We had a perfect stay at Ikonik. I suggest selecting the deluxe rooms with a river view for a small extra so that you will be far from the railway and the train noise is barely noticeable. The safe in the room is big enough to host a laptop.

A nice modern hotel near the airport. The room size is adequate and clean. Bathroom is good. Breakfast is very nice. Close to train and metro station. Situated in a commercial area with good choices of restaurants. Only 2 metro stops away from the airport.

Beautiful modern hotel located on the east side of Lisbon. The staff was very polite and discreet. Check-in and -out was efficient. The rooms are neat and tidy and come with a lot of accessories like a shaving kit and toothbrush. Nice seaside view and the metro and busstops are never far away. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

False advertising on their TV screens while you wait at the front desk. There is Gym, Spa or Pool someone should take it down. sure it is minimalistic and hotel vibe but its The ladies at the front desk are amazing!!! I feel they do SO much work!! super nice and humble - shout out to the women working there excellent work ethic. Rooms: well the interior is cheaply made - the toilet paper, the paintings etc but very well done aesthetically you can still hear the sound from everywhere. It’s definitely really clean no moulds stains as it’s newer. The price is not worth it, otherwise it is ok. Convenient location from the train and airport! No amenities (no pool gym coffee) They do have breakfast for a fee i do not recommend.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and polite. The hotel was easily accessible and we appreciated the parking that was included. The room was very clean, but quite small. However they did have all the amenities. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is that there is no restaurant for an evening meal. However , thanks to the wonderful front desk fellow, we had a great meal at a lovely little restaurant just down the street. Thank you!

We stayed there for one night on our way out of Portugal. Convenient to the airport. Small rooms but tidy. Bed felt good. Only two pillows and they were not the really soft kind, they felt like balloons. We asked for a couple more pillows and help the little bit. TV worked pretty well. Room was quiet, they had breakfast offered for an additional fee, but we didn't use it because we left early. The desk staff was very helpful. Convenient to a number of good restaurants, including a Thai restaurant right across the street, just about.

Nice hotel that’s close to the airport. It’s in a nice area, close to the water but a little far from the main Lisbon sights. The metro or an Uber only takes a few minutes to get down to everything though. They have a great breakfast and the adjacent hotel has coffee before the 7am breakfast starts. The staff was pleasant and easy to deal with. Additionally , the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I recommend this spot if you prefer staying close to the airport or don’t mind making the quick trip into the city center to explore.

Excellent location-walking distance to aquarium, science/math museum, waterfront, playground and restaurants. The hotel's complimentary breakfast had a wonderful and plentiful variety of foods served buffet style, the rooms were clean and medium sized for two adults, the shampoo and lotion were also nice. The staff were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: globally good hotel, clear large rooms, good breakfast and nice staff. Very close to airport (and aquarium) Cons: standardized hotel in charmless area, not close from city center (30min taxi ride, 9-11 euros with bolt). NO extra bed for kid in room => adults must share the same bed with the kid...

Rooms nice and clean. Staff are friendly but - sorry to say - unable to deal with problems or anything which is not routine. Food was nice. The room price was a total rip-off and seems to fluctuate by day. €960 for 3 nights! Avoid the airport transfer if they offer, costs 35 euros, compared to 6-10 for taxi or less than 2 for metro.

Great spanking new place. Very close to Vasco De Gamma Mall, cable car, aquarium, marina and kiparis promenade. Stunning view from top floors. Plenty of restaurants and modern-modern buildings. Should be a tourist trap, but pleasantly nice. Hotel rooms are not spacious but sufficient enough. Weirdly placed mirrors. Sadly no bide in the room. Weird after getting used to it. I guess the architect saved a little on floor plan space... Tough luck finding elevators from the underground garage.

The location is great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, we stayed here twice during our trip and the check in experience was lacking both times. The first time, the reception desk member was extremely rude when we inquired about early checkin, quoting the current time to the minute. The second time, they somehow checked someone else into our room and refused to just give us another room meaning that the checkin process took over 45 minutes. During this time they refused to communicate what was happening.

