This hotel provides freedom for guests to do as they wish. For example, they could use the kitchen in order to cook something, wash the laundry using the communal washing machine or meet in the communal room The room, location and most of all service is faultless. Good tips and advice was provided on the first day. We were allowed to check-in early. Child friendly - there were lots of babies and such facilities The breakfast is below average and so is the coffee (filtered), in my opinion I would recommend and indeed return

Great accommodation, exceeded my expectations. I was personally welcomed by super nice hosts Hanna and Manuel. Access to the room with a door code is totally uncomplicated. The rooms are nicely furnished, you even have a small balcony. The highlight is the cozy common room. In the morning, Hanna whips up a delicious breakfast with fresh croissants and eggs. Highly recommended!

The hotel is great, close to the metro and some interesting buses. We got a lot of advices from the staffs, specially from Manuel. He suggested a lot of great place to visit, and important information about transportation. Breakfasts are included which is nice. Even if the bathrooms are shared, there are always an available bathroom at all time. Rooms and bathrooms are clean.

Really lovely hosts ane great value for money. We had a little terrace that overlooked the bull ring. The idea of a shared bathroom put me off at first but had no issues during the stay.

I was there for a night. Staff was super friendly, and the manager stayed to greet us on arrival. (We had a late flight.) It was clean, safe, and quiet.

We stayed for 4 nights and this will definitely be our home in Lisbon. Ana and Ruth are so lovely and welcoming, went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The breakfast is very good, the rooms are comfortable and the location is amazing.

Amazing experience. First time I stayed at a shared place (kitchen and bathroom) and was absolutely worth it. Clean, decent breakfast, warm hearted staff! Great view from the room and a good location even though not very central. The staff was unbelievably charming, kind and warm and at our disposal the whole time. I will definitely choose it again when I visit Lisbon again!

Fantastic b&b with beautiful views of Lisbon. The bus, metro and shopping mall is nearby, easy access to Oceanarium and all other parts of the city. Service is amazing, amenities great and breakfast fab. Special thanks to Maria who's been really warm welcoming.

Great location. Manuel was very friendly. He took the time to show us around the B&B. He told us where to get the Metro, where to catch a taxi, and how to get tickets for hop on hop off tours. Ana was very helpful. She recommended a restaurant, Baia do Pixie, and the food was delicious and service was excellent. We had a pleasant stay at this B&B. We will recommend to family and friends.

Republica staff were so helpful and kind during my stay at the BnB - especially as a female solo traveller! Located in a great area of Lisbon with easy access to transport to/from the airport and into the city centre. Also in walking distance of some hidden neighborhood gems like the Campo Grande park and Museum of Lisbon gardens! The rooms were clean and decorated in a sophisticated style. Breakfast was delicious and the kitchen easy to navigate when needing to cook something up yourself. Obrigada!
