Lovely apartment with lots of natural light from the beautiful glass window and two balconies. It was a spacious studio apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Perfect for short stays and had stunning views! We didn't realise when booking, but was very grateful for the escalator to our street level because Lisbon is hilly! Only thing to note is there is no lifts at these apartments... You need to climb up stairs with your suitcase! 🥵 ps. the street escalator stops at 11pm 😅😉

3 stars for the quite good location but since it’s located in the old town - Alfama, there is a lot of stairs. When the escalator is down, you have to be prepared to carry your suitcase. Be aware of the surroundings at night cos it’s quite dark and lots of alleyways. Besides, there was no front desk. They changed the password for the gate and didn’t notice us , so we had to press the assistance button every time, the staff just opened it without verifying..

Wir haben im April über booking.com die Unterkunft gebucht. Wenige Tage vor dem Beginn der Reise im August bekamen wir eine Benachrichtigung über booking.com darüber, dass unsere Kreditkarte nicht akzeptiert wurde. Zudem wurde uns die Stornierung der Unterkunft angedroht, wenn wir nicht innerhalb von 24h eine neue hinterlegen. Daraufhin bekamen wir eine Nachricht von einer Irina die uns aufforderte die Zahlung über einen externen Link außerhalb von booking.com abzuwickeln. Dies haben wir natürlich nicht getan. Nachdem wir bei booking.com eine andere Kreditkarte hinterlegt haben gab es wieder dasselbe Problem und die Karte wurde wieder nicht akzeptiert. Worauf hin wir eine weitere Kreditkarte bei booking.com Hit erlegt haben. In der Zwischenzeit hat niemand auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet und ich wurde einfach ignoriert. Zwei Tage vor unserem Aufenthalt wurde uns die Unterkunft dann einfach storniert, ohne Erklärung und ohne Antwort und wir mussten uns nun kurzfristig etwas Neues suchen. Dadurch mussten wir jetzt 130€ mehr zahlen. Nachdem das alles passiert ist habe ich bei dieser Unterkunft sowie bei anderen Unterkünften von Lisbon Serviced Apartments ähnliche Bewertungen und Warnungen gefunden. Sehr unseriös und unprofessionell!