Nice city stay in lisbon. Breakfast had a good selection! Coffee all day from the machine. Rooms were simple and nice, staff friendly! Felt safe in Lisbon when walking around Only downfall we got a room next to the train track so could hear that in the morning however can't be helped. The mini bar in the fridge in the room is NOT free. There should be a sign or note stating the cost of the cans in the fridge.

No complaints at all. Really good hotel for the price you pay. They could do better with the toilet paper but otherwise great place overall. Staff is great and the facilities are new and clean.

Really thought the hotel was fantastic!!! I am only marking down for the late start in Breakfast which seemed odd and for providing me the route to the local supermarket to buy a shaving set rather than providing a guest with this amenity. Rooms were superb and the check-in process was smooth..

Excellent, modern hotel with great views. Breakfast is very good! Trains do go by so, if sensitive to noise, ask for room far from trains. Very good service.

Front of house staff is very nice -- breakfast is okay at best. Both a Pro and Con - train station is very close by - but it is also literally runs right behind the hotel. the rooms are clean -- but this hotel is not a four star, 3.0 - maybe 3.3 - and yes, the TP is awful - i would bring your own!

We went to a concert at Altice Arena and this hotel was a 10 minute walk from the Oriente Station and a 15 minute walk to Altice Arena. While convenient, we did not like the bathroom sink situated in the room. So the shower and toilet are in the bathroom and the sink is in the bedroom. It was not convenient for us. Also the booking via the front desk was disconnected. We had to make a change which was not actioned. The breakfast was good, no complaints. There was a large bottle of complimentary water we appreciated. No facial tissues. No bar. The sister hotel, the Eurostar is next door so more amenities there. If you are staying for a night to see a concert it is acceptable but not great.

Might be a good option for corporate/business but... I would not recommend it at all of you intend to have a good holiday... "Beautiful hotel with amazing city views"... In one of the pics "The views" 🤦🏽‍♂️ Plus, the room smells like sewage even on the 14th floor! Lastly, we made the reservation at midnight due to a flight cancellation, then, upon arrival the reception staff said: "sorry we are full" without even trying to check their system... I had to insist to check the system and advise them that it was not the time nor the moment for "funny jokes", so they noticed that in fact there was my reservation.... The construction by the hotel started at 6 am their work, so it was very noisy from that time... As initially mentioned, NOT RECOMMENDED Ps. Food wise we can't say anything better either Ps2. Morning staff were the good point of the stay, friendly and helpful.

Pros: the hotel is located in a modern area of the city, lots of things to do close to the hotel area, nice room. Cons: breakfast starts too late, The parking closes too early, I rented a car but barely used it because I would have to be back at the hotel at 21h The service during the breakfast is sooo strange, they want to take your plate away before you finish eating. It’s even funny sometimes. The rooms close to the train line are too noisy Service in general is not good

Minus points;- 8km from city centre Wash basin is inside the bedroom No bar or restaurant ( other than breakfast). No cafe/bar/shop close by Room very small for two people No kettle in room No reading lamps. No mirror at vanity unit No plug socket near mirror Previous occupants chewing gum stuck on window sill Fire exits are mid corridor, not at the end of the corridor.

Hotel was clean and felt safe. The meeting space was excellent for our needs. Food was great but not outstanding, always fresh. Staff was useful but not always helpful (if that makes any sense ;) . The room I had was great for one, but would feel crowded if a second person was with me. I recommend this as a meeting hosting hotel, but if you are coming to Lisbon for sightseeing, you may want to consider somewhere closer to your sites. Uber/bolt/taxi were readily available in the area but it took about 25-30 minutes to get into rossio square from this hotel. About 10 minutes or less to get to/from the airport though.

Arrived at 11am to drop luggage and return later. Checked in and paid tourist tax.. Returned at 6pm to find out our room still wasn't ready and no record of having paid tourist tax. Some staff on front desk were very helpful but on second night, asked for some warm milk for a baby and was told it couldn't be done. That they don't provide that service despite the gentleman on the reception providing it the night before. Either total laziness on that staff members part or a lack of interest in doing anything for their customers. There are some positives about this hotel but the low quality of service by some staff completely overshadowed any good points.

Very nice hotel, great customer service. Awesome breakfast! Not the best location to actually experience Lisbon tho! Close to airport so good for a last night stay before an early morning flight.

