, but managers didn't seem to care. If anything happens you are on your own here. Don't expect support if anything happens...

It’s nicely located, a simple and modern apartment. Our unit however had low water pressure from shower and the biggest problem is the thin walls. You hear other unit flush the toilet and take a shower, footsteps from upstairs etc. I’d recommend this place if you can get it at cheap price.

The location is perfect! It is on a quiet street just steps away from the action! Easily walkable to restaurants, bars, massage, bakery, convenience store, the river, souvenir shops etc

Great pricing and fantastic location! Not gonna lie, the building does look a bit eerie from the outside but the rooms are pretty decent with a newly renovated, clean bathroom as well as daily house-keeping. There was a supermarket downstairs that was open til late which was super handy and a massive stretch of restaurants, patisseries, cafes, shops, souvenir shops etc right in front of the apartment and the metro was nearby. Although the primary method of communication was via email, I found the staff to be highly attentive to our needs.

These apartments were in an ideal location. They were very central and handy to the square on foot. They were very clean and serviced everyday. Would go back if in lisbon again. Would also recommend to other travellers.

The apartment smelled very badly. The view from the window is towards trash. There was a constant loud music from the bar on the other side of the wall (starting from 8am to 10pm) so we could not rest. The bed is very hard. And on the first day the bathroom was filthy, so we had to clean it on our own before use. Wifi speed is from previous age and there was no cellphone network range from our apartment. Don't recommend. The only positive thing was the location

It’s unbelievable that I booked the room with 2 twin bed and a full size bed. But you gave me a room of sofa bed!? What ridiculous? I paid extra to let myself sleep comfortable but I only got a sofa bed? Really?

Fantastic accommodation!!! super clean and the atmosphere inside is simply superb. We highly recommend it.
