Quite disappointed with the hotel and the customer service.... We had a first room not very clean and badly soundproofed (door which does not close well, noises of corridor...). Fortunately, the person at the reception (who is adorable) changed our room. There is no more staff from 7pm, our upstairs neighbors had 2 parties until 4am with loud music, screams, jumps.... Out of 5 nights, we could only sleep peacefully for 2 nights.

Great location in the Alfama district. Very quiet location. Very nice refurbished apartments. All modern comfort: washing disher, washing machine, oven, micro oven, induction plates, etc Small but we'll equipped gym with 4 devices (bike, running treadmill, waterrower, hybrid weights lifting machine). Small but well curated internal garden. The swimming pool is nice but small. Quite likely that with all the apartments it's difficult to swim during the summer time. Great service by the location manager.

It’s actually not a 5 Hotel but it’s an incredibly good apart-hotel! Apartments and Jr. Suites are very well equipped for a short or long comfortable stay. It’s outstanding service and location makes this place probably the very best hotel to stay in Lisboa, in the heart of Alfama! Surrounded by all amenities of the city yet, very comfortable, stylish. The view of the river is breathtaking. If you’re lucky to get the top suites, you’ll be blessed with the sunrise and sunset views in all of its glory.

Terrible experience. Basically I left few cloths in the room and the same day I called and messaged them to pick them up and all my cloths disappeared. Clearly someone from the staff stole it. When I emailed them and raised the problem they just informed me that there is no solution. I think it is the management responsibility to hire the right staff and not criminals. They were unique and high quality cloths so I have no words to describe my disappointment. Do not stay there or be prepared for this attitude.

We had to find at 8:30 pm a hotel to stay and we were lucky to find this one. The service was all virtual but we had no issues getting the code to get in. The rooms were large and nice with a great view. No noises and very private. I am giving it 4 ⭐️ because I did not like the location. It is just 7 minutes walk to Santa Apolonia station, but the street is not the nicest of Alfama. The restaurants are not that nice, there are public trash cans right at the entrance and my kids had to witness people doing heavy drugs on the street right when we walked outside at 7am.

Generell waren wir zufrieden - der Pool + Garten war wirklich ganz toll, nur leider war unser Apartment etwas anderes als auf den Fotos dargestellt und beschrieben. Es war riesig aber ohne Badewanne, obwohl wir mit gebucht hatten und sehr dunkel. Die Lage ist mitten in Alfama und man hat alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe!

Gorgeous old building with some very large living rooms, beautifully decorated, each with a private small garden and access to a superb swimming pool and garden. Impeccable service and a good location.

The location and view from our room was amazing. The staff was super friendly and accomodating.

Overall just amazing place. Great renovated apartments with really strong air conditioning- so even if it’s hot outside - you will never feel it inside. Rafael and Antonio from the reception was a great help. And the spot where the apartments are is just perfect. Beautiful view from the pool area. Fully recommending this place!

Nice place, big, comfortable apartment with kitchen, clean, good AC, all needed amenities including iron, hair dryer and washing machine. What was bit annoying were noises (electronic locks are really loud) and a unpleasant smells (AC?). Good location, helpful staff.

Nice apartment hotel, fresh renovated, helpful staff. We stays in 3C But! Beds are different sizes, 160-200cm. The best view apertments had smallest bed, and apartment with a huge comfy bed faced a wall from the windows. I thing it will be easier to have just the same big beds in all apartments. The couch in living room was extremely dirty, we couldnt sit on it. There is no basic stuff like napkins, kitchen towel, salt&pepper, dishwashing sponge, no lid for frying pen. You have to buy everything. Its not about money, we came to vacation to relax and it would be nice to avoid boring shopping which we have a lot in our everyday life. Shower has no heating system, means your towels are still wet next day also. But we asked for new dry towels and they gave us.

Fantastic location in the centre of buzzing Alfama district (but you'll need to carry your bags the last 100 yards and up steps). Well-appointed, comfortable and spacious apartment, excellent AC and nice and clean, but a couple of shoddy bathroom fittings. Lack of reception after 7pm is a hassle if you're arriving after then, but very helpful staff. Loved the view from the pool.

Amazing place and Luis is super helpful

Everything was fine with our stay. The reception was extremely professional and polite. The only problem we had was the hot water. It took some time until the hot water started running through the pipes. So, getting the right temperature for the shower was almost impossible! It was either too hot or too cold and even after ten minutes of struggle, when we thought we managed to adjust the temperature, it suddenly changed to hot because of the delay in the hot water system. Other than that, it was all good. The place was clean and nice and the pool view to the National Pantheon was amazing.

Nicely appointed as they say. Very quiet unless there are chair scrapers above you. Plenty of nearby restaurants and bars.

Really clean, super friendly staff and a nicely renovated apartments. Location is pretty good and there are some great restaurants in the area.