This is now our go-to hotel when in Lisbon! It's clean and the staff is professional. The breakfast is amazing -- love the croissants! The 24-hour front desk is really helpful too. The location near the train station is great too! It's also reasonably priced comparatively! Thanks, Ikonik!

Overall the experience was good, the staff in the reception is wonderful. Unfortunately, the second time I booked here I woke up in the middle of the night with many bed bugs... It was awful. I don't think this is something common for the hotel, but I'm leaving this review here to alert customers and the hotel itself

High end budget style hotel. Modern building and rooms. The rooms have good size but lack some amenities such as coffee machine, smart tv and so on. The breakfast is very good. There is also indoor car parking, although accessing it is a bit impractical - need to get out of the car and ring a bell. Overall quite a nice hotel in a good location.

A wonderfully simple, comfortable, and restful hotel. Rooms are "smart" and only power on with your key in the holder at the door. So, very "green." Rooms are simple and elegant. Smaller than other places I have stayed, but we were gone 90% of the time. So, it was perfect for our trip to Lisbon. No pool, fitness room, or lounge. Very functional as a home base for a trip. Don't miss breakfast. A waterfall of prosciutto ham, Algarve oranges and espresso were heavenly!

Wonderful place to stay. First time in Lisbon and this hotel makes a great headquarters for launching out to visit the city. Rooms are clean and simple, but very comfortable. Smart rooms require a card to access and to turn on while you’re there but then turn off when you leave. Smart! Restaurant is wonderful. Fresh, very tasty and great wait staff. Coffee is great! Catering for our Group group has also been exceptional. Dinner first night was so filling and satisfying that it made the 13 hours of travel to get here well worth the while. As American traveling to Portugal, and to world youth day, I am very grateful this Hotel is here.

We are enjoying our stay here. Our room is clean and adequate in size. Breakfast has large varieties. Staff is professional, warm, helpful, and fast in service.

Best 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel I’ve been. Everything was perfect! Comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff, very clean and delicious breakfast all this in a nice location. I strongly recommend it.

We needed a place to stay for our overnight layover. This hotel was reasonably priced, modern, and clean. It was close to the airport, but not to anything within walking distance. I would stay there again if i had a long layover. I would like to mention that Irina, the woman who checked us in, was a bit sarcastic and not very friendly.

  • 5/5 David S. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent hotel, moderately priced. Near to the river and surrounded by restaurants and things to see. Rooms are European small, but totally serviceable. Desk persons are fluent in English, French, German and Spanish

Excellent value for a modern clean hotel with friendly staff. As a first time visitor to Portugal with minimal Portuguese language skills I found it very accommodating. In a newer part of the city if you figure out how to use the nearby Metro station, all of Lisboa is accessible.

Fine building.10 storeys. Staff friendly and smilingly helpful. Accommodating to special unique requests. Endearing. Cheerful Mention to Ana and Irina. Ana was delightful on the phone much more in person. Extend your stay longer. Breakfast with a happy restful atmosphere.

Clean, comfortable and a great location. Wonderful views of the city or the Tagus river from the upper rooms. A short walk from oriente station and various cafe's on the way as well as a great walk along the Tagus estuary all within touching distance.

Room was spacious but the breakfast bar was not up to standard. Most of their fruit and juice selections were already spoiled. Which makes me question the overall quality.

  • 5/5 J P. 1 year ago on Google
Spent two nights here at the Ikonik and it was a great stay. Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was excellent but they did not have the option of North American style coffee like a lot of other hotels offer. The hotel itself is located next to railroad tracks and commuter trains are heard going by all day long. However, if the windows are closed, you will not hear them. The only thing that I found a bit unusual was the bathroom sink…..It wasn’t in the bathroom. It was located outside of the bathroom near the entrance. I found this a bit different and I’m thinking this design is probably not the best, in my view. Other than this minor complaint, it’s a great place to stay.

Incredible place to stay! Very very clean accommodation, comfortable beds, amazing and expansive breakfast included. Staff is so friendly, helpful and gracious. Excellent location convenient for walking, public transit, close to the airport, and 2 minute walk from the water. I would 100% recommend.
